    Hi @SkyUK you appear to have broken #SkyGo on the #PS4 with your last update. Cannot log in at all despite the details being correct and being able to log into the Windows Sky Go and website.

    @sav10la @SkyHelpTeam La Liga on ITV 4 mate, plus I like the basketball. Hands up sky tv is brilliant with a big help from BT sport lol had BT internet at me mums never had an issue. Just not the quickest. Think gonna go back to virgin internet. 350 mbps worth the extra money.

    @SkyHelpTeam She says: "Main box has live tv but no access to recording and can’t watch on demand or cinema. Mini box says no satellite signal. Both say connected and signal. Mini box when reset then says can’t find main box and to reset router (which I have done lots)"

    @SkyHelpTeam also I'm curious why your virtual assistant says it is closed, but on the very page that lead me there it says "sky's messaging service is available 9am - 7pm. 7 days a week..."

    @SkyHelpTeam No known issues result. 79 speed to the house but ANY device comes in at 3.3 tops. We've rebooted the hub. Still the same.

    Shocking service from @SkyUK Want to charge me for an engineer visit to fix/replace the faulty equipment we’re hiring from them! And they can’t get here for a month (they expect people to be available during the day in the week) - no refund for loss of services!!!

    I’ve got @SkyUK threatening me with charges if I don’t pay them next month. I’ve been trying to cancel since 25/3/20, 2 emails cancelling my contract, 2 promised call backs which never happened and 3 attempts over messenger. I’ve done my bit, time for them to sort it...

    @SkyHelpTeam My subscription was entertainment, movies & sports. It was due for renewal this month. I asked for them to cancel the above but I still have sky broadband. My last payment for tv is mid March they didn't say when the channels cut off.

    @SkyHelpTeam so I gave list all my movie channels. It says signal being effected.... all other channels ok. I’ve followed all guides and done multiple resets.. phone lines don’t work, no response by email. What do I do to get it fixed please

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam . I had your broadband installed a week ago.. but due to an issue it didn't work. I was told I'd be updated on the 9th.. I was.. to be told I'd be updated on the 10th.. I wasn't 😐 just concerned I'm going to get my first bill before I get broadband 🤔
