    I’ve got @SkyUK threatening me with charges if I don’t pay them next month. I’ve been trying to cancel since 25/3/20, 2 emails cancelling my contract, 2 promised call backs which never happened and 3 attempts over messenger. I’ve done my bit, time for them to sort it...

    @SkyHelpTeam They arnt though, I told you the prev engineer bodged up, today's said it was badly fitted, plus I'm still waiting for the engineer you promised to find the dead zones and place the booster in the right place. Plus I've been paying for a service I wasn't getting since April.

    @SkyHelpTeam wish you'd fix the issue with recordings not stacking on Sky Q & blank tiles on some recordings, been going on for ages, updated software, done a full power cycle and it's still happening, frustrating trying to watch a series when the episodes are all over the place.
