@SkyUK hi I’ve just installed sky Broadband and it is active. All devices are connecting fine apart from my Amazon echo dot, this isn’t connecting and I’ve spoken to @amazon who advised to speak to the provider. Please help ASAP!

@SkyHelpTeam It is working intermittantly, not very responsive. Have changed batteries but still slow or buttons not working. We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

I’ve got @SkyUK threatening me with charges if I don’t pay them next month. I’ve been trying to cancel since 25/3/20, 2 emails cancelling my contract, 2 promised call backs which never happened and 3 attempts over messenger. I’ve done my bit, time for them to sort it...

@SkyHelpTeam how is it acceptable that my housebound disabled mother who is 72, have 2 wait 7 days 4 an engineer & b without sky, which she relies on. Especially when she has just signed new 18 month contract!! Terrible service 4 the elderly & disabled, u should be ashamed!

Now two weeks with no #SkyBroadband @SkyHelpTeam and still no fix date guaranteed. You would think after the bank holiday and two days strike action @WeAreOpenreach would get a team out to fix it, but no they are as useful as a chocolate kettle.

No streams at the moment guys I tried to stream earlier and my ISP is having bad upload issues I was getting 100+ mb upload but its throttled down to 0.5 kbps they tried what they could via telephone but its been escalated to @SkyUK so lets hope.
