@SkyHelpTeam also I'm curious why your virtual assistant says it is closed, but on the very page that lead me there it says "sky's messaging service is available 9am - 7pm. 7 days a week..."

I’ve got @SkyUK threatening me with charges if I don’t pay them next month. I’ve been trying to cancel since 25/3/20, 2 emails cancelling my contract, 2 promised call backs which never happened and 3 attempts over messenger. I’ve done my bit, time for them to sort it...

@SkyHelpTeam had sky Q installed today but no mini box as requested was delivered I called you at 9 am to review the call and still heard nothing back been a customer for over 25 yrs really poor customer service sadly

@SkyHelpTeam It is working intermittantly, not very responsive. Have changed batteries but still slow or buttons not working. We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

@SkySports Surely these clubs have to provide legitimate positive tests of all the squad players! Lose a couple players to Covid teams that have a few niggles are just gonna scream Covid to get the game postponed This carries on much longer they will suspend or cancel the season
