@SkyHelpTeam my phone appears to be able to make or receive any calls, I’m in Derby & have checked the online coverage checker which shows no issues. I can see that there’s lots of reports of an outage throughout the UK. Please fix ASAP as I’m chasing an insurance repair

By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

@SkyHelpTeam I followed the directions on the "Improving WiFi signal". I turned the router off/on and that seemed to resolve the situation. However, I get the impression some of my apps are still running slowly. My Xbox and phone both lost connection, but the green broadband light stayed on.

@gasteropod @SkyHelpTeam Same here, John. Went down at 8:30pm on Thursday night. I’m with Zen Internet, they have next to nothing from Openreach except that it may be Monday evening before the fix.
