@SkyHelpTeam No known issues result. 79 speed to the house but ANY device comes in at 3.3 tops. We've rebooted the hub. Still the same.

A week ago we renewed our @SkyHelpTeam broadband & was upgraded from essential to superfast. I understand the need to test the line, even though we’ve had sky for 9 years, but why in the last 7 day have we had a worse service? Today’s download speed is 18mbps & upload is 0.5mbps

Today’s upload speed @SkyHelpTeam is virtually non-existent at 0.18mbps. Just very disappointed in the service since we renewed and ‘upgraded’ but the 10 days is up tomorrow so I’m looking forward to my super fast broadband actually being super fast and not super slow.

I will be massively disappointed if the @SkySports 'realistic' crowd noise on Wednesday night isn't a constant barrage of boos when a City player touches the ball with the Villa crowds usual baiting 'Champions of Europe you'll never sing that' for the rest
