Today’s upload speed @SkyHelpTeam is virtually non-existent at 0.18mbps. Just very disappointed in the service since we renewed and ‘upgraded’ but the 10 days is up tomorrow so I’m looking forward to my super fast broadband actually being super fast and not super slow.

A week ago we renewed our @SkyHelpTeam broadband & was upgraded from essential to superfast. I understand the need to test the line, even though we’ve had sky for 9 years, but why in the last 7 day have we had a worse service? Today’s download speed is 18mbps & upload is 0.5mbps

@SkyUK I'm not sure Sky have got this right, the TV is bulky and lower spec to many existing TVs. Can it run 3rd party apps such as @plex like a normal smart TV? Why can't Q boxes be used without a dish like in Germany? And the name is awful, Google Glass anyone!

@peterhill93 @SkyUK Thanks for the reply. I had virgin for a few years and it's one of the worse. The speed is almont never the same. It disconnects at least 2 times per day. 350Mbps fibre feels like 20-30Mbps. Would definitely not recommend it.

@SkyUK Looks good but I think I will wait until other customers have found all the bugs first and for Sky to fix it. Sky will need to update their router like they have been promising for about 2 years as the current one is rubbish.
