@SkyHelpTeam Just before Christmas. You sent an Openreach engineer who confirmed no problem on the line itself and that the issue was in the Sky network. You’ve also had multiple complaints from others experiencing the same issue on the same exchange. Why has nothing been done to fix this?

My point another way; you appear to criticise an individual’s pay in order to destroy a national asset. Maybe you don’t intend this, but many think you do.
