@SkyHelpTeam My subscription was entertainment, movies & sports. It was due for renewal this month. I asked for them to cancel the above but I still have sky broadband. My last payment for tv is mid March they didn't say when the channels cut off.

@SkyUK hi I’ve just installed sky Broadband and it is active. All devices are connecting fine apart from my Amazon echo dot, this isn’t connecting and I’ve spoken to @amazon who advised to speak to the provider. Please help ASAP!

@SkyHelpTeam We always directed to the “simple steps to try at home” page, every time. Or given a number to call that only the account holder can ring (even though we’re all paying, a premium service). Why has nobody been sent to fix this? 2 Engineers came to install it.
