    @SkyHelpTeam It's not actually watching the cricket thats the issue, we have barely half the channels working at all, have done the online stuff, 15 mins on hold at the mo

    @SkyHelpTeam That's no help whatsoever. Give me a contact email address. The help section just takes me back to the same page, whatever I select as the fault. Contact tab does the same!

    @SkyHelpTeam When I can get internet on my device the line test usually comes up fine. The problem is is that half the time some of the devices in the house can connect and half the devices can’t. It’s been like this since I renewed my subscription at Christmas and it’s beyond a joke!

    @TCF87 @FiMorty @SkySports I think historically yes, but recently it’s happening less and less. We’ve seen Walker at CB but that’s more down to injury and he suited the role in the end. Vardy didn’t play much in the tournament because Kane was scoring. Any other examples?

    @SkyHelpTeam There is no ‘issue’ just broadband is 💩 in our area. Considering a lot of the country are now working from home I would have thought you’d upgrade the lines... but no... so we struggle with 0.65 download with 2 jobs and homeschooling... thanks Sky 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam hey sky. Stop telling us to run a line test. That’s not working via app OR browser. In case you haven’t realised from the influx of tweets you’ve been receiving you clearly have a massive widespread outage of some description. Try fixing it rather than fobbing us off

    @SkyHelpTeam sky internet is the most intermittent internet I have had in my life. My contract is up on 18.02 and I will be calling on 19.on to cancel. Unbelievably terrible, genuinely goes down once a day
