    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I want to upgrade my Sky Q 2TB box to a HDR capable one. Also I have issues with the box so think a change is due. I’ve registered but how long before I’m able to do this? Can this be speeded up in any way? Thanks.

    A week ago we renewed our @SkyHelpTeam broadband & was upgraded from essential to superfast. I understand the need to test the line, even though we’ve had sky for 9 years, but why in the last 7 day have we had a worse service? Today’s download speed is 18mbps & upload is 0.5mbps

    @SkyHelpTeam also I'm curious why your virtual assistant says it is closed, but on the very page that lead me there it says "sky's messaging service is available 9am - 7pm. 7 days a week..."

    @SkyUK If you try and call to cancel your subscription you get some recorded hoohah about them “helping vulnerable people” and put on hold till you eventually lose the will to live and hang up

    @SkyHelpTeam about a month ago we woke up to find there was no satellite service on my sky box. A few hours later it came back on but had deleted all the recordings. Annoying but it had never happened before and assumed there had been a fault. (1)
