@SkyUK hi I’ve just installed sky Broadband and it is active. All devices are connecting fine apart from my Amazon echo dot, this isn’t connecting and I’ve spoken to @amazon who advised to speak to the provider. Please help ASAP!

I’ve got @SkyUK threatening me with charges if I don’t pay them next month. I’ve been trying to cancel since 25/3/20, 2 emails cancelling my contract, 2 promised call backs which never happened and 3 attempts over messenger. I’ve done my bit, time for them to sort it...

@SkyHelpTeam My subscription was entertainment, movies & sports. It was due for renewal this month. I asked for them to cancel the above but I still have sky broadband. My last payment for tv is mid March they didn't say when the channels cut off.

@Luk3________ @SkyHelpTeam I knew you were on a system like YouTube when you upload as unlisted then list it on an certain hour it's confirmed now but please set your computer to auto list whilst there's no staff the strikes are ruining the service for every content on Sky + & non app on Q and above.

@SkyHelpTeam Utsav back on the Asian channels hasn't had any shows since the 11th and it's only Elite 6 still but that service is the only way people can watch the show uncensored not U or PG hack n slashed Pat Butchered to Obivion It should have the full nightly run uncensored and up to date

@SkyHelpTeam Believe in better has been believe in worse and many people rely on ITV X being fully up to date now they have just thrown bedroom TV which even in 2019 used old hardware it just doesn't support it anymore so people rely on Sky+, Q, Glass Catch Up TV to watch ITV weeklies.
