@SkyHelpTeam contract coming to an end so I phoned upgrade and told to ring customer service so I did and they told me to look on line for an offer and ring them back… so your customer service is for the customer to do it themselves …. I’m sure BT or Virgin will help me

@SkySports So Michael garrick was frist team coach and Ollie never took training so he is part of the problem so he brings back player who he must have told ollie not to play very strange So against Chelsea we are just going to let Chelsea come at us??? We this manager quickly

@SkyHelpTeam endless problems in 2021 which were sorted, was getting router sync at 40mbps now synching at 30mbps, no Wi-Fi problems, but nothing can be done, was told a 10mbps drop in my line speed is acceptable because it’s higher than my guaranteed minimum, not acceptable.

@opposethe100 @SkySports That'll be down to these being overseas tours that BT will have aggressively bid for. The Hundred is part of the deal they have with the ECB to cover cricket here. If you were Aus/Wi & had a product worth £5m & Sky offered you £6m & BT offered you £10m why would you go with Sky

@SkyHelpTeam My husband has been in touch by phone 3 times, each time with a promise that it will be in the post. On Tuesday this week he made his complaint to the complaints team, he had an email yesterday to arrange for them to phone him and at what time, he choose 7pm as he was at work..
