@SkyHelpTeam Yes. They are blaming Open Reach and have no idea when it’ll be fixed. When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. Having to work from home due to covid and I can’t!

@SkyHelpTeam It is working intermittantly, not very responsive. Have changed batteries but still slow or buttons not working. We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

Is there a bigger first world problem than living in area that only has internet provided by @SkyHelpTeam - lived here 4 months and we’re lucky if it’s been on or anywhere near the connection we’re paying for. Total 💩
