@SkyUK I’m hugely frustrated. I want to cancel my sky mini box which I haven’t used for months (ours needs have changed) but downgrading online is defeating me and try as I might I can’t get though by phone - not just today. I’ve now incurred the charge for another month 😢😠.

Isn't it time for @SkyUK to include the BBC Local Radio network to their guide. Obviously, not ALL of them; I can't see a situation where someone in Gateshead would regularly listen to radio Devon. Instead, it'd be on a region by region basis like the default 101 & 103 channels.

@SkyHelpTeam I have been in contact with your team for weeks and they don't seem to get much response from openreach! Always review dates! Sadly they haven't gotten the same treatment as power grid when they failed to restore the issues they had! I'd suggest ofcom is brought in to sort it.
