    @SkyHelpTeam You are mis interpreting my tweet. I have no problem with Sky Glass. I had Sky Q prior and need to return my old Sky Q boxes etc and need a returns box sending out to do this.

    @SkyHelpTeam HNY. My broadband has been off since 9am. Hub has orange lights, connection test says there’s and outage in my area, but when I go to service status the website says there are no problems. Is there a number I can call to check that my issue is in hand? Thanks
