    @SkyHelpTeam I've had sky q almost 3 weeks and so far...its crap. Twice I've had to turn power off at the wall just to reset the box because the remote has stopped working. Bring back sky plus!!!

    @SkyUK poor service for my pensioner parents after property struck by lightening yesterday, no record of phone call arranging repair yesterday and want £65 to send engineer out, they’ve been loyal customers for 15 years...poor 😕

    @SkySports Every weekend your commentator apologises for bad language picked up by pitch side microphones. Why do you not deploy the microphones away from the dug out areas where I'm sure the offensive language comes from 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok. Have tried that. Once I get through the messages again telling me to go online to run checks, it tells me that the wait time is 20 mins. Once again, this is garbage, because Sky have asked *me* to phone *them*.
