@SkyHelpTeam When I can get internet on my device the line test usually comes up fine. The problem is is that half the time some of the devices in the house can connect and half the devices can’t. It’s been like this since I renewed my subscription at Christmas and it’s beyond a joke!

@SkyUK Hi Sky, we’ve called so many times but keep been put on hold. We were told on Sunday past that we could call to get compensated (bill payment wise) for not having Sky for 5 days!! My mum and I are with you 21 years but this past while your service is horrendous.

@SkyHelpTeam Which I already did and because my line speed is 40Mb and I had 20 devices connected this is what you deemed to be the problem. Only issue is even being directly connected to the router with a Cat6 cable on the sky q box the other day we struggled to stream full HD from Disney+

@SteelTaylord @SkyUK Fire stick connections seem to be awful. I’ve literally got mine 4 metres away from the router and my connection speed is about 10Mb if I’m lucky. Yet I get similar speeds in the home office the other end of the house I just don’t get it anymore! Only seems to be last few weeks

@UtchStokie @SkySports I think he had a lot more confidence playing in the Premier league. Younger and didn't really second guess himself. I'm guessing he didn't get worse he just started overthinking it more. MON can help him go back to basics imo
