    @SkyHelpTeam Think Sky Stream needs some work. Constant crashes, Netflix freezing after use, stream glitches, and other bugs. Switching off at the wall 2-3 times per day. Network fine, software issues all over!

    Dear @SkyUK , I've been messing around all day trying to download programs, only for them to fail or get stuck on rec. I've had box & b/b unplugged, on/off, been online continually (cos wifi working) only to suss out it's only #Sky own channels tht don't work WTF? 😡 #Stressed 😤

    @SkyHelpTeam I've had it with Sky as this is the 2nd time I have had any notification of a subscription increase, their customer service is not much better as they don't care for a customer and subscriber of over 20 years, so on 21st November I'm being disconnected, thanks for nothing sky.
