    @SkyHelpTeam When I can get internet on my device the line test usually comes up fine. The problem is is that half the time some of the devices in the house can connect and half the devices can’t. It’s been like this since I renewed my subscription at Christmas and it’s beyond a joke!

    @SkyHelpTeam why do you make it so difficult to cancel parts of your subscription the help function is no help at all surely in 2021 you can cancel part of your subscription by logging into your account

    .@SkyUK are there connection issues in Belper, Derbyshire? No issues noted on the app. Wifi working fine but no internet connection. Can’t test the connection through the app. Internet has been down for nearly 2 days.

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet has gone down in the NG9 area. It’s saying no known issues but can’t connect and tummy sky Q is saying the same. Can you help please. Already done the trouble shooting and line tests. Thanks

    @SkySports So Michael garrick was frist team coach and Ollie never took training so he is part of the problem so he brings back player who he must have told ollie not to play very strange So against Chelsea we are just going to let Chelsea come at us??? We this manager quickly

    @SkyHelpTeam I keep getting message ‘we’re experiencing technical difficulties’ - I can’t get in to manage my account, this has been happening on and off for weeks. I get in once, go to get the info I need to finish my query and then I’m unable to proceed. Any clues on the issue?

    @SkyUK how do I get to speak to a person to order an additional booster for my broadband? The auto phone system is not helping I need to work from home but the signal to the room I use is flaky & keeps dropping out & I loose work!!! I didn’t have any problems talking to BT

    @SkyHelpTeam no satellite signal all day and can't even get the TV guide up! Can't get an engineer out until mid Feb, have tried all trouble shooting options, please help.
