By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

@SkyHelpTeam I have I called them this morning when the internet stopped working. They said it was an external fault and can take upto 2 days to fix. Nothing is showing in my order - although ironically we were due to change to your superbroadband next week!

@SkyHelpTeam The speed to the Hub is poor "We've checked the speed from your local telephone exchange or street cabinet to your Sky hub." An engineer came out a couple of months back and said there was a break in the cable. He sorted it out, it was perfect then slowed again.

@SkyHelpTeam Day 3 no internet and you're only now saying there's an outage in the south west. That 6 hours outage window is bullshit. Please can you make sure this outage goes on for another 27 days so I can legally end my contract with your absolute dogshit service
