    By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam, I activated my Sky Rewards Sainsbury’s coupon, but it wouldn’t scan at checkout. The cashier said there was a Sainsbury’s-wide issue and none of the coupons were working today. My 60-minute activation has now expired. Can you reinstate the reward? Thanks!
