    @SkyUK so after spending 1hr waiting to get through then 1hr the phone about WiFi range problems. You sent a router out that is worse then the last internet keeps dropping and even no WiFi in same room as Router #CustomerService #poorquality #cancelcontracts #skyfibre #skyQ

    @SkyUK what a joke your company is. Three hours on the phone between two of us today. Was going to upgrade but your staff couldn’t be bothered to call back as they agreed to do. Can’t wait to leave now, you deserve your appalling customer service reputation!

    @SkyUK I’m hugely frustrated. I want to cancel my sky mini box which I haven’t used for months (ours needs have changed) but downgrading online is defeating me and try as I might I can’t get though by phone - not just today. I’ve now incurred the charge for another month 😢😠.

    @ChaplinJamie @SkySportsNews @Basfordutdfc I never get SkySports seeming apathy to none EPL or CL stuff. Log on to the app, no names in foreign game listing, no badges. In the age of the internet it's hardly difficult to populate that. They can employ me to do it happily.

    @m1ss_muffintop @SkyHelpTeam I'd say if it was only a quick on and off leave it off for a good 30-60 seconds then turn it back on if that doesn't work if you have a spare hdmi cable try that as those do go eventually
