    @SkyHelpTeam I keep getting message ‘we’re experiencing technical difficulties’ - I can’t get in to manage my account, this has been happening on and off for weeks. I get in once, go to get the info I need to finish my query and then I’m unable to proceed. Any clues on the issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam my internet has gone down in the NG9 area. It’s saying no known issues but can’t connect and tummy sky Q is saying the same. Can you help please. Already done the trouble shooting and line tests. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there. The broadband for a property i look after for someone is not working. I've tried resetting the Qhub box etc but makes no difference. Obviously I'm not the account holder, is there a way to organise getting it looked at or do I need account holder info?
