@SkyHelpTeam I've had sky q almost 3 weeks and so far...its crap. Twice I've had to turn power off at the wall just to reset the box because the remote has stopped working. Bring back sky plus!!!

Dear @SkyUK - after you efficiently swapped out my broken SkyQ box, I realised I left my viewing card in the broken one I returned. Thought this would be a nightmare to fix.. Chatbot yesterday around 10am, replacement arrived first thing this morning! Great service - thanks!

@SkyHelpTeam I am not happy, after several phone calls about my non fuctioning Sky Q 2TB box not working properly & being promised a replacement 3 times, i am still waiting to recieve a replacement. I also recieved my SkyQ mini that i added that i am paying for but unable to use.
