    Hi @SkyHelpTeam — I’ve been a loyal Sky customer for years and have always been happy, but I’ve had to cancel as my renewal price jumped. The “best offer” I’ve been given is about 20% higher than my current £89. Can anyone review this before my cancellation on 19 Nov?
