By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

@SkyHelpTeam Ordered a replacement SkyQ box on 12 Dec (diagnosed with Hard Drive failure by support), told it would arrive on 14th. Called on 14th told it would arrive next day. Called on 19th told it would arrive by Christmas. Guess what, it’s now Christmas and still no box.
