    @SkyHelpTeam Recently switched to Sky Glass and now for 3 nights in a row there has been a ‘technical issue with this channel’ when watching on demand or Sky Cinema. Have seen loads of people with the same issue? What’s the problem?

    @SkyHelpTeam The only texts I received were nearly 12 hours ago. I have had no update since. This was what I asked about in my first tweet to you. 12 hours with no update is very poor service. Are you able to provide me with an update of when my internet will be working again?
