Obviously, not ALL of them; I can't see a situation where someone in Gateshead would regularly listen to radio Devon. Instead, it'd be on a region by region basis like the default 101 & 103 channels.

I want to cancel my sky mini box which I haven’t used for months (ours needs have changed) but downgrading online is defeating me and try as I might I can’t get though by phone - not just today. I’ve now incurred the charge for another month 😢😠.

Just very disappointed in the service since we renewed and ‘upgraded’ but the 10 days is up tomorrow so I’m looking forward to my super fast broadband actually being super fast and not super slow.

Someone crying on the call would immediately make them vulnerable and would prevent upselling/coercion of any kind. Fix this @SkyUK
