    By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

    @SkySports In now way excusing Rafiq’s comments but to me, the most concerning thing here is rather than criticise Cricket and it’s establishment for the treatment he received, someone decided that it would be a better use of their time to dig for dirt on the person raising the issues.
