@TCF87 @FiMorty @SkySports I think historically yes, but recently it’s happening less and less. We’ve seen Walker at CB but that’s more down to injury and he suited the role in the end. Vardy didn’t play much in the tournament because Kane was scoring. Any other examples?

@Nuketrino @SkyHelpTeam I had the same issue, nearly had a mental breakdown after a month of issues, and arguments btwn Sky and Openreach as to who was at fault, reverted back to my previous contract. Copper wires mean no chance of "fibre"... Duh!

@SkyHelpTeam Why is it so hard to downgrade or cancel? Been in a webchat queue for 90 mins last night before you closed which has continued into another 90 mins so far today. Why can't I self serve and do this via MySky? I can upgrade on it.
