A week ago we renewed our @SkyHelpTeam broadband & was upgraded from essential to superfast. I understand the need to test the line, even though we’ve had sky for 9 years, but why in the last 7 day have we had a worse service? Today’s download speed is 18mbps & upload is 0.5mbps

@TCF87 @FiMorty @SkySports I think historically yes, but recently it’s happening less and less. We’ve seen Walker at CB but that’s more down to injury and he suited the role in the end. Vardy didn’t play much in the tournament because Kane was scoring. Any other examples?

Today’s upload speed @SkyHelpTeam is virtually non-existent at 0.18mbps. Just very disappointed in the service since we renewed and ‘upgraded’ but the 10 days is up tomorrow so I’m looking forward to my super fast broadband actually being super fast and not super slow.

@SkyHelpTeam See if this sort out my Broadband Issues that have started since just before xmas in Newcastle West. Ethernet connection speed is 39mbps, and wifi keeps dropping on devices all over house, loss of connection to Q mini. Virgin Media here I come, as soon as Sky BB contract is up.
