    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I have been having issues intermittently with my broadband over the past few days and now it won’t work at all. Just tried to follow the instructions online and it says that Sky Hub can’t be detected I have an old netgear router! Help please.

    Isn't it time for @SkyUK to include the BBC Local Radio network to their guide. Obviously, not ALL of them; I can't see a situation where someone in Gateshead would regularly listen to radio Devon. Instead, it'd be on a region by region basis like the default 101 & 103 channels.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've had sky q almost 3 weeks and so far...its crap. Twice I've had to turn power off at the wall just to reset the box because the remote has stopped working. Bring back sky plus!!!

    @SkyUK I’m hugely frustrated. I want to cancel my sky mini box which I haven’t used for months (ours needs have changed) but downgrading online is defeating me and try as I might I can’t get though by phone - not just today. I’ve now incurred the charge for another month 😢😠.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Ross, you say "if" this happens. I believe there is a date set for 2025 for the switch off. Can you let me know the options going forward. You've contracted me to a service that won't exist in less than 2 years. And with over 10 million customers on dsl I'd be worried.

    @SkyHelpTeam how do I just phone and speak to someone? I pay for broadband boost but I don’t get strong enough signal in all my rooms. Call line I found online cuts my off if I press option 4 for existing customers who require help.
