@SkyHelpTeam It is working intermittantly, not very responsive. Have changed batteries but still slow or buttons not working. We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

Are there internet issues in Cwmcarn(NP11) @SkyHelpTeam. Internet has dropped out 3 times today and five 6 times in total this week alone.
