    By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

    @SkyHelpTeam my phone appears to be able to make or receive any calls, I’m in Derby & have checked the online coverage checker which shows no issues. I can see that there’s lots of reports of an outage throughout the UK. Please fix ASAP as I’m chasing an insurance repair

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Emma - apparently no problem my area, it must be on premises etc etc. An engineer is now booked to attend on Monday. Hard reset done at router, literally nothing has changed to setup etc overnight but broadband has dropped between midnight and 5:30am.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve never know such stupid t&cs from a company. I’ve just cancelled my broadband but can’t cancel my tv package earlier cos it ends in November. I don’t even use the tv package so why can’t I cancel it early?

    @Informalytics @SkyHelpTeam Outage here in tq14. Spoke to customer service first thing and they confirmed the outage. Oddly though they informed me that as it was a DT outage it wouldn’t ping as a full outage. Until now my sky app said everything was fine but is now saying an outage. But no idea on a fix
