I understand the need to test the line, even though we’ve had sky for 9 years, but why in the last 7 day have we had a worse service? Today’s download speed is 18mbps & upload is 0.5mbps

We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

I shouldn’t have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for. Surely 1 channel is enough for the darts then the rugby could have been on a dedicated channel instead of the poor red button.
