@SkyHelpTeam I keep getting message ‘we’re experiencing technical difficulties’ - I can’t get in to manage my account, this has been happening on and off for weeks. I get in once, go to get the info I need to finish my query and then I’m unable to proceed. Any clues on the issue?

@SkySports It was tough they played well but taking off Jack Glealish I don’t get that at all he’s the only one that could get into there defence to cause a bit of trouble no wonder he looked a bit pissed as for the penalty I’m not sure about England must move on from this quickly

@SkyHelpTeam I think you've enough info to look into it. Plenty of people telling you the same thing. Here's some more help, turn off "Connect to Sky Q Box" and stream from the Internet and it's fine. I'm not wasting my life on your phone support system. Get your dev team to be proactive.
