Today’s upload speed @SkyHelpTeam is virtually non-existent at 0.18mbps. Just very disappointed in the service since we renewed and ‘upgraded’ but the 10 days is up tomorrow so I’m looking forward to my super fast broadband actually being super fast and not super slow.

With reference to the Sky Help Team, I’ve chatted to two different people over the last two or 3 days but, in the end, they can’t do anything and palm you off to someone else at Sky!
