    @SkyUK hi I’ve just installed sky Broadband and it is active. All devices are connecting fine apart from my Amazon echo dot, this isn’t connecting and I’ve spoken to @amazon who advised to speak to the provider. Please help ASAP!

    Today’s upload speed @SkyHelpTeam is virtually non-existent at 0.18mbps. Just very disappointed in the service since we renewed and ‘upgraded’ but the 10 days is up tomorrow so I’m looking forward to my super fast broadband actually being super fast and not super slow.

    Hey @SkyHelpTeam why is gigafast &31 a month for new customers yet £53 for existing? Doesn’t seem right that I’ve just upgraded my internet as an existing customer to find out I’ve been ripped off because I’m not new. Is loyalty not rewarded?!

    @SkyUK you have the WORST customer service. There is no one to speak to except AI chatbots, it’s so frustrating! For the amount of money you charge people, it’s shocking you don’t have a proper team in place. Been trying to get through to someone regarding an issue for 2 hours!

    @pitpasschris @sky If this July increase is related to phone/broadband you’re likely on old copper services. If so expect a further increase in October @SkyHelpTeam should be explaining it’s due to Openreach switching off the copper network & hiking prices to double them compared to start of 2026
