    A week ago we renewed our @SkyHelpTeam broadband & was upgraded from essential to superfast. I understand the need to test the line, even though we’ve had sky for 9 years, but why in the last 7 day have we had a worse service? Today’s download speed is 18mbps & upload is 0.5mbps

    Today’s upload speed @SkyHelpTeam is virtually non-existent at 0.18mbps. Just very disappointed in the service since we renewed and ‘upgraded’ but the 10 days is up tomorrow so I’m looking forward to my super fast broadband actually being super fast and not super slow.

    @SkyHelpTeam had sky Q installed today but no mini box as requested was delivered I called you at 9 am to review the call and still heard nothing back been a customer for over 25 yrs really poor customer service sadly

    @Noah65556716 @SkySports Gets in a position. Bottles it. Becoming more and more frequent as he gets older. Course/leaderboard management is poor. Takes big stick and unnecessary risks, that ruins his round.

    @SkyHelpTeam No known issues result. 79 speed to the house but ANY device comes in at 3.3 tops. We've rebooted the hub. Still the same.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello @SkyHelpTeam we are still having issues with our broadband connection and have tried everything suggested online. We believe it’s a fault with the line, but calls are seemingly only for vulnerable people. How can we get this resolved? It’s 18 days since we upgraded. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam It is working intermittantly, not very responsive. Have changed batteries but still slow or buttons not working. We have a new touch pad remote which is fine. But partner can only cope with the old one. I think it is literally wearing out.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have checked the help section. It only covers activation of the mini box not loss of connectivity between the mini and main sky q box. If I try to call your telephone system doesn’t recognise me as a sky q customer so I end up waiting for over 1 hour to be put in another queue

    @SkyHelpTeam genuinely beyond angry at your utter incompetence. Loyal customer sold the dream of moving home with Sky. Moved on Dec 18th- told we'd have broadband on 30th. That was moved to Jan 8th. 2 SMS today saying "Great it's all being activated by midnight". Here we are 1/2

    @MullensMusings @SkyIreland @SkyHelpTeam Shower of money grabbing A**h's I'm with them over 16 years, tried to cancel my movie and sport package awhile back, got lectured like I was a 4 year old, rude customer service. No loyalty to customers.
