    @SkyHelpTeam my phone appears to be able to make or receive any calls, I’m in Derby & have checked the online coverage checker which shows no issues. I can see that there’s lots of reports of an outage throughout the UK. Please fix ASAP as I’m chasing an insurance repair

    By far the worst experience/experiences I’ve had by @SkyUK - shameful! 2 weeks+ of phone calls (14 to be precise!) and you still can’t resolve the issue. And I’ve been honest and told you that you’ve sent me an extra phone and watch!

    @SkyHelpTeam Sky Q, woke up Tuesday morning to a no satellite signal message, engineer came same day checked signal all was ok, he replaced Sky Q box, all ok... every morning since had the same problem, can’t get an engineer out until next week unless I pay £15 😡😡
