    @sav10la @SkyHelpTeam La Liga on ITV 4 mate, plus I like the basketball. Hands up sky tv is brilliant with a big help from BT sport lol had BT internet at me mums never had an issue. Just not the quickest. Think gonna go back to virgin internet. 350 mbps worth the extra money.

    Absolutely sick to death of Sky now !! Multiroom never works - broadband is always slow and mobile network is crap !!! @SkyHelpTeam get an engineer to my house ASAP to remove your kit !!!

    @SkyHelpTeam same issue different day - again 😡😡 getting very bored of this now ! Send someone to fix the issue please or I’m cancelling my contract and will be after compensation for you guys not providing the service I pay for 😡😡😡

    @SkyUK poor service for my pensioner parents after property struck by lightening yesterday, no record of phone call arranging repair yesterday and want £65 to send engineer out, they’ve been loyal customers for 15 years...poor 😕

    @SkyUK I’m hugely frustrated. I want to cancel my sky mini box which I haven’t used for months (ours needs have changed) but downgrading online is defeating me and try as I might I can’t get though by phone - not just today. I’ve now incurred the charge for another month 😢😠.

    @SkyHelpTeam I've had sky q almost 3 weeks and so far...its crap. Twice I've had to turn power off at the wall just to reset the box because the remote has stopped working. Bring back sky plus!!!

    Hi @SkyUK you appear to have broken #SkyGo on the #PS4 with your last update. Cannot log in at all despite the details being correct and being able to log into the Windows Sky Go and website.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have tried to cancel sky sports but ur site has no way to do that ur call number is a joke now got an email ur upping my bill in a pandemic to recover ur losses please help me or I'm cancelling the whole thing through my bank i refuse to b robbed during a pandemic
