@SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK No. I have been doing, to an advisor but then got a reply back saying office is closed. I will just see how it is after 30 days and cancel everything and move over to Virgin because I've had enough now.

@SkyHelpTeam My subscription was entertainment, movies & sports. It was due for renewal this month. I asked for them to cancel the above but I still have sky broadband. My last payment for tv is mid March they didn't say when the channels cut off.

@SkyHelpTeam There is a problem with season 2 of Cobra. When episodes 4-6 were put back On Demand after being removed, they were in UHD/HDR and now they are in UHD without HDR. Would you please have the HDR versions put in place? Thank you.
