    @SkyHelpTeam my internet has gone down in the NG9 area. It’s saying no known issues but can’t connect and tummy sky Q is saying the same. Can you help please. Already done the trouble shooting and line tests. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam I keep getting message ‘we’re experiencing technical difficulties’ - I can’t get in to manage my account, this has been happening on and off for weeks. I get in once, go to get the info I need to finish my query and then I’m unable to proceed. Any clues on the issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam my bill has been increased by £20 per month as a discount has ended, I was lead to believe that the discount was for 18 months but it ended after 12. How do I make a complaint? I'm currently trying to get through to the cancellations team but waited 27mins already

    @SkyHelpTeam My Wife Kathryn called earlier this morning. The engineer explained that the issue is your super computer that controls the line keeps severing the connection and resetting it because it thinks there is too much traffic on the line.

    @SkyHelpTeam Is there an email address or online chat? I can’t call them. I can see the best deal - leave and rejoin as a new customer or find a supplier who gives fair deals to all customers not just bump up the cost to existing people to pay for the newbies discounts!
