    @SkyHelpTeam I keep getting message ‘we’re experiencing technical difficulties’ - I can’t get in to manage my account, this has been happening on and off for weeks. I get in once, go to get the info I need to finish my query and then I’m unable to proceed. Any clues on the issue?

    @SkyHelpTeam my bill has been increased by £20 per month as a discount has ended, I was lead to believe that the discount was for 18 months but it ended after 12. How do I make a complaint? I'm currently trying to get through to the cancellations team but waited 27mins already

    @euromove sky mobile is a disgrace if you accidentally switch on mobile data without making a call or text you basically get charged because 10mb of data is triggered almost immediately. @SkyMobileCorp @SkyUK I am so angry I am looking to cancel all my sky services TV, B/Bnd etc etc asap.

    @SkyHelpTeam my sky q mini box turns on shows the menu for a split second then goes black screen. I've tried all the reset routes and still no different. Even tried other hdmi cables and 3 tvs still the same issue
