    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. The picture and sound isn’t freezing on the main box but what I have noticed is it’s really slow when navigating through the menus. It also sounds like a jet engine most mornings and won’t turn on. I thought it was updating and left it for a day but it still does it 🤨
