@SkyHelpTeam I keep getting message ‘we’re experiencing technical difficulties’ - I can’t get in to manage my account, this has been happening on and off for weeks. I get in once, go to get the info I need to finish my query and then I’m unable to proceed. Any clues on the issue?

@SkyHelpTeam When I can get internet on my device the line test usually comes up fine. The problem is is that half the time some of the devices in the house can connect and half the devices can’t. It’s been like this since I renewed my subscription at Christmas and it’s beyond a joke!

@SkySports So the “No Vaccine Passports” statement the other day was infact….. more lies from our Government. Don’t worry we all expected it, can never believe a word these guys say anymore it’s beyond laughable. If you’re living in fear and vulnerable, maybe don’t be at events??

@SkyHelpTeam Getting different messages about my broadband which has been off for over an hour. One bit says there's no problem. Then I get a message saying there's an outage in the area. Then a message saying you can't do checks at present. How long will it be off for?
