    @SkyHelpTeam I've had sky q almost 3 weeks and so far...its crap. Twice I've had to turn power off at the wall just to reset the box because the remote has stopped working. Bring back sky plus!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam We have had sky q since day 1 and we have given up trying to sort the issues we have with it. It’s the only device in the home that has trouble with IP address conflicts. You can’t fix it as you aren’t capable. Everything else is fine except your crap.

    @GazzehCOYS @HLTCO @SkySports If people leak http etc they can cause it happened to other IPTV companies as they blocked and shut it down even don't tagged sky help team they can block it as well

    @SkyHelpTeam Problem with installation etc received comp from sky as some fault was yours. However apparently lots of compensation due from BT according to your customer service and logged on my account due to no service, not materialised as it is supposed to appear through billing.
