We have had no internet or landline services since Thursday lunch time when someone came to connect our neighbours. After calling repeatedly we were meant to have an engineer today who never arrived. So now we are facing a working week without connection @SkyHelpTeam

@DaleSugden @granty__no1 @SkySports @GNev2 Premier League Clubs work on budgets as well. The best option would be to advance the solidarity payments that come from the PL to the EFL to help the EFL clubs get through this crisis and budget accordingly. I think the bigger problem is going to come in the Championship

@NOWTV have you tested your app on the #appletv ? @SkySports sound turns off EVERY time an advert comes on. Happens across all 3 of my Apple TV’s. So: not a me problem (ie “have you tried resetting the app”). It’s a you problem. Can’t imagine your advertisers are happy.

Hey @SkyHelpTeam I tried placing an order for broadband but because the property is a new build, there’s some issue with OpenReach? However OpenReach have said you need to use the Bronze Address matching process? Without an order from a provider they won’t know to connect.
