They said it was an external fault and can take upto 2 days to fix. Nothing is showing in my order - although ironically we were due to change to your superbroadband next week!

Pete (@fergalson) reported@SkyUK whatever you are paying your network team, you need to cut it. A quick google, or use of copilot shows that THE ROUTER CANNOT CAUSE A RED LOS. Openreach engineer has said itโs an issue with sky, my neighbours are having the same issue USING the sky router.
