I understand the need to test the line, even though we’ve had sky for 9 years, but why in the last 7 day have we had a worse service? Today’s download speed is 18mbps & upload is 0.5mbps

When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. Attempted to cancel this evening and was on hold for 35mins before sky bloke tells me he’ll have to direct me to cancellations. Waited another 40mins before I get a message saying it’s 8pm and the depts closed! 😡
