I understand the need to test the line, even though weโve had sky for 9 years, but why in the last 7 day have we had a worse service? Todayโs download speed is 18mbps & upload is 0.5mbps

Attempted to cancel this evening and was on hold for 35mins before sky bloke tells me heโll have to direct me to cancellations. Waited another 40mins before I get a message saying itโs 8pm and the depts closed! ๐ก
