    @SkyHelpTeam ok so I thought I’d update you that your tech team have confirmed South Yorkshire is down and you don’t know why or when a fix will be in place. Wasn’t hard to get confirmation from them so perhaps you should have took your own advice and called them.

    @SkyHelpTeam Ok I got through. £100 upgrade! Unbelievable. Been with Sky 20 years! That's outrageous. If I cancelled my contract and my wife opened a new account on same package you automatically get the HDR box. That's an awful way to treat loyal customers. Truly awful!

    Can @SkyHelpTeam confirm that all issues with their broadband are now resolved as I still cannot connect my smart tv & Q box to the internet. I have turned off my Q box & switched it back on and reset my router but still the same message. Please help.
