    @SkyUK Spoken to @SkyHelpTeam on phone- managed to reduce monthly bill by £10:50 +all HD channels+Eurosport channels in HD. Had to have Kids package(£5)initially but can cancel that in next 31 days to reduce it a further £5! Special mention to James in ‘value’ department @SkyUK

    @SkyUK I’m not happy with your price increases so called to cancel as I know my consumer rights. But Just had a lass blatantly lie to me saying I can’t leave. Then her manager said same and nothing I could do, so I demanded it was escalated and someone other than them ring 1/3.

    Rain knocks out Sky signal. Broadband, also from Sky, working fine, so of course I can stream the footie on my phone. But I can’t cast it from my phone to the telly because reasons. But hey, I only pay £100 a month for something that gets taken out by water. @SkyHelpTeam

    Isn't it time for @SkyUK to include the BBC Local Radio network to their guide. Obviously, not ALL of them; I can't see a situation where someone in Gateshead would regularly listen to radio Devon. Instead, it'd be on a region by region basis like the default 101 & 103 channels.
