Isn't it time for @SkyUK to include the BBC Local Radio network to their guide. Obviously, not ALL of them; I can't see a situation where someone in Gateshead would regularly listen to radio Devon. Instead, it'd be on a region by region basis like the default 101 & 103 channels.

Rain knocks out Sky signal. Broadband, also from Sky, working fine, so of course I can stream the footie on my phone. But I can’t cast it from my phone to the telly because reasons. But hey, I only pay £100 a month for something that gets taken out by water. @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyUK Spoken to @SkyHelpTeam on phone- managed to reduce monthly bill by £10:50 +all HD channels+Eurosport channels in HD. Had to have Kids package(£5)initially but can cancel that in next 31 days to reduce it a further £5! Special mention to James in ‘value’ department @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam I had to cancel original order then order again. The new order would only be basic broadband. Was only told this when I mentioned the compensation scheme. Advisor blamed @OpenreachHelp my point is I’m a sky customer and not an openreach customer

@SkyHelpTeam There was no point. I logged a complaint and a week later when l called to see when they would come to get Tv and internet set up. The rep said nothing hung up and then sent me an email saying my complaint was now closed. Did not address any of my issues I’m still waiting.
