    @SkyHelpTeam ok so I thought I’d update you that your tech team have confirmed South Yorkshire is down and you don’t know why or when a fix will be in place. Wasn’t hard to get confirmation from them so perhaps you should have took your own advice and called them.

    @SkyHelpTeam This is *************** now. My router has not been able to connect to the internet all day. I need the internet for my work. I live in Liverpool and I'm not the only person with this problem. Been a customer for 10+ years and I've had enough of this awful service.
