A week ago we renewed our @SkyHelpTeam broadband & was upgraded from essential to superfast. I understand the need to test the line, even though we’ve had sky for 9 years, but why in the last 7 day have we had a worse service? Today’s download speed is 18mbps & upload is 0.5mbps

We have had no internet or landline services since Thursday lunch time when someone came to connect our neighbours. After calling repeatedly we were meant to have an engineer today who never arrived. So now we are facing a working week without connection @SkyHelpTeam

@Skysports stop going on about Jordan Rhodes. He has never shown his previous form for us - under any manager. He is not a target man , he would be anonymous on the pitch If he was there. We still need a striker because JR hasn’t done anything for us. We wish he would come good

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. They are blaming Open Reach and have no idea when it’ll be fixed. When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. Having to work from home due to covid and I can’t!

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried the tests on the website multiple times. I get an error with my broadband hub, connection fails, I follow the steps and it says my connection has been fixed - but it hasn’t been fixed as I still have slow broadband speeds and when I try the test again I get same error
