    @SkyHelpTeam I have I called them this morning when the internet stopped working. They said it was an external fault and can take upto 2 days to fix. Nothing is showing in my order - although ironically we were due to change to your superbroadband next week!

    @SkyHelpTeam limited TV, 1 week of no TV, and over 3 days wait from booking for an engineer? £15. On a bill of about £110 a month, and a customer for over 21 years. Bit of a kick in the teeth.

    @SkyHelpTeam I was trying to unsubscribe from a service. However I was put through to technical support and they said I would need to be transferred. I was and 45 mins later was disconnected.

    @SkyHelpTeam TV has been failing for a month or so. Every fix from online guides only ever temporary but also as "in the moment" worked, meant never got progress. Now at stage 2tb Q box won't switch on. Finally got replacement and engineer booked. Recompense for 5 weeks of

    @SkyUK According to you, I was a Diamond customer. What did that give me? Nothing. Then I decided to leave. I was immediately inundated with “special offers” and EIGHT phone calls. Too late. I’ve put up with price rise after price rise. Collect your equipment soon or I’ll bin it.

    How long before there’s a @SkyUK streaming box - not interested in a new TV, mines a mere 6 months old and fits nicely into the media wall - I am however very interested in streaming, so I don’t have to suffer poor dish signal when it rains heavily - happens a lot here. #SkyGlass

    @florencerounda2 @SkyUK Maybe for average users it would be suitable. However, for heavy users/gamers where disconnections are extremely frustrating. I hear sky would be just as bad as virgin. I'm with virgin at the moment and very unhappy.
