Isn't it time for @SkyUK to include the BBC Local Radio network to their guide. Obviously, not ALL of them; I can't see a situation where someone in Gateshead would regularly listen to radio Devon. Instead, it'd be on a region by region basis like the default 101 & 103 channels.

We seemed to have lost our sky channels. We can still bet bbc, itv and Gold, but Sky One and Sky Atlantic are coming up as no signal @SkyHelpTeam
