    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I want to upgrade my Sky Q 2TB box to a HDR capable one. Also I have issues with the box so think a change is due. Iโ€™ve registered but how long before Iโ€™m able to do this? Can this be speeded up in any way? Thanks.

    A week ago we renewed our @SkyHelpTeam broadband & was upgraded from essential to superfast. I understand the need to test the line, even though weโ€™ve had sky for 9 years, but why in the last 7 day have we had a worse service? Todayโ€™s download speed is 18mbps & upload is 0.5mbps

    @SkyHelpTeam I have I called them this morning when the internet stopped working. They said it was an external fault and can take upto 2 days to fix. Nothing is showing in my order - although ironically we were due to change to your superbroadband next week!

    @SkyHelpTeam any idea who I should contact regarding a damaged router that doesn't work? I tried the chat bot but AI didn't understand me, rang the number online to be directed to a different number who then directed me back to the first one. Paying for Internet I can't use...
