When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. Matthew Burrow (@matt_burrow) reported@SkyHelpTeam You are not getting the point. It’s hardwired so it’s not the internet or Wi-Fi . Everything works. It’s the connection between the box and mini. It’s just poor and keeps losing signal. Poor drop outs freezing and constant reboots. You even put your own booster in.

Probably the best part of £20k spent.I could have bought my own satellite for that and get a better signal. The technology is getting worse and 2 engineers still cannot get it to work blaming Wi-Fi. It’s hardwired!

Pulled out all wires. It got to the point where it said to book an engineer. I looked online and its said there a few reports of BT being down.
