    @bt_uk been with @SkyHelpTeam for 7 years no real issues, moved house 5 weeks ago @SkyHelpTeam not available, haven’t had a day so far where my broadband works. Get me out of this contract would rather 4g

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I’m having issues with my Sky Q remote control when accessing the Guide menu. There seems to be a delay. I have replaced the batteries, but no improvement. Can you send a replacement? I am a diamond VIP customer. Thanks Steve

    @SkyHelpTeam hopefully your customer service training is better than the person who has just called me allegedly from Sky Mobile? Who or how do I complain to? I ask as this call has got me thinking I should move all three of my mobile contracts. Thanks in advance.

    @SkyHelpTeam contract coming to an end so I phoned upgrade and told to ring customer service so I did and they told me to look on line for an offer and ring them back… so your customer service is for the customer to do it themselves …. I’m sure BT or Virgin will help me

    Ao @SkyUK says an outage on broadband in my area, but status checker says no issues. No broadband for about an hour so far. No information available as to why. Joyful.

Also where you live is EXTREMELY important as local news is just gone unless you live in a big city. Not even Carlisle has local news. I want to know what's happening here, not 70 miles to the South. And no CNN.

    @Levelhead1892 @markukfan @SkyUK As I said , no WiFi no tv. I have been there. It’s a terrible product. Who wants ‘teething issues ‘ when they are watching tv. And more important who wants no tv when they are watching tv. It’s a terrible product and you know it. A decent tv and sky Q is far superior

    @LifeWasted1973 @craigc291 @SkyUK Right now, once we get it on Playlist You Can't Get Rid Of It. Sky keeps telling me to go through a certain sequence and I have to tell them that the options they say to choose don't even display. "Oh, that's going to be a SW fix", but good luck on getting a date.
