    Isn't it time for @SkyUK to include the BBC Local Radio network to their guide. Obviously, not ALL of them; I can't see a situation where someone in Gateshead would regularly listen to radio Devon. Instead, it'd be on a region by region basis like the default 101 & 103 channels.

    @SkyUK Spoken to @SkyHelpTeam on phone- managed to reduce monthly bill by £10:50 +all HD channels+Eurosport channels in HD. Had to have Kids package(£5)initially but can cancel that in next 31 days to reduce it a further £5! Special mention to James in ‘value’ department @SkyUK

    @SkyHelpTeam I had to cancel original order then order again. The new order would only be basic broadband. Was only told this when I mentioned the compensation scheme. Advisor blamed @OpenreachHelp my point is I’m a sky customer and not an openreach customer

    @SkyHelpTeam So chat with the team, like I did last week, they send an engineer out this week who advised the router, your router, is faulty. I pay for a guaranteed WiFi signal with a booster. And your solution is to chat with the team again. You do know I’m the customer don’t you?
