    @SkyHelpTeam contract coming to an end so I phoned upgrade and told to ring customer service so I did and they told me to look on line for an offer and ring them back… so your customer service is for the customer to do it themselves …. I’m sure BT or Virgin will help me

    Ao @SkyUK says an outage on broadband in my area, but status checker says no issues. No broadband for about an hour so far. No information available as to why. Joyful.

    @bt_uk been with @SkyHelpTeam for 7 years no real issues, moved house 5 weeks ago @SkyHelpTeam not available, haven’t had a day so far where my broadband works. Get me out of this contract would rather 4g

    @SkySports I thought Sweden got away with a lot of very physical challenges. The effort of the Swedish players was incredible but they got away with a lot of holding and diving into challenges where they didn’t win the ball. The holding and obstruction defenders get away with now is awful.

    @SkyHelpTeam Can somebody please let me know what's happening to my internet in Dartford? It's been extremely slow & dropping out intermittently since about 4.30 pm yesterday. Having to connect via phone hotspot. I'm working from home so it's causing me big problems!

    @BorisJohnson you extended lockdown rules , now can you also extended our bounce back payments and reimburse last weeks payment and let your @SkySports companies no we are not working to full capacity so they can reduce payments for the hospitality
