@SkyHelpTeam Broadbands absolutely terrible at the minute and has been for a while, averaging 3mbs download speed and it’s been similar since we started our contract yet I can go on compare the market and you’re offering average speeds of 59mbs in my area... what am I missing

@SkyHelpTeam ok so I thought I’d update you that your tech team have confirmed South Yorkshire is down and you don’t know why or when a fix will be in place. Wasn’t hard to get confirmation from them so perhaps you should have took your own advice and called them.

Take time off work to get your broadband sorted with @SkyUK and @BTOpenreach1 @BTCare and no one turns up, calls or let’s you know anything and it’s now passed the time slot allocated, day off work wasted and caused work issues

@SkyHelpTeam I do not have an installation date as I type 🙈 and have an urge to cancel my subscriptions altogether. Note that my subscription includes Broadband, TV and my landline. I am still also paying for my old subscription with a competitor just to retain some broadband facility 😡😡
