    @Skysports stop going on about Jordan Rhodes. He has never shown his previous form for us - under any manager. He is not a target man , he would be anonymous on the pitch If he was there. We still need a striker because JR hasn’t done anything for us. We wish he would come good

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve just reset my box twice and still having the same issue. Stuck on queued stays on 0 then goes back to queued. Same issue as last night

    Today’s upload speed @SkyHelpTeam is virtually non-existent at 0.18mbps. Just very disappointed in the service since we renewed and ‘upgraded’ but the 10 days is up tomorrow so I’m looking forward to my super fast broadband actually being super fast and not super slow.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. They are blaming Open Reach and have no idea when it’ll be fixed. When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. Having to work from home due to covid and I can’t!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello @SkyHelpTeam we are still having issues with our broadband connection and have tried everything suggested online. We believe it’s a fault with the line, but calls are seemingly only for vulnerable people. How can we get this resolved? It’s 18 days since we upgraded. Thanks

    A week ago we renewed our @SkyHelpTeam broadband & was upgraded from essential to superfast. I understand the need to test the line, even though we’ve had sky for 9 years, but why in the last 7 day have we had a worse service? Today’s download speed is 18mbps & upload is 0.5mbps

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I want to upgrade my Sky Q 2TB box to a HDR capable one. Also I have issues with the box so think a change is due. I’ve registered but how long before I’m able to do this? Can this be speeded up in any way? Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam Internet in area code NE15 has dropped in and our since last Sunday. When is this going to stabilise? When you actually can get on and look at Down Detector and see it's affecting loads of people in my area, well it's terrible from Sky really bad service.

    @ReadingFC @SkySports I'll be watching on sky. My first game consisted of poor atmosphere, poor food choices (following the loss of Blue Collar), limited bar service and poor post-match transport links. As a season ticket holder, there is nothing to persuade me to travel and watch this game.
