    @SkyHelpTeam There is no ‘issue’ just broadband is 💩 in our area. Considering a lot of the country are now working from home I would have thought you’d upgrade the lines... but no... so we struggle with 0.65 download with 2 jobs and homeschooling... thanks Sky 🙄

    @atpoetry @SkyHelpTeam Oh dear! I also found when we got through eventually one person told us one thing and somebody else another! Thankfully the engineer who attended was very competent and fixed our issue .. even though it was over a week of waiting. Appalling customer service tho in the most part

    @SkyHelpTeam When I can get internet on my device the line test usually comes up fine. The problem is is that half the time some of the devices in the house can connect and half the devices can’t. It’s been like this since I renewed my subscription at Christmas and it’s beyond a joke!

    @SkyHelpTeam Its so annoying as its just on and off so often. When its on its great. But we have days where its off more than on. Just upset we are paying for a service and now not watching @netflix because we have no service

    Absolutely sick to the back teeth of @SkyUK broadband not working properly and upstairs mini box constantly having no connection. Nearly 18 months we’ve been paying for **** service. Can’t wait to get out of it 😤🤯

    @SkyHelpTeam ‘Still having issues’ !!!!!! Phone call incoming tomorrow the service is not fit for purpose unless sky or bt get to bottom of issue which is outside of / not on our property given all other tests, visits and complaints.

    Day 6 of no internet and 3 teenagers unable to do home schooling😡we’ve been a customer of @SkyUK for nearly 20 years, pay for all channels every year and what absolutely appalling customer service we’ve had 🤬🤬 no closer to sorting the problem so we have to just wait and wait

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Whenever I watch the Discovery+ app, the skyq box fan goes into overdrive and is very noisy. You have to switch it off at the wall to return it to normal. Lots of forum posts about this issue - any fixes? Thanks

    @buttsy1972 @SkyUK Hiya, go into the menus (possible the engineer's menu - Google it) and turn off WiFi on the Sky box. That will solve the sound issues. Obvs the box then needs either an ethernet or Powerline connection. Davina x

    @SkyHelpTeam still problems with broardband in NG19 #mansfield area after 3 days. Speed test runs at less than 1MBs, your website says there is still an outage. Any idea when it'll be back on?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes done that no issues listed. The internet has dropped out over 100 times today. Customers in and surrounding area all the same. Very poor service especially passing people to call centres that aren't manned becsuse of staff training and expecting a web page to solve issues.

    @SkyUK pretty embarrassing service. Moved over from O2 to Sky mobile, they don’t know anything about e sims even though they sell the iPhone range of dual sim phones. One customer service person had the iPhone 10 X and didn’t know it was dual sim. May have to go back to O2. 🤔
