    @SkyHelpTeam so I was on the phone for half an hour only to be told I could cancel my non existent sky sports package for a charge of £60 !! No room for manoeuvre and now I read this ! So I have to call back again for an gotta wait to do what should’ve been offered yesterday 😡

    @SkyUK took less than 15mins to set up sky package 17 months ago. Attempted to cancel this evening and was on hold for 35mins before sky bloke tells me he’ll have to direct me to cancellations. Waited another 40mins before I get a message saying it’s 8pm and the depts closed! 😡

    @SkyUK poorest service I’ve received today and spoken rudely as well as spoken down to. This service is getting worse and a lot of people need training on how to treat and speak to customers. Just had an individual name Amit from Leeds call centre who was absolutely shocking.

    @SkyHelpTeam We had a number of calls on Sunday lasting 2.5 hours. The problem not solved was our inability to access Paramount+ or Discovery+. It was agreed that we would be called this morning about it.

    Hi @SkyUK you’ve emailed to say my PAC code has transferred my phone number over from @EE but it’s not happened yet. New phone still has new number and old phone still has old number and service from EE. Any ideas? Thanks.
