    @SkyHelpTeam contract coming to an end so I phoned upgrade and told to ring customer service so I did and they told me to look on line for an offer and ring them back… so your customer service is for the customer to do it themselves …. I’m sure BT or Virgin will help me

    @SkyUK I wish I never got my sky glass TV they are amazing but awful at the same time I can't help if I can't pay my bill on time but you should at least be able too watch basic list channels like on sky Q instead off the need for an indoor Ariel wish I could send mine back

    @SkyHelpTeam mr001 is the error code. Main box states satellite signal & connection good. I've disconnected the mini box now as I spent over an hour trying to reconnect the box. Everything else is working fine
