When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. I called back and demanded to speak to someone in the UK (they have a call ctr in Scotland). The guy was v helpful and easy to understand. Got my bill down by over £45 a month. Moral of story, demand to speak to a brit!
