    @SkyHelpTeam contract coming to an end so I phoned upgrade and told to ring customer service so I did and they told me to look on line for an offer and ring them back… so your customer service is for the customer to do it themselves …. I’m sure BT or Virgin will help me

    @SkyHelpTeam just had engineer cos sky mini box lost connection and we couldn't resolve ourselves. Now back on but intermittently losing connection and freezing . Looking at help forums seems a common problem. What can be done to resolve please?

    @SkyHelpTeam have just moved my broadband to you, but off to an appalling start. Account says hub delivered y’day but wasn’t. Called & was given a tracking no & told to go and collect it myself. Looked up tracking number and it’s been returned to you due to wrong address! Help?!

    @_1Bonita_ @SkyHelpTeam Sky always ask you to run the self diagnostics on the hub hoping it will identify the problem. Throttling has become more of a problem now throughout the day due to Covid and more people using the internet causing internet dropouts,it only used to be a problem in the evenings.

    @SkyHelpTeam Not at present, but we have been having rediculous issues for months, and it's really disappointing how we can be out for 85% of the day, for 4 months plus yet sky hasn't once offered a single bit of compensation. We're paying for a service and we simply are not getting it. 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam hi I keep having issues with my sky box, the catch up doesn’t refresh properly so it’s only showing from before the 24th of September and can’t download anything from the last week… it does this quite frequently and have no idea how to fix it 😔
