@SkyHelpTeam sky Q mini box keeps freezing. WiFi signal very strong (just switched to ultrafast). Rebooted and updated software on main box and mini box. Still the same. Netflix etc apps all work fine on mini box. Only live tv and recordings. Not watchable it’s that bad. Ideas?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi I've followed your troubleshooting and it's an external fault, engineer is booked but still 3 days later not fixed. As a engineer myself I would be very upset if I hadn't fixed something in 3 days and wouldn't expect to be paid.very poor service.
