@SkyHelpTeam ok so I thought I’d update you that your tech team have confirmed South Yorkshire is down and you don’t know why or when a fix will be in place. Wasn’t hard to get confirmation from them so perhaps you should have took your own advice and called them.

The best option would be to advance the solidarity payments that come from the PL to the EFL to help the EFL clubs get through this crisis and budget accordingly. I think the bigger problem is going to come in the Championship

@SkyHelpTeam Broadbands absolutely terrible at the minute and has been for a while, averaging 3mbs download speed and it’s been similar since we started our contract yet I can go on compare the market and you’re offering average speeds of 59mbs in my area... what am I missing

@SkyHelpTeam My sky bill has increased from 44 to 50 this month and is due to go to 55 next month. As its more than the 10%, do I have the right to cancel while in contract? I shouldn't be in contract as I never renewed but i gave up trying to work out how it happened last year.
