    My SKY @SkyUK has only been activated for 2 weeks and already a complete mess with billing. Been on hold 60 mins and passed through to 4 different people. Thank goodness for #jade #jcn12 who sorted it all out and was lovely in the process #sky #customer service

    @SkyHelpTeam @philippkoerge It's not actually. How does one access online troubleshooters for their broadband if their broadband is down?? Sounds like you're relying on people using their mobile data on the assumption that everyone has a mobile. Poor customer service #skybroadband
