    A lot a people slate @skytv @SkyHelpTeam but absolutely no problems with them, within 12 hours a engineer was at my house, and within 15 minutes the problem was sorted, fantastic service

    @SkyHelpTeam There is no ‘issue’ just broadband is 💩 in our area. Considering a lot of the country are now working from home I would have thought you’d upgrade the lines... but no... so we struggle with 0.65 download with 2 jobs and homeschooling... thanks Sky 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam : I purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max that was received on 13 Nov. VIP customers were to receive a 10Gb data boost but I have not had this added to my piggybank yet. Are you able to help please?

    @SkyHelpTeam ‘Still having issues’ !!!!!! Phone call incoming tomorrow the service is not fit for purpose unless sky or bt get to bottom of issue which is outside of / not on our property given all other tests, visits and complaints.

    @SkyHelpTeam sky Q mini box keeps freezing. WiFi signal very strong (just switched to ultrafast). Rebooted and updated software on main box and mini box. Still the same. Netflix etc apps all work fine on mini box. Only live tv and recordings. Not watchable it’s that bad. Ideas?

    @SkyHelpTeam Its so annoying as its just on and off so often. When its on its great. But we have days where its off more than on. Just upset we are paying for a service and now not watching @netflix because we have no service

    Day 6 of no internet and 3 teenagers unable to do home schooling😡we’ve been a customer of @SkyUK for nearly 20 years, pay for all channels every year and what absolutely appalling customer service we’ve had 🤬🤬 no closer to sorting the problem so we have to just wait and wait

    @SkyHelpTeam You've forgotten the Portsmouth area where mobile Web has been sketchy for weeks. You won't pay compensation for it and you won't ask O2 how long it will take to fix mast. Terrible customer service!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi I’ve tried to use Broadband shield today and it is terrible. It doesn’t block adult sites, certain words or domains. Sky buddy could tell me if my kids are doing their home work or watching youtube it was great. Why was it removed. ?
