@SkyHelpTeam When I can get internet on my device the line test usually comes up fine. The problem is is that half the time some of the devices in the house can connect and half the devices can’t. It’s been like this since I renewed my subscription at Christmas and it’s beyond a joke!

@SkyHelpTeam There is no ‘issue’ just broadband is 💩 in our area. Considering a lot of the country are now working from home I would have thought you’d upgrade the lines... but no... so we struggle with 0.65 download with 2 jobs and homeschooling... thanks Sky 🙄

Thankfully the engineer who attended was very competent and fixed our issue .. even though it was over a week of waiting. Appalling customer service tho in the most part

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Whenever I watch the Discovery+ app, the skyq box fan goes into overdrive and is very noisy. You have to switch it off at the wall to return it to normal. Lots of forum posts about this issue - any fixes? Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam My partner also works from home and is having major issues with the broadband. This has coincided with the removal of the ‘broadband boost’ and seems as though the broadband isn’t functional unless we pay the extra for ‘boost.’

So apparently @SkyHelpTeam I’m no longer paying what was agreed in my 18 month contract even tho I was reassured by YOUR TEAM that prices wouldn’t go up til after this ends and now it’s going from £23 p/m to £27/28. This how you treat all your loyal customers of nearly 6 years?🙃

@mrbennyharris They have to be the worst reporters/journalists in the world. Stories that the editor should laugh at but the fact they allow it makes me wonder if the editor of skysports has any sporting background to know a worthy story
