Caroline Shutter (@gingerknit) reported from Nottinghamshire, EnglandGuess what? Surprise! Still no broadband @skyhelpteam @openreachhelp seems activation date was never realistic and we don’t even have one now. Seriously fed up with lack of transparency over what’s (not) happening @ofcom

Helen Bullard (@helenb1982) reported from Hucknall under Huthwaite, EnglandA week ago we renewed our @SkyHelpTeam broadband & was upgraded from essential to superfast. I understand the need to test the line, even though we’ve had sky for 9 years, but why in the last 7 day have we had a worse service? Today’s download speed is 18mbps & upload is 0.5mbps
-
Adam Smedley (@Adamskismed) reported from Nottinghamshire, England@SkySports why ******** do I bother paying the money I do for your services when they never ******* work properly? NFFC game not working at all on the red button. Shocking as always #sky #skysports #rebutton @SkyFootball @skytv
