@SkyHelpTeam Yes. They are blaming Open Reach and have no idea when it’ll be fixed. When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. Having to work from home due to covid and I can’t!

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I want to upgrade my Sky Q 2TB box to a HDR capable one. Also I have issues with the box so think a change is due. I’ve registered but how long before I’m able to do this? Can this be speeded up in any way? Thanks.

@LilaConnectUK fancying helping me buy out of my @SkyUK broadband contract? The FTC connection has a horrible upload speed. Which as a streamer..is vital. But they only tend to measure download speeds. You have just installed shiny new cables. I want one.
