    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I want to upgrade my Sky Q 2TB box to a HDR capable one. Also I have issues with the box so think a change is due. I’ve registered but how long before I’m able to do this? Can this be speeded up in any way? Thanks.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. They are blaming Open Reach and have no idea when it’ll be fixed. When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. Having to work from home due to covid and I can’t!

    @SkyHelpTeam Just says initializing mailbox, then takes my to my log in screen, type in my username and password, then takes me to a screen saying 'there is a problem with you account....

    @SkyHelpTeam No, I spoke to your "support" team on the phone, I don't expect changes here; I *do* expect better of my providers. Got one now that completed my order faster than you can even answer the phones. And even when you do answer, there's no way to undo the cancellation YOU made?!

    @SkyHelpTeam what’s with the sound problem making the whole q box have zero sound when watching Netflix through it. Totally annoying to have to plug everything out to watch something with sound. Happening on all multiroom boxes too. Not a great way to start a binge series

    @SkyHelpTeam Why is it impossible to talk directly with the UFO broadband team to allow me to switch from a service you are closing? I’ve been promised a call back within 72 Hours having waited 24 hours for a call to tell me that.

    2/2 @SkyUK are ending my service not my request. They then make it as difficult as possible to arrange a switch and NOBODY can explain why. No way to treat a customer of 22 years standing. Come on @SkyUKget a grip.
