    @reece_dinsdale @waynefoy @virginmedia Try message them on twitter they seem to get back to you quicker on social media .i stayed loyal to virgin for many years until the freeview episode when I changed to @SkyHelpTeam was so glad I did and it was cheaper by a lot virgin have no loyalty dad having same problem now x

    @SkyHelpTeam so I was on the phone for half an hour only to be told I could cancel my non existent sky sports package for a charge of £60 !! No room for manoeuvre and now I read this ! So I have to call back again for an gotta wait to do what should’ve been offered yesterday 😡

    @hughlittle1 @SkySports With all clubs being allowed a PPV option this year then it's not really an issue. I would go that way and buy a day pass from sky for any games you need a sky subscription to watch.

    @SkySports Not really sure the old adage of "never run on a misfield" really applies anymore, particularly in T20. And in this case, the misfield gave ample time for them to come through for the second, if they'd just been committed to it.
