    @SkyHelpTeam I have SkyQ, the engineer for the building has attended my loss of signal call out, the problem is with a signal splitter, this is Sky property and not part of the communal system. The splitter needs replacing.

    @SkyHelpTeam Had a look but can't get anything for the phone. I've just turned his hub off to see how long it takes to connect. Earlier it took hour and half, but just took a few minutes this time, so that's better. So as it stands the phone is the problem.

    Massive fail @SkyHelpTeam. My mother, 81 and in isolation finally, after hrs on the phone, spoke to a human that confirmed she needs a new Sky box. When can you come to fit? 31st Dec. With all your £ms that is the service you provide? Disgusted.
