    @SkyUK Really annoyed at appalling service. New customer, engineer bailed and lied on installation date, no communication at all from Sky, not even the next morning. Took a day off specially. Complaint escalated. Bloody livid. Use @Virgin instead.

    @SkyHelpTeam Morning! I've been having issues with my broadband dropping out a few times a day having been stable for months. The diagnostics online don't work after initial tests say my broadband could perform better. It's getting really inconvenient now, any help appreciated!
