    @SkyHelpTeam I was trying to unsubscribe from a service. However I was put through to technical support and they said I would need to be transferred. I was and 45 mins later was disconnected.

    @SkyHelpTeam I wondered if you could help me. I was hoping to make contact with the person who designed the remote control for your SkyQ product. So I can thank them personally for all my wasted time when pressing the wrong buttons due the awful ergonomic design. #shite

    @SkyHelpTeam limited TV, 1 week of no TV, and over 3 days wait from booking for an engineer? Β£15. On a bill of about Β£110 a month, and a customer for over 21 years. Bit of a kick in the teeth.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have I called them this morning when the internet stopped working. They said it was an external fault and can take upto 2 days to fix. Nothing is showing in my order - although ironically we were due to change to your superbroadband next week!

    @SkyHelpTeam please help , changed sky q device pin 3 times still saying incorrect pin to watch downloaded programmes on plane journey also says needs connection to internet to watch confused.

    Fortune. I checked out @SkyUK new Sky Glass. Why did they not make a dish free box, rather than force people to buy a new TV. Not only that but a rude interaction with a Sky retail store manager at Meadowhall. Got Β£20 credit for public humiliation & 9yrs custom. Bye bye @SkyUK

    @Sky1946o @DominicFarrell I’ve cut down on my spending by getting rid of the things I don’t need like subscription services to Netflix, Disney+, Amazon music unlimited, BTTV including as part of that package BTsports and skysports via nowtv, Paramount+, The BBC tv licence as I can’t afford it

    @SkyHelpTeam TV has been failing for a month or so. Every fix from online guides only ever temporary but also as "in the moment" worked, meant never got progress. Now at stage 2tb Q box won't switch on. Finally got replacement and engineer booked. Recompense for 5 weeks of

    @SkySports So Michael garrick was frist team coach and Ollie never took training so he is part of the problem so he brings back player who he must have told ollie not to play very strange So against Chelsea we are just going to let Chelsea come at us??? We this manager quickly

    @Cov_Noa @SkyHelpTeam Don’t blame you Lee - I’ve been persevering on the ongoing promises from @SkyHelpTeam that these problems will be fixed through software updates but after a month of waiting and the same crap service, I’m at boiling point with them. It’s an abysmal product.

    @Cov_Noa @SkyHelpTeam Our Sky broadband was deteriorating before Glass. We upgraded to Sky Boost and moved from Q to glass on the advice and promises by @SkyHelpTeam that would resolve the issues but we’ve had constant interruptions in wifi service the last week. Sky service is abysmal these days.

    @kenzo0873 @SkyHelpTeam During one half of football tonight on #skysports I have lost sound. Lost picture. Programme restarted twice had sound from another programme its froze 4 times ! Can’t wait to get rid. If Only I can get hold of @SkyHelpTeam to cancel !! Living with #skyglass
