@SkyHelpTeam Not just Lincolnshire...Nottinghamshire too. Im sick of losing broadband connection and as for sky q mini box, every morning it as to be reconnected and loses connectivity several times during the day.... paying for a poor service 😕

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. They are blaming Open Reach and have no idea when it’ll be fixed. When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. Having to work from home due to covid and I can’t!

For the property i was moving into had cancelled the request, so I should ring back closer to the date, so on the 13th of DEC I ring @SkyUK say the person that took my call before hadn't bothered to cancel my order so they couldn't do anything for 24hrs I ring back a day later
