I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? They gave me a price for all services to recontract. We agreed I’d go and think about it. When I called back hours later they refused the offer! Disgusting.
