    @SkyHelpTeam having lots of problems with my connection of Qbox. My broadband has been checked in every room and I have a strong connection. I have to keep resetting the main and all other Q boxes which is annoying. What’s the solution only I see a lot of comments from others

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Whenever I watch the Discovery+ app, the skyq box fan goes into overdrive and is very noisy. You have to switch it off at the wall to return it to normal. Lots of forum posts about this issue - any fixes? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam my services have been suspended due to non payment, but it has only been 1 month. However, the past few months when it has been suspended, it has been 2 months before it was switched off. So why has it suddenly now gone down to 1 month?

    @SkyHelpTeam So to add to the one mini box not working… our other one isn’t now either. I’m not prepared to wait for 2 weeks to get this fixed. You need to sort it out ASAP. Sky are a joke of a company, charge handsome sums and provide substandard equipment
