@SkyHelpTeam limited TV, 1 week of no TV, and over 3 days wait from booking for an engineer? £15. On a bill of about £110 a month, and a customer for over 21 years. Bit of a kick in the teeth.

@SkyHelpTeam I have I called them this morning when the internet stopped working. They said it was an external fault and can take upto 2 days to fix. Nothing is showing in my order - although ironically we were due to change to your superbroadband next week!

Anyone got any advice on how to deal with Sky Mobile problems? I’ve been waiting over a month for them to fix issues with my phone… not being able to receive any calls or OTP messages. Every time I speak to someone they say they will escalate it but nothing happens @SkyHelpTeam
