    @SkyHelpTeam Yes. They are blaming Open Reach and have no idea when it’ll be fixed. When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. Having to work from home due to covid and I can’t!

    We have had no internet or landline services since Thursday lunch time when someone came to connect our neighbours. After calling repeatedly we were meant to have an engineer today who never arrived. So now we are facing a working week without connection @SkyHelpTeam

    A week ago we renewed our @SkyHelpTeam broadband & was upgraded from essential to superfast. I understand the need to test the line, even though we’ve had sky for 9 years, but why in the last 7 day have we had a worse service? Today’s download speed is 18mbps & upload is 0.5mbps

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I want to upgrade my Sky Q 2TB box to a HDR capable one. Also I have issues with the box so think a change is due. I’ve registered but how long before I’m able to do this? Can this be speeded up in any way? Thanks.

    Beyond furious. Day 14 of no broadband and @skyhelpteam and @openreachhelp are still squabbling over whose fault it is and neither can say what the problem is that needs to be fixed! #badcustomerservice @ofcom

    Today’s upload speed @SkyHelpTeam is virtually non-existent at 0.18mbps. Just very disappointed in the service since we renewed and ‘upgraded’ but the 10 days is up tomorrow so I’m looking forward to my super fast broadband actually being super fast and not super slow.

    @SkyHelpTeam Not just Lincolnshire...Nottinghamshire too. Im sick of losing broadband connection and as for sky q mini box, every morning it as to be reconnected and loses connectivity several times during the day.... paying for a poor service 😕

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello @SkyHelpTeam we are still having issues with our broadband connection and have tried everything suggested online. We believe it’s a fault with the line, but calls are seemingly only for vulnerable people. How can we get this resolved? It’s 18 days since we upgraded. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam do u know if there are issues with ur services on the Isle of Wight. My sky Q mini is having connectivity issues to my main box and scrolling through the menus seems to be slow and I cannot access recordings it just stays stuck on please wait. Internet works fine

    @SpiritKitten @SkyUK That's not as bad as Virgin Media though. I had a letter off them over the weekend saying they're putting mine up £21 to £101 from £80. Needless to say, when I phoned them up, well, I'm sure you can guess what my 2nd word was.

    @SkyHelpTeam are you sending out information regarding the shut down of all pstn lines by 2025. As my broadband is still delivered via our pstn line from the local dslam what does it mean going forwards for changing to voip options. Thanks, Craig

    @SkyHelpTeam I been charged for not returning a q sky box which I’m using to watch sky tv on. I’m cancelled after sky customer service incompetent not sending a sky card out which took over 2 weeks to resolve then decided to stay after a “good will gesture” now I’ve been charged £115 for that
