When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. They said it was an external fault and can take upto 2 days to fix. Nothing is showing in my order - although ironically we were due to change to your superbroadband next week!

They call me on a daily basis on different numbers even though it's the same people. They are aggressive and often call back when you hang up on them @skyuk need to do something about them

What for?
