When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. Craig Hall (@C_Hall81) reported from Retford, England@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Whenever I watch the Discovery+ app, the skyq box fan goes into overdrive and is very noisy. You have to switch it off at the wall to return it to normal. Lots of forum posts about this issue - any fixes? Thanks

Sky’s liaison with Openreach has been extremely poor: repeated calls, 3 cancelled appointments and engineers reconfirming that civils work is needed. Still no repair date.
