Obviously, not ALL of them; I can't see a situation where someone in Gateshead would regularly listen to radio Devon. Instead, it'd be on a region by region basis like the default 101 & 103 channels.

Martin Ryan (@Martin_Ryan23) reported@SkySports Exactly. The issue isn’t that he disallowed the goal it’s the fact he blew the whistle for a 2nd time for no reason. Presumably he just lost it for a split second and panicked. That’s what needs explaining, but I suspect it was just a mistake.
