    @SkyHelpTeam I have I called them this morning when the internet stopped working. They said it was an external fault and can take upto 2 days to fix. Nothing is showing in my order - although ironically we were due to change to your superbroadband next week!

    @SkyHelpTeam limited TV, 1 week of no TV, and over 3 days wait from booking for an engineer? ยฃ15. On a bill of about ยฃ110 a month, and a customer for over 21 years. Bit of a kick in the teeth.

    @pitpasschris @sky If this July increase is related to phone/broadband youโ€™re likely on old copper services. If so expect a further increase in October @SkyHelpTeam should be explaining itโ€™s due to Openreach switching off the copper network & hiking prices to double them compared to start of 2026
