@SkyHelpTeam I have I called them this morning when the internet stopped working. They said it was an external fault and can take upto 2 days to fix. Nothing is showing in my order - although ironically we were due to change to your superbroadband next week!

@SkyHelpTeam limited TV, 1 week of no TV, and over 3 days wait from booking for an engineer? £15. On a bill of about £110 a month, and a customer for over 21 years. Bit of a kick in the teeth.

@Sky1946o @DominicFarrell I’ve cut down on my spending by getting rid of the things I don’t need like subscription services to Netflix, Disney+, Amazon music unlimited, BTTV including as part of that package BTsports and skysports via nowtv, Paramount+, The BBC tv licence as I can’t afford it

@SkyHelpTeam No, I didn’t do the order. I was distraught as I was forced to speak to someone - who couldn’t give an explanation - rather than updated via my account. And as I’m losing out on £135 in vouchers and cashback, on top of the problems and delays I have faced, I won’t be joining Sky.
