Had to do it on my phone as the browser on my computer won't connect. There is no option to have an engineer as your tool isn't seeing a problem. Hardly s surprise! Please, a human?

When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. Surely 1 channel is enough for the darts then the rugby could have been on a dedicated channel instead of the poor red button.

I’ve been advised on the phone that I should have been told the speeds won’t be the same in other rooms unless I spend another £6 a month on another service and booster. I shouldn’t have to spend yet more money to receive a service I already pay for. This is ridiculous now, can someone with the authority to make decisions get in touch please as this is very unfair now

WIFI coverage will vary from house to house and walls naturally block wireless signals. You will also never get 1Gb speeds over WIFI but you will when you are hardwired with an Ethernet cable.
