@SkyHelpTeam Your online tool is finding no issues with the router, area or my local devices. Had to do it on my phone as the browser on my computer won't connect. There is no option to have an engineer as your tool isn't seeing a problem. Hardly s surprise! Please, a human?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Whenever I watch the Discovery+ app, the skyq box fan goes into overdrive and is very noisy. You have to switch it off at the wall to return it to normal. Lots of forum posts about this issue - any fixes? Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam There is no ‘issue’ just broadband is 💩 in our area. Considering a lot of the country are now working from home I would have thought you’d upgrade the lines... but no... so we struggle with 0.65 download with 2 jobs and homeschooling... thanks Sky 🙄

@TCF87 @FiMorty @SkySports I think historically yes, but recently it’s happening less and less. We’ve seen Walker at CB but that’s more down to injury and he suited the role in the end. Vardy didn’t play much in the tournament because Kane was scoring. Any other examples?

@SkyHelpTeam When I can get internet on my device the line test usually comes up fine. The problem is is that half the time some of the devices in the house can connect and half the devices can’t. It’s been like this since I renewed my subscription at Christmas and it’s beyond a joke!

@SkyHelpTeam My Denon AVR receiver is struggling to turn onto the sky box when changing inputs from the TV. Have to keep resetting the sky box to get it to work. Think it's a sky issue as other inputs seem okay
