Why then have I been left with a load of cardboard to somehow dispose of? And the TV wasn't set up onto the stand either. Not great service

Mark Stay (@markstay) reported@SkyHelpTeam Hello. Do you use some kind of sound limiter on Sky Movies? Whenever there’s an action scene the sound hits a ceiling and becomes less dynamic. I don’t have this issue with any other channels, streamers or devices.
