@SkyUK was thinking of leaving @virginmedia but you broadband speed is way to slow even though BT say they can give 300 MB with ultra fast fibre. Now thinking doing a split tv with sky bb with vm. 😭

@NOWTV it should be simple to add passes and offers as and when you chose, somehow you’ve made it so difficult to pick up bundled offers. Typical @SkyUK Dread to think what will happen when I activate a sports pass. Chat help is a waste it time, I’m 47 I like to talk to people 😡

@SkyHelpTeam what compensation can I expect to receive, I’ve had no internet since Wednesday! All TVs in my house are Sky Glass so been unusable!! And I’ve been told if the outage isn’t fixed today they will try again Monday because they do not work weekends!! GREAT SERVICE!!
