@SkyHelpTeam having lots of problems with my connection of Qbox. My broadband has been checked in every room and I have a strong connection. I have to keep resetting the main and all other Q boxes which is annoying. What’s the solution only I see a lot of comments from others

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. They are blaming Open Reach and have no idea when it’ll be fixed. When your smooth talking sales team convinced us to switch we asked specifically about any down time and were assured it’d all be working on the day. Having to work from home due to covid and I can’t!

This issue is postcode wide. Please escalate this as clearly an engineer coming to my house will not fix the problem.

@SkyHelpTeam Really? I never thought of doing that. I’ve called @SkyUK EVERY SINGLE DAY, including yesterday when I was told someone would call me back and they didn’t. Every day I get fobbed off and told will be fixed in either 24 or 48 hours, and then it isn’t. Nobody likes being lied to.
