    @SkyHelpTeam having lots of problems with my connection of Qbox. My broadband has been checked in every room and I have a strong connection. I have to keep resetting the main and all other Q boxes which is annoying. What’s the solution only I see a lot of comments from others

    @SkyHelpTeam Your online tool is finding no issues with the router, area or my local devices. Had to do it on my phone as the browser on my computer won't connect. There is no option to have an engineer as your tool isn't seeing a problem. Hardly s surprise! Please, a human?

    @SkyHelpTeam I tried on Firefox, Firefox incognito, Chrome and Chrome incognito. And it keeps failing. Same screen. I do have an account since the first failure and the site fails when it asks me to login because it recognises my email
