    @SkyHelpTeam Not just Lincolnshire...Nottinghamshire too. Im sick of losing broadband connection and as for sky q mini box, every morning it as to be reconnected and loses connectivity several times during the day.... paying for a poor service 😕

    @SkyHelpTeam having lots of problems with my connection of Qbox. My broadband has been checked in every room and I have a strong connection. I have to keep resetting the main and all other Q boxes which is annoying. What’s the solution only I see a lot of comments from others

    So @virginmedia refused to let @SkyUK transfer our landline so now all services have been removed by SKY. How can people work from home when you give a fix date of 3 December - thus needs sorting now - no TV, no WiFi no phone

    @SkyHelpTeam For what I pay a month and being a key worker is there nothing you can do to further support us? 5 days isn’t an acceptable time scale at the moment as I have children to teach and a child at home trying to learn! It seems changing providers would be quicker?

    @SkyHelpTeam All we’ve been told is that we had to pay for a new router and it didn’t solve the problem so it’s obviously something on ur end, I’m thinking you should upgrade ur servers so u can handle the traffic. It’s hard trying to connect to my online classes with the slowest WiFi alive
