So @virginmedia refused to let @SkyUK transfer our landline so now all services have been removed by SKY. How can people work from home when you give a fix date of 3 December - thus needs sorting now - no TV, no WiFi no phone

The only reason we 'upgraded' to #SkyQ was for the wifi, which loses its connection to the router almost daily and is a total waste of time. @SkyUK customer services don't bother replying to this, you're as useless as your so-called technology and appalling Q user interface.
