@SkyHelpTeam I’m very disappointed in the detail of updates throughout today. ‘There’s an outage in your area, we’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this’ 9 hours later...nothing!! No further detail on why the broadband is down, it’s beyond a joke

If Sky Q boxes (& mini boxes) act as boosters for Wi-fi, does using Ethernet cables in the back of these to connect Sonos etc take less strain off the Wi-fi signal (it’s not using its own Wi-fi?) does anyone know please? My internet is a nightmare @SkyHelpTeam #skybroadband

@SkyHelpTeam Your online tool is finding no issues with the router, area or my local devices. Had to do it on my phone as the browser on my computer won't connect. There is no option to have an engineer as your tool isn't seeing a problem. Hardly s surprise! Please, a human?

@SkyHelpTeam Sooo no broadband for 9 days now, day taken off work, engineer promised between 8 and 1 and surprise surprise no one has turned up. If this is what you call customer service then I think I may be looking to change my supplier.
