@SkyHelpTeam having lots of problems with my connection of Qbox. My broadband has been checked in every room and I have a strong connection. I have to keep resetting the main and all other Q boxes which is annoying. What’s the solution only I see a lot of comments from others

If Sky Q boxes (& mini boxes) act as boosters for Wi-fi, does using Ethernet cables in the back of these to connect Sonos etc take less strain off the Wi-fi signal (it’s not using its own Wi-fi?) does anyone know please? My internet is a nightmare @SkyHelpTeam #skybroadband

So @virginmedia refused to let @SkyUK transfer our landline so now all services have been removed by SKY. How can people work from home when you give a fix date of 3 December - thus needs sorting now - no TV, no WiFi no phone

@SkyHelpTeam I’m very disappointed in the detail of updates throughout today. ‘There’s an outage in your area, we’re working on it and it usually takes a couple of hours to fix things like this’ 9 hours later...nothing!! No further detail on why the broadband is down, it’s beyond a joke

@SkyHelpTeam Yes! I have also called, it's an external issue, engineer has been sent out for 3 days it works for 13 hours then it's off again. Both neighbours have no internet either, they are with BT and Talk Talk. Local Sainsbury's had no internet yday either. It's not just us
