    @jammierooroo @SkyUK Sky have outsourced customer care and wherever it goes to now is, bluntly, criminal. When speaking to them they brazenly told me they wouldnโ€™t follow their own terms and conditions and refused to escalate the call or let me speak to a manager.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK @EE UK charges a 99p/minute "connection fee" on mobile if you call a 0845 number, which includes many forms of customer service, on top of the 1 to 7p cost of calling an 0845 number. There is absolutely no justification for such predatory and greedy pricing which disproportionately older citizens or people on lower income.
