Had to do it on my phone as the browser on my computer won't connect. There is no option to have an engineer as your tool isn't seeing a problem. Hardly s surprise! Please, a human?

My broadband has been checked in every room and I have a strong connection. I have to keep resetting the main and all other Q boxes which is annoying.
