@NOWTV it should be simple to add passes and offers as and when you chose, somehow you’ve made it so difficult to pick up bundled offers. Typical @SkyUK Dread to think what will happen when I activate a sports pass. Chat help is a waste it time, I’m 47 I like to talk to people 😡

@SkyHelpTeam Not just Lincolnshire...Nottinghamshire too. Im sick of losing broadband connection and as for sky q mini box, every morning it as to be reconnected and loses connectivity several times during the day.... paying for a poor service 😕

@SkyHelpTeam Paramount+ app has stopped working on my Q Box. Error code 9999. Have rebooted Q box. Updated software on Q Box and used engineer menu to update all apps on Q Box. Have logged out of Paramount+ app and logged back in. Still not working. Any suggestions?

@SkyHelpTeam Hello Our Broadband/Internet went down on Thursday evening. A Outreach guy working in the station block at the end of the road. The technical team apparently have it in their queue. Nothing so far rang at 830. Caroline was helpful bit still no response. We have no house phone .
