@SkyHelpTeam having lots of problems with my connection of Qbox. My broadband has been checked in every room and I have a strong connection. I have to keep resetting the main and all other Q boxes which is annoying. What’s the solution only I see a lot of comments from others

@SkyHelpTeam Not just Lincolnshire...Nottinghamshire too. Im sick of losing broadband connection and as for sky q mini box, every morning it as to be reconnected and loses connectivity several times during the day.... paying for a poor service 😕

@SkyHelpTeam @IIVaLaK I suspect the engineer is getting a bit confused. There's a known DHCPv4 server issue on the Sky Hub 4 that's waiting on Sky to rollout a fix. But this results in IPv6 working (Google/Facebook/etc.) but IPv4 being broken.
