Mel (@DelanceyUK) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK You'll get the Sky TV automated twitter account response in a minute. Telling you they don't do customer support here. Not sure what their point is honestly.
-
Grapeape (@maraboustork1) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK BT pulled similar **** with my elderly mum, they persuaded her she needed their WiFi net stuff at 40 quid extra a month. It's meant so you can get a signal 50 metres away in your summer house or similar, she lives in a one bedroom sheltered housing flat.
-
Crimson King (@ThudVisa) reported@jammierooroo @Nelia23893053 @SkyUK You yourself must be sick in the head spending 1300 quid a year on watching woke/ celebrity/ lefty shite on TV, never mind your MIL. No sympathy whatsoever. £25 a week for **** sake.
-
Magic Pudding (@MagicPuddingDi) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK Dreadful customer service, always were. I called them to cancel my father's contract after his death and was passed on "cold" twice, so I had to say "my father has died" 3 times. You'll know how distressing that is, and completely different to every other service provider he had

Tico Puli & John D 🐾🏴☠️🏝️♥️ (@thurstone4) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK Just about the worst company, I now wouldn’t have anything from @SkyUK if it was free, and I was a customer for over 25 years! Scum!
-
String of Ears (@string_of_ears) reported@jammierooroo @SkyUK You can invoke the cooldown clause. With every contract like this, there's a fixed amount of time during which you can cancel without any penalties.
