@NOWTV it should be simple to add passes and offers as and when you chose, somehow you’ve made it so difficult to pick up bundled offers. Typical @SkyUK Dread to think what will happen when I activate a sports pass. Chat help is a waste it time, I’m 47 I like to talk to people 😡

Having an issue with sky Q box not working, called Sky this evening, unable to fix over the phone, only to be told earliest engineer available is 07.10.19, which is completely unacceptable IMO, very poor service @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam

@SkyUK I had a great offer at £54.99 a month which has ended and due to increase to £92 a month. Best I got it down to was £70 monthly. £70 is better than £92 I guess. Might cancel during my cooling period. Not happy

@SkyUK was thinking of leaving @virginmedia but you broadband speed is way to slow even though BT say they can give 300 MB with ultra fast fibre. Now thinking doing a split tv with sky bb with vm. 😭

@SkyHelpTeam I use the ofcomm test it doesn’t lie. Yes I have a guarantee minimum line speed with you and that is well below. I was promised this new router and contract upgrade would solve my issues. I work from home and I can’t have this keep happening.

@SkyHelpTeam The issues are sound drops, the Q box hogging the bandwidth and slowing down the internet for anything else in the house, mini box pixelations and disconnections and incredibly poor WiFi speed.

Nice wee price hike of £7.50 from @SkyUK obviously I can cancel for free now as it’s outside the bracket of increase. Can I do this online or will it require 7 hours on hold to speak to someone that needs to convince me to stay for their commission?

@SkyHelpTeam I did, unfortunately those steps didn’t seem to fix the problem. We’ve had technicians visit a couple of times in the past which fixed it temporarily. Not sure what to do this time.
