No option to cancel on the @SkyUK website; the AI chat looks promising, but when converting to a real-life person, I was told there would be a queue of about 60 minutes…90+ minutes ago. Almost they want to prevent you from cancelling!

Fortune. I checked out @SkyUK new Sky Glass. Why did they not make a dish free box, rather than force people to buy a new TV. Not only that but a rude interaction with a Sky retail store manager at Meadowhall. Got £20 credit for public humiliation & 9yrs custom. Bye bye @SkyUK

@SkyHelpTeam not overly impressed more than two years of broadband issues to find out we were never going to get the speed given, can get out of contract early for free with £20 off our bill, tried to see if I could get money off tv £49 not inc sports or tv... only £4 cheaper 1/2
