    Having an issue with sky Q box not working, called Sky this evening, unable to fix over the phone, only to be told earliest engineer available is 07.10.19, which is completely unacceptable IMO, very poor service @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam

    @SkyHelpTeam I have such bad ping and my internet goes down so often I genuinely end up using 10s of gigabytes if mobile data each month

    @SkyHelpTeam having lots of problems with my connection of Qbox. My broadband has been checked in every room and I have a strong connection. I have to keep resetting the main and all other Q boxes which is annoying. What’s the solution only I see a lot of comments from others

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam I heard about all the internet issues that have been going on and mine has just dropped it’s still connected yet it won’t allow me to catch up with my shows or play online games and I got the 64GBs fibre yet it’s only doing about 2-3 mbs download speed
