No option to cancel on the @SkyUK website; the AI chat looks promising, but when converting to a real-life person, I was told there would be a queue of about 60 minutes…90+ minutes ago. Almost they want to prevent you from cancelling!

Fortune. I checked out @SkyUK new Sky Glass. Why did they not make a dish free box, rather than force people to buy a new TV. Not only that but a rude interaction with a Sky retail store manager at Meadowhall. Got £20 credit for public humiliation & 9yrs custom. Bye bye @SkyUK

The only way I could speak to someone @SkyUK was to say I was leaving. I was then on the phone for an hour only to be told they can’t find a problem when there clearly is one, but I can’t have an engineer visit till Thu because of work.
