No option to cancel on the @SkyUK website; the AI chat looks promising, but when converting to a real-life person, I was told there would be a queue of about 60 minutes…90+ minutes ago. Almost they want to prevent you from cancelling!

@SkyHelpTeam 401-403 plus 405 and 409 all work the rest I get a blue screen saying there’s a problem with my signal, so I could watch cricket on 401 but not 404 which means it can’t be signal surely. I’ve reset it and nothing, last night it stopped recording but I temp fixed that

@SkyHelpTeam That’s great, it didn’t work and having followed the guidance on sky community ive now lost use of my remote and sky go and your automated system has sent me a troubleshooting link for no signal (not the problem) and told me to hang up...not good enough

@drewsnx @SkyHelpTeam Sky did this to me too. I'd only had it for a few years so wasn't a massive issue for me but that's despicable. They have been charging my parents £160 per month for ages. They don't care what they have to do for money!

@drewsnx @SkyHelpTeam Mmmm... "Shouldn't" doesn't take away the fact that this has happened. It's not good enough. The worst possible outcome is what your dad has experienced: the landline number change. Elderly customers shouldn't be faced with this Drew.
