    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I’d tried that, it didn’t work but I’ve finally been able to speak to someone...they can’t fix it either and it needs an engineer..thanks anyway

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s great, it didn’t work and having followed the guidance on sky community ive now lost use of my remote and sky go and your automated system has sent me a troubleshooting link for no signal (not the problem) and told me to hang up...not good enough

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, since Saturday evening all of my recordings are showing a software issue, my sky q box keeps disconnecting from the internet and I keep getting long pauses when playing back recordings, any idea what it could be? Cheers

    @SkyHelpTeam yeah that doesn't work as the option isn't there. this is a regular thing. how do I cancel, I am in a contract, but as I'm barely getting the service I pay for, surely I can leave?

    @SkyHelpTeam In addition recordings on sky one and sky crime have failed as they too are blue screen no signal while I’m watching the England game on a sky channel...bizarre and little use at all

    @SkyHelpTeam 401-403 plus 405 and 409 all work the rest I get a blue screen saying there’s a problem with my signal, so I could watch cricket on 401 but not 404 which means it can’t be signal surely. I’ve reset it and nothing, last night it stopped recording but I temp fixed that

    @SkyHelpTeam the Internet is shocking lately, always going off. then when I try do the tests online, it says service unavailable. Also LOVE that only one person in the house can use the broadband when it's actually working 'COS ITS THAT SLOW

    @SkyHelpTeam of course not- why would I think a broadband company would supply broadband!? Still - once this is fixed, we're waving Sky goodbye. Poor customer service has a practical impact. This is not just about time to fix but about lack of basic communication

    @Mrjamieohara1 @SkySports Conte clearly not going to commit himself is the problem, he's admitted he knew it was a rebuild, but not sure it's now for him. If it isn't, rather he leaves now, and a new manager has an input into signings. Shame, but slowly turning into a disaster
