@SkyHelpTeam 401-403 plus 405 and 409 all work the rest I get a blue screen saying there’s a problem with my signal, so I could watch cricket on 401 but not 404 which means it can’t be signal surely. I’ve reset it and nothing, last night it stopped recording but I temp fixed that

So many problems with broadband at home lately. Had the engineer out twice in the last two months and now problems for the last two days. Impossible to actually talk to anyone @SkyUK Automated calls only.

@SkyHelpTeam That’s great, it didn’t work and having followed the guidance on sky community ive now lost use of my remote and sky go and your automated system has sent me a troubleshooting link for no signal (not the problem) and told me to hang up...not good enough

@SkySports If that was actually the case, you would meet the Supporters Trust, talk about this situation. And bring them into the decision to rebuild the club. This would align the hardcore support with the vision and allow them to raise questions about the manager, signings, Kane etc.
