I’ve reset it and nothing, last night it stopped recording but I temp fixed that

Almost they want to prevent you from cancelling!

Also, when I left Sky, they eventually offered the sports package at £20 pm for me to stay, but I had other issues with them, so was leaving whatever they offered.
