I’ve reset it and nothing, last night it stopped recording but I temp fixed that

Almost they want to prevent you from cancelling!

Had loads of problems setting up again 5 visits from Sky engineer. No luck so went to a provider. All fitted and working within 5 days. Sky couldn't do it in 3 months. Good luck 👍
