    @SkyHelpTeam the Internet is shocking lately, always going off. then when I try do the tests online, it says service unavailable. Also LOVE that only one person in the house can use the broadband when it's actually working 'COS ITS THAT SLOW

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, since Saturday evening all of my recordings are showing a software issue, my sky q box keeps disconnecting from the internet and I keep getting long pauses when playing back recordings, any idea what it could be? Cheers

    @SkyHelpTeam 401-403 plus 405 and 409 all work the rest I get a blue screen saying there’s a problem with my signal, so I could watch cricket on 401 but not 404 which means it can’t be signal surely. I’ve reset it and nothing, last night it stopped recording but I temp fixed that

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I’d tried that, it didn’t work but I’ve finally been able to speak to someone...they can’t fix it either and it needs an engineer..thanks anyway

    No option to cancel on the @SkyUK website; the AI chat looks promising, but when converting to a real-life person, I was told there would be a queue of about 60 minutes…90+ minutes ago. Almost they want to prevent you from cancelling!

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s great, it didn’t work and having followed the guidance on sky community ive now lost use of my remote and sky go and your automated system has sent me a troubleshooting link for no signal (not the problem) and told me to hang up...not good enough

    @SkyHelpTeam broadband not working all over house since Sunday. Cannot speak to anyone and tried all advice online. Ridiculous that you have no helpline. If no help received I will just cancel DD and see if that’s how we can actually receive some response🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam We have spoken to ‘Mark’ who couldn’t even get a reading for our broadband speed it’s that slow. He’s promised that it will be sorted within 2 days.. this is so repetitive, seriously had enough. Time to look elsewhere 🤬

    @OmegaLuke @SkyHelpTeam And this is why I went to Virgin Media 8 years ago and never looked back. Discounted package yearly to keep me at where I want to be. Phenomenal speed and consistency and the only time I ever had a problem they sent me out a new router and didn't charge me the month.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi there. At the end of January I had to cancel, and then re-order my new sky glass. (Wrong size TV). The original £60 I paid for my extra sky Puck has still not been returned to my bank account. Ty.
