@SkyHelpTeam Of course I want it completed as soon as possible. I don’t need your service now thanks I’ve fixed it myself as your technician didn’t arrive two days ago. And after numerous calls to @skyuk all they could do was leave it till after Christmas. Not good enough customer service.

@SkySports To be fair I wasn’t confident yesterday. I know they were missing Phillips but one man doesn’t make a team. Their pitch was shocking and after 10-15 minutes I had a feeling we’d do this. Leeds were poor. Really poor. I wasn’t expecting that at all!
