    Wow @SkyUK I just spoke to your rudest, most unhelpful customer service agent who was not only utterly incapable of helping me with my problem today, but continually spoke over me, refused to get someone else to help me, and told me to hang up or he would. I’m appalled by this.

    @SkyHelpTeam the Internet is shocking lately, always going off. then when I try do the tests online, it says service unavailable. Also LOVE that only one person in the house can use the broadband when it's actually working 'COS ITS THAT SLOW

    @SkySports Over reliance on social media is the problem here. I bet 95% of people wouldn't dare say anything actually face to face. Keyboard warriors are very brave aren't they? Stricter sign up policies for Twitter etc and naming and shaming.

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s great, it didn’t work and having followed the guidance on sky community ive now lost use of my remote and sky go and your automated system has sent me a troubleshooting link for no signal (not the problem) and told me to hang up...not good enough

    @SkyHelpTeam Openreach engineer came to fix our terrible broadband service which keeps dropping. Embarrassing when I’m in meetings and get kicked offline! Now since the engineer visit I am left with NO internet service. Tuesday at the earliest that an engineer can revisit 😠

    @virginmedia engineers would be busy, she can't manage alone & they need access to their virgin email manage their affairs. @SkyUK said they can do it within 2weeks & help with cancellation fees. My parents have been with u guys since it was telewest. Makes me sad they u'd cast them aside
