@SkyHelpTeam Of course I want it completed as soon as possible. I don’t need your service now thanks I’ve fixed it myself as your technician didn’t arrive two days ago. And after numerous calls to @skyuk all they could do was leave it till after Christmas. Not good enough customer service.

@SkyHelpTeam @philippkoerge It's not actually. How does one access online troubleshooters for their broadband if their broadband is down?? Sounds like you're relying on people using their mobile data on the assumption that everyone has a mobile. Poor customer service #skybroadband

@SkyHelpTeam engineer came last month and swapped the router and line out. It's one thing for the router to blip for a moment - but when it goes down for much longer - I lose my entire twitch audience in the middle of my stream. The whole thing seems to have been MUCH worse this year.
