@SkyHelpTeam hi, having constant issues with my sky q 2tb box, I get a Black screen on all channels, a reboot of the box repairs this temporarily, but it's getting more frequent, yesterday it happened 4 times.

@SkyHelpTeam Of course I want it completed as soon as possible. I don’t need your service now thanks I’ve fixed it myself as your technician didn’t arrive two days ago. And after numerous calls to @skyuk all they could do was leave it till after Christmas. Not good enough customer service.

@SkyHelpTeam 401-403 plus 405 and 409 all work the rest I get a blue screen saying there’s a problem with my signal, so I could watch cricket on 401 but not 404 which means it can’t be signal surely. I’ve reset it and nothing, last night it stopped recording but I temp fixed that

@SkyHelpTeam I think it's ridiculous that you still have HD as an extra cost. It should be standard by now. I don't know the exact figure but I would suspect that the vast majority of Sky customer have a HD-capable set so this is basically a rip-off! 😠
