I’ve reset it and nothing, last night it stopped recording but I temp fixed that

Rang up to ask a simple question about cinema and spent 10 minutes having a rep aggressively trying to upsell me everything under the sun. Had to tell him respectfully that I was ending the call. Truly awful!
