    @SkyHelpTeam 401-403 plus 405 and 409 all work the rest I get a blue screen saying there’s a problem with my signal, so I could watch cricket on 401 but not 404 which means it can’t be signal surely. I’ve reset it and nothing, last night it stopped recording but I temp fixed that

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried everything online and used a virtual assistant but that was next to useless. This is the 2nd time I’ve had trouble with sky in the last month. £52 a month not to be able to use the full service

    Disappointment is a terrible thing, especially for a 4 year-old. When checking @SkyUK VIP we noticed @TheLEGOMoviesUK 2 tickets were up for grabs but as usual no Screenings in #Hull. @SkyHelpTeam can you explain why #Hull always misses out, even when we have 5 cinemas. #unfair

    Just had the worst call with @SkyUK ever. Rang up to ask a simple question about cinema and spent 10 minutes having a rep aggressively trying to upsell me everything under the sun. Had to tell him respectfully that I was ending the call. Truly awful!

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK Sky have outsourced customer care and wherever it goes to now is, bluntly, criminal. When speaking to them they brazenly told me they wouldn’t follow their own terms and conditions and refused to escalate the call or let me speak to a manager.

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK I worked for BT retentions briefly, spoke to an elderly widow . BT sales had previously sold her a package, fibre, BT tv, BT sports and a bunch of add ons. she only used her landline, spoke to my manager and got it all cancelled without cost. Poor lady was taken advantage of 100%

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK I think you are being ripped off with that amount tbf , name of the game is haggle haggle haggle and if they don’t budge to your set £ tell them your cancelling , they soon come back grovelling for your service .

    @jammierooroo @SkyUK And to make matters even worse @SkyUK will up the prices mid-contract by around 10% every year so it will be a lot more than £170/m by the end. Good luck trying to speak to anyone there. Unless you choose the option to cancel you’re just left at the mercy of their chatbot.
