@SkyHelpTeam That’s great, it didn’t work and having followed the guidance on sky community ive now lost use of my remote and sky go and your automated system has sent me a troubleshooting link for no signal (not the problem) and told me to hang up...not good enough

Loving all these stats about Leeds from yesterday. Only one that mattered. They lost 4-3. ******* bore off throwing them down our throats @SkySports. They are back in the Premier league. We get it.

@SkyHelpTeam In addition recordings on sky one and sky crime have failed as they too are blue screen no signal while I’m watching the England game on a sky channel...bizarre and little use at all

Wow @SkyUK I just spoke to your rudest, most unhelpful customer service agent who was not only utterly incapable of helping me with my problem today, but continually spoke over me, refused to get someone else to help me, and told me to hang up or he would. I’m appalled by this.

@SkyHelpTeam hi there, since Saturday evening all of my recordings are showing a software issue, my sky q box keeps disconnecting from the internet and I keep getting long pauses when playing back recordings, any idea what it could be? Cheers

@SkySports Over reliance on social media is the problem here. I bet 95% of people wouldn't dare say anything actually face to face. Keyboard warriors are very brave aren't they? Stricter sign up policies for Twitter etc and naming and shaming.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam I briefly lost satellite signal a few minutes ago due to a storm, I found my #SkyQ app on my iPad wouldn’t work with live tv as it’s connected to my main box. If I lose signal for a sustained amount of time due to a storm, how do I watch online please?

What makes it worse is @SkyHelpTeam are attempting to increase my package from £65 to £75.50 whilst at the same time as advertising my package for £63, That is taking the bloody biscuit to say the least. They know they are in the wrong as they wont even issue a deadlock letter...
