    @SkyHelpTeam That’s great, it didn’t work and having followed the guidance on sky community ive now lost use of my remote and sky go and your automated system has sent me a troubleshooting link for no signal (not the problem) and told me to hang up...not good enough

    @SkyHelpTeam It was to cancel my sky or cut down the package. You make it as difficult as possible to do it!

    Wow @SkyUK I just spoke to your rudest, most unhelpful customer service agent who was not only utterly incapable of helping me with my problem today, but continually spoke over me, refused to get someone else to help me, and told me to hang up or he would. I’m appalled by this.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, since Saturday evening all of my recordings are showing a software issue, my sky q box keeps disconnecting from the internet and I keep getting long pauses when playing back recordings, any idea what it could be? Cheers

    @SkySports Over reliance on social media is the problem here. I bet 95% of people wouldn't dare say anything actually face to face. Keyboard warriors are very brave aren't they? Stricter sign up policies for Twitter etc and naming and shaming.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, thanks I’ve got a new box coming on the 30th October! Sky able to assist but then just keeps freezing again. If I turn it off and restart it will alternate red|Amber with Blue Q fading. Then changes to just red/amber flashing. It’s Green now but no signal!

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I briefly lost satellite signal a few minutes ago due to a storm, I found my #SkyQ app on my iPad wouldn’t work with live tv as it’s connected to my main box. If I lose signal for a sustained amount of time due to a storm, how do I watch online please?

    @SkyUK Be nice to give your existing Glass customers a voucher too. Follow the forums that show users have suffered for months with glitches and faults. I've had my TV replaced once and still have issues. I wouldn't recommend Glass to anyone.

    @SkyHelpTeam 3 times within 3 days our internet is gone down (not including the other times it goes down nearly every day) I work from home, it’s getting beyond a joke. I shouldn’t have to stop working and not be able to do my job just because your internet is ******* awful.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, I keep getting emails offering me 4 weeks free trial on cinema but when I click the link and sign in it wants to charge me £12 a month and start a contract? No option for the free trial.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah I've done that but have just been fobbed off with the same excuse, there's clearly an issue but you are unwilling to acknowledge it, very frustrated with your customer support and service!

    @SkyHelpTeam Even that's not possible. Just tells me to do the connection tests, when re tests says it OK back up and running but when test again says there is an issue. Just go round in circles

    @talkSPORT @Mrjamieohara1 Our fanbase are bad enough sometimes, but there is always a smugness or gloating if spurs drop points, especially talksport+ skysports. We've scored more goals in 2022 than any other EPL team, but that's not what the media focus on
