@SkySports Over reliance on social media is the problem here. I bet 95% of people wouldn't dare say anything actually face to face. Keyboard warriors are very brave aren't they? Stricter sign up policies for Twitter etc and naming and shaming.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam I briefly lost satellite signal a few minutes ago due to a storm, I found my #SkyQ app on my iPad wouldn’t work with live tv as it’s connected to my main box. If I lose signal for a sustained amount of time due to a storm, how do I watch online please?

Wow @SkyUK I just spoke to your rudest, most unhelpful customer service agent who was not only utterly incapable of helping me with my problem today, but continually spoke over me, refused to get someone else to help me, and told me to hang up or he would. I’m appalled by this.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, thanks I’ve got a new box coming on the 30th October! Sky able to assist but then just keeps freezing again. If I turn it off and restart it will alternate red|Amber with Blue Q fading. Then changes to just red/amber flashing. It’s Green now but no signal!

Wed 12th, called @SkyHelpTeam to fix tech issue. Couldn’t be sorted so Engineer booked 4 today (14th), told I’d receive conf of timings Thurs. No conf yesterday, no engineer today. Can I discuss this with SKY on the phone now - NO - SKY can’t take calls! #shambles DM me pls!!

@SkyHelpTeam What emails would I get, this isn’t specifically helping. Ordered iPhone yesterday, came today, activated sim as instructed in the sim manual, phone isn’t activated and cannot use services and haven’t a mobile number. It took 5 mins to activate my tablet no issue.
