Hi @SkyHelpTeam I briefly lost satellite signal a few minutes ago due to a storm, I found my #SkyQ app on my iPad wouldn’t work with live tv as it’s connected to my main box. If I lose signal for a sustained amount of time due to a storm, how do I watch online please?

Just had the worst call with @SkyUK ever. Rang up to ask a simple question about cinema and spent 10 minutes having a rep aggressively trying to upsell me everything under the sun. Had to tell him respectfully that I was ending the call. Truly awful!

@SkyHelpTeam currently connected to WiFi so unsure. This is the 3rd time in a week this has happened though, last time leaving me with no usable phone in an emergency. What's causing this issue & can reassurance be made it won't be a regular occurrence. Otherwise may have to move my contract.

@SkySports Over reliance on social media is the problem here. I bet 95% of people wouldn't dare say anything actually face to face. Keyboard warriors are very brave aren't they? Stricter sign up policies for Twitter etc and naming and shaming.

Wow @SkyUK I just spoke to your rudest, most unhelpful customer service agent who was not only utterly incapable of helping me with my problem today, but continually spoke over me, refused to get someone else to help me, and told me to hang up or he would. I’m appalled by this.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, thanks I’ve got a new box coming on the 30th October! Sky able to assist but then just keeps freezing again. If I turn it off and restart it will alternate red|Amber with Blue Q fading. Then changes to just red/amber flashing. It’s Green now but no signal!

@SkyHelpTeam hi there my sky go app for mobile is not working. I keep getting a 50-2 error telling me to make sure I’m not streaming on max number of devices(I’m not) or make sure I’m subscribed to the channel(I am). Have deleted app, reinstalled, nothing seems to work.

Brighton turned down 70 mill 3 months ago and he signed a new deal in what world would the price go down? As for Rice unless they get relegated West Ham will want a lot.

@SkyHelpTeam My friend had an offer of a new contract at £86 a month and agreed to it. Your customer services then closed for the day (7:45pm). Today the best you can do is £99 a month. Care to explain why you treat loyal customers like this?
