    @SkyHelpTeam Yes @SkyHelpTeam Iโ€™ve been through these steps. I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

    Disappointment is a terrible thing, especially for a 4 year-old. When checking @SkyUK VIP we noticed @TheLEGOMoviesUK 2 tickets were up for grabs but as usual no Screenings in #Hull. @SkyHelpTeam can you explain why #Hull always misses out, even when we have 5 cinemas. #unfair

    @SkyHelpTeam I think I need a Wi-fi range booster as the signal is not getting to all areas of the house. I thought this is what the boost guarantees. My property is 3 story townhouse.

    Just had the worst call with @SkyUK ever. Rang up to ask a simple question about cinema and spent 10 minutes having a rep aggressively trying to upsell me everything under the sun. Had to tell him respectfully that I was ending the call. Truly awful!

    @SkyUK Could this be the worst service provider in England? My husband received a phone call from them yesterday advising him of an overdue payment, so he paid the ยฃ113 as requested. Today the internet is disconnected and they have now advised him it will remain disconnected for 8 days! He is now having to request the phone call recording - what a shame - we thought England was more advanced than Australia but obviously not!
