Thanks @SkySports, of course I don't want to watch @PFT_Live. Replays of the 2004 and 2005 darts world championships and the 1996 Australian Grand Prix are far more important to me. Now please excuse me, I've got to go and cancel some things.

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried everything online and used a virtual assistant but that was next to useless. This is the 2nd time I’ve had trouble with sky in the last month. £52 a month not to be able to use the full service

@SkyHelpTeam Yes @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through these steps. I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

@SkyHelpTeam Basically it won’t leave Standby mode or un-pause (if whatever we’re watching has been paused). (I’ve changed remote batteries a couple of times). The only solution is a hard-reset (ie power cycle). It’s only an issue with our older Sky MiniQ box. The newer one works just fine.

@krys1888 Feel in this instance no one was critical of those working hard for @ScotlandSky directly. It’s the disregard that @SkySports as a whole shows Scottish football that’s the issue. Why can’t other media outlet personnel ask simple questions like can we have some prematch build up?
