    @SkyHelpTeam I think I need a Wi-fi range booster as the signal is not getting to all areas of the house. I thought this is what the boost guarantees. My property is 3 story townhouse.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried everything online and used a virtual assistant but that was next to useless. This is the 2nd time I’ve had trouble with sky in the last month. £52 a month not to be able to use the full service

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through these steps. I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

    @SimonCypher @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Guess you will have unhappy kids or they will need to binge watch everything recorded as you will lose it. We have had same problem in the past. Can’t believe Sky cannot copy from box to box

    @Brown_Clare1995 @SkyHelpTeam I have shared our password with both neighbours as they are completely stuck, no phone signal, no internet, no tv. You appreciate failures happen but it’s easier if you are informed. If there had been a generic tweet I could have told them why.

    @SkyHelpTeam Why do you make it so difficult to cancel a free trial of Sky Cinema? It’s not possible to do it online or via your app. You only allow cancellation if I ring you. I’ve just tried and it’s a 20 minute wait! Something so simple shouldn’t be this difficult.

    @SkyHelpTeam I'm fine thanks 👍 we've done all that, no change, the wi-fi signal just keeps dropping out. Streaming Netflix, Amazon etc is fine but our phones and other devices are a pain sometimes so we just out up with it 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam internet is not working since hours..call to execute is not going through and when you try to book eng visit..we get earliest on 19th...what should I do without internet till 19 and is that what we pay you for..#skypatheticservice

    @SkyHelpTeam very disappointed in your services right now. I saw an advert to add multi screen reduced from £15 extra down to only £10 extra so I go on to add it to my account only for the box to arrive and I'm getting charged the original £15!! Shambles

    @SkyHelpTeam Yup, back up working thanks. It’s not the outage I’m annoyed at (I am, but can’t be helped!), it’s your service status checker. If I’d known it was a wider issue, and not just my own router/connection I wouldn’t have wasted over 2hrs trying to troubleshoot and wait on the phone!!
