@SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried everything online and used a virtual assistant but that was next to useless. This is the 2nd time I’ve had trouble with sky in the last month. £52 a month not to be able to use the full service

@SkyHelpTeam I think I need a Wi-fi range booster as the signal is not getting to all areas of the house. I thought this is what the boost guarantees. My property is 3 story townhouse.

@SkyHelpTeam what the hell is going on. My bill is going up 36%. £50 to £68. When i’ve gone to cancel, the advisor is saying best he can do is £80 a 60% increase.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through these steps. I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

Hi @SkyUK, for the 415 time this week our broadband is gone, it went for 12 hours on Wednesday night. I wouldn’t mind but I pay £150 for this luxury, any chance you can look into this, can’t imagine you’re short of a few bob to sort this problem.
