@SkyHelpTeam I think I need a Wi-fi range booster as the signal is not getting to all areas of the house. I thought this is what the boost guarantees. My property is 3 story townhouse.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through these steps. I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

Until @SkySports get behind Rugby League and promote the game & production like they do with other sports it’s always going to be seen as a second class sport. They have a responsibility to showcase the game and their half arsed none existent productions & advertising is awful.
