@SkyHelpTeam I think I need a Wi-fi range booster as the signal is not getting to all areas of the house. I thought this is what the boost guarantees. My property is 3 story townhouse.

@IchTuDirWeh1997 @SkyHelpTeam I know but apparently service outages do not count and it has to be down for 3 days consecutively. Its mostly the fact i had to wake up my old acc to find out anything, i rarely use twitter. Their website and app takes you in circles and the phone is automated.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through these steps. I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

@Brown_Clare1995 @SkyHelpTeam I have shared our password with both neighbours as they are completely stuck, no phone signal, no internet, no tv. You appreciate failures happen but it’s easier if you are informed. If there had been a generic tweet I could have told them why.

@curtiswoodhous8 Not a chance I’m paying for this. @SkySports seem to forget just how much they charge per month sometimes. It’s not like United v Liverpool is an extra £20 either is it? I’ve never understood why Whyte is classed as “a PPV fighter” when he’s never fought for a world title either!

@SkyHelpTeam Nah im just unhappy with lack of updates. I dont usually use my twitter much, maybe once a year. So until i tried to call and the auto message told me to look on twitter i knew nothing just that its a known issue. Not everyone uses twitter. Itll likely be a year before i do again

One of the good part of Premier League on Amazon @PrimeVideo amongst many is the camera man walk down the tunnel with the players and let the viewers see what goes on beyond the football being played on the pitch whereas it is not shown on @SkySports and @btsport.

Not suprised but @skytv @SkyHelpTeam have no interest in maintaining their customers. Just told if you want to cancel here's the link, yet if I signed up as a new customer I'd be paying half price!! #disgusted these big companies just keep taking from their loyal customers.

Another live match and another potential red card that the fans don't no if it was even checked, but again why do now @prime but also @btsport and @SkySports never look at potential red cards after a game. Not mentioned once.
