@SkyHelpTeam Yes @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through these steps. I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

@SkyHelpTeam Nah im just unhappy with lack of updates. I dont usually use my twitter much, maybe once a year. So until i tried to call and the auto message told me to look on twitter i knew nothing just that its a known issue. Not everyone uses twitter. Itll likely be a year before i do again

@curtiswoodhous8 Not a chance I’m paying for this. @SkySports seem to forget just how much they charge per month sometimes. It’s not like United v Liverpool is an extra £20 either is it? I’ve never understood why Whyte is classed as “a PPV fighter” when he’s never fought for a world title either!

@IchTuDirWeh1997 @SkyHelpTeam I know but apparently service outages do not count and it has to be down for 3 days consecutively. Its mostly the fact i had to wake up my old acc to find out anything, i rarely use twitter. Their website and app takes you in circles and the phone is automated.

Please don't go with @SkyUK if you work from home because my Wifi has been down for almost 5 weeks and there's still no sign of it ever getting fixed. Also if they say when they are coming out don't get your hopes up as they always cancel and tell you to just wait another 2 days.

Waited 3 HOURS to have a conversation with a @SkyHelpTeam agent and he ended the conversation before I was done with my query. It’s laughable that the bot said “thanks for being a loyal customer!” bc like.. this isn’t how you treat loyal customers.

Please don't go with @SkyUK if you work from home because. It's been almost 5 weeks still no sign of it ever getting fixed I'm now relying on family to use there Wifi to work. Also not being able to believe what they say because they have let us down a lot of times.
