    @SimonCypher @SkyHelpTeam @SkyUK Guess you will have unhappy kids or they will need to binge watch everything recorded as you will lose it. We have had same problem in the past. Can’t believe Sky cannot copy from box to box

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Pearl, I managed to get through to someone with a better-quality phone line. I do have to say that the quality of phone lines seems to be a frequent issue when having to call you around every 17 months Many thanks!
