@SkyUK your own customer service team just told me when i asked "how come you all tell me different info" she said "some of our team will say anything just to get the sale, they are being suspended for it" wont be joining sky thanks.

@yorkshiresheryl @SkyHelpTeam Makes literally no difference. It’s domestic broadband end of. If you have to work remotely then you have no right to complain about work, get a business line with an SLA for WFH. You’ll be credited back for loss of service so don’t even try that moan
