@Brown_Clare1995 @SkyHelpTeam I have shared our password with both neighbours as they are completely stuck, no phone signal, no internet, no tv. You appreciate failures happen but it’s easier if you are informed. If there had been a generic tweet I could have told them why.

@SkyUK your own customer service team just told me when i asked "how come you all tell me different info" she said "some of our team will say anything just to get the sale, they are being suspended for it" wont be joining sky thanks.

@SkyUK you are the worst internet provider ever!!!! I only regret one thing in my life and it's to sign in with you seriously your internet always shut down and you have no backup or help after 8pm !! For the bills you are charging you are not allowed to make those mistakes. 👎🏽
