@SkyUK your own customer service team just told me when i asked "how come you all tell me different info" she said "some of our team will say anything just to get the sale, they are being suspended for it" wont be joining sky thanks.

A footnote on what is a serious injury to a very young player at the beginning of his career.. You cant accept that -hence you making this situation the core issue.
