@Brown_Clare1995 @SkyHelpTeam I have shared our password with both neighbours as they are completely stuck, no phone signal, no internet, no tv. You appreciate failures happen but it’s easier if you are informed. If there had been a generic tweet I could have told them why.

What on earth is going on with @SkyUK this evening?? Subscription messages displayed in error when trying to watch paid for services (Sky Sports), streams dipping out temporarily, technical error messages displayed on start up… What’s the issue? Can’t get through on the phone….
