@SkyUK your own customer service team just told me when i asked "how come you all tell me different info" she said "some of our team will say anything just to get the sale, they are being suspended for it" wont be joining sky thanks.

@SkyUK Are you seriously telling me that you can’t get a technician to my 81 year old mother until next Wednesday? She lives on her own and tv is down. Way too costly for this type of service. Will be looking to change providers.

@steeleyp_ @SkyHelpTeam By the way the tv is not the problem good quality it’s the broadband signal which is the issue so no matter how expensive the tv is or not is irrelevant. And I agree streaming is the future but when broadband is so unreliable it’s gonna cause massive problems
