@Brown_Clare1995 @SkyHelpTeam I have shared our password with both neighbours as they are completely stuck, no phone signal, no internet, no tv. You appreciate failures happen but it’s easier if you are informed. If there had been a generic tweet I could have told them why.

@SkyUK your own customer service team just told me when i asked "how come you all tell me different info" she said "some of our team will say anything just to get the sale, they are being suspended for it" wont be joining sky thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam After just taking out a new contract and being fobbed off with we have the latest and best hub, which we quite clearly haven’t, we’ve just cancelled our SkyQ tv package cos of the level of service, looks like we will be cancelling our broadband then, been customer for 12 yrs, wow

@SkyHelpTeam That's the issue, I always have every session set to record in UHD. Every weekend, something is missing. The separate issue is the displaying of UHD broadcast, same every week, shows HD broadcast but also a message in the description stating "also in hd" makes no sense.
