    @SkyUK your own customer service team just told me when i asked "how come you all tell me different info" she said "some of our team will say anything just to get the sale, they are being suspended for it" wont be joining sky thanks.

    @curtiswoodhous8 Not a chance I’m paying for this. @SkySports seem to forget just how much they charge per month sometimes. It’s not like United v Liverpool is an extra £20 either is it? I’ve never understood why Whyte is classed as “a PPV fighter” when he’s never fought for a world title either!

    @Brown_Clare1995 @SkyHelpTeam I have shared our password with both neighbours as they are completely stuck, no phone signal, no internet, no tv. You appreciate failures happen but it’s easier if you are informed. If there had been a generic tweet I could have told them why.

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband has been down since yesterday in northwest England can you tell me whats going on and if my bill is going to be compensated and not just 2gig of data that i dont use it been the second time in as many months we have had are broadband down not good

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes did all that there is a problem in the area again i would like to no when it will be resolved and if i will be compensated as i can not watch any sky channels as it is sky glass so i am paying for all this and had no broadband for well over 14 hours

    @SkyHelpTeam I did that. It’s an outage across the area. Still offline 12+ hours later though despite the generic “issues in your area” message says two hours to fix on the website. Third time in two months that we’ve had a 12+ hour outage.
