@SkyUK your own customer service team just told me when i asked "how come you all tell me different info" she said "some of our team will say anything just to get the sale, they are being suspended for it" wont be joining sky thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam BBC 1 lip sync issues along with freezing. Just watching BBC and it stopped and went to an add for Louie Theroux? Last night trying to watch Reacher on Amazon Prime, screen goes black but still playing. Restarting and then it freezes.

@wired2thebrink @back_the_BBC @SkyHelpTeam We sent ours back after four days - for two of those days, Sky Glass didn't work. They billed us a full month accidently and still haven't refunded it. I lodged a complaint with OFCOM just this very day.
