@Brown_Clare1995 @SkyHelpTeam I have shared our password with both neighbours as they are completely stuck, no phone signal, no internet, no tv. You appreciate failures happen but it’s easier if you are informed. If there had been a generic tweet I could have told them why.

@SkyUK your own customer service team just told me when i asked "how come you all tell me different info" she said "some of our team will say anything just to get the sale, they are being suspended for it" wont be joining sky thanks.

@SkyHelpTeam sky broadband has been down since 10am and we still have nothing. Can you please give us a update on when a resolve is happening as I need this to update my phone and I’m a essential key worker relying on updates on my patients which I’m going to !!

@curtiswoodhous8 Not a chance I’m paying for this. @SkySports seem to forget just how much they charge per month sometimes. It’s not like United v Liverpool is an extra £20 either is it? I’ve never understood why Whyte is classed as “a PPV fighter” when he’s never fought for a world title either!

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks Nicole but I don’t think you do, I work from home as does my wife we had had to travel to family members houses to use their internet and now since purchased a dongle to provide a service I’m paying you for at my own expense and & company keeps giving me broken promises
