    @Brown_Clare1995 @SkyHelpTeam I have shared our password with both neighbours as they are completely stuck, no phone signal, no internet, no tv. You appreciate failures happen but it’s easier if you are informed. If there had been a generic tweet I could have told them why.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried everything online and used a virtual assistant but that was next to useless. This is the 2nd time I’ve had trouble with sky in the last month. £52 a month not to be able to use the full service

    @SkyHelpTeam I think I need a Wi-fi range booster as the signal is not getting to all areas of the house. I thought this is what the boost guarantees. My property is 3 story townhouse.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through these steps. I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hello, I have Sky broadband and TV. For the past days, I'm significantly suffering from bad internet connection. It keeps dropping many times every day. Could you please fix it? The broadband test result is "good" when connected, but it is many times disconnected.
