I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

I have been clear from the start of the chat I want to cancel you need to train staff not to give the hard sell! She’s even offered me a new deal
