    @SkyHelpTeam Yes @SkyHelpTeam Iโ€™ve been through these steps. I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

    @SkyHelpTeam I would like to cancel my sky due to no football for a month. Was put on hold for 20 mins, no answer so hung up.

    @SkyHelpTeam currently connected to WiFi so unsure. This is the 3rd time in a week this has happened though, last time leaving me with no usable phone in an emergency. What's causing this issue & can reassurance be made it won't be a regular occurrence. Otherwise may have to move my contract.

    Just had the worst call with @SkyUK ever. Rang up to ask a simple question about cinema and spent 10 minutes having a rep aggressively trying to upsell me everything under the sun. Had to tell him respectfully that I was ending the call. Truly awful!

    Wow @SkyUK I just spoke to your rudest, most unhelpful customer service agent who was not only utterly incapable of helping me with my problem today, but continually spoke over me, refused to get someone else to help me, and told me to hang up or he would. Iโ€™m appalled by this.

    @KieranMaguire The opening day and my club sold out the away end, with it being on it helped the other 8,000+ of our fan base to watch our away game. This isn't about non league teams anymore, skysports+ has made the blackout and VPNs redundant. I'll be at Swindon game tonight!

    @SkyHelpTeam 11 days without broadband. Skyโ€™s liaison with Openreach has been extremely poor: repeated calls, 3 cancelled appointments and engineers reconfirming that civils work is needed. Still no repair date. I just want Sky to take ownership and restore my service.
