@SkyHelpTeam Yes @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through these steps. I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

@SkyUK Please can my complaint be dealt with asap, I have swapped my sons iPhone 12s for iPhone 14s which were in perfect condition. Sky have deducted £150 for leaving passcode on (untrue) then wont make outgoing calls (untrue)
