    @SkyHelpTeam Of course I want it completed as soon as possible. I don’t need your service now thanks I’ve fixed it myself as your technician didn’t arrive two days ago. And after numerous calls to @skyuk all they could do was leave it till after Christmas. Not good enough customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through these steps. I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

    @SkyHelpTeam I think I need a Wi-fi range booster as the signal is not getting to all areas of the house. I thought this is what the boost guarantees. My property is 3 story townhouse.

    @SkyHelpTeam Absolutely not Ellie. My broadband is with @SkyUK too so am struggling to understand why this is so bad. My @AppleTV connected with ethernet too but stream is fantastic. Looks like it’s a common problem so needs to be sorted.

    @MarkSkinner_ @SkyHelpTeam BROADBAND OUTAGE? my complaint is 5 weeks in without broadband with these people and apparently at director level..they are inept too. No service, no remorse lots of lies
