    @SkyHelpTeam Hi chloe, we don't have a HD subscription and do change the format to SD and it won't let us. We aso have the exact same problem with channel 4 :(

    All the money we pay for @SkySports & we still haven’t got a red button service that can show replays or be in HD. Like watching football in the Wogan-era

    Just had the worst call with @SkyUK ever. Rang up to ask a simple question about cinema and spent 10 minutes having a rep aggressively trying to upsell me everything under the sun. Had to tell him respectfully that I was ending the call. Truly awful!

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I briefly lost satellite signal a few minutes ago due to a storm, I found my #SkyQ app on my iPad wouldn’t work with live tv as it’s connected to my main box. If I lose signal for a sustained amount of time due to a storm, how do I watch online please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes keep losing my connection no issues with any other device in the house smart tv connects laptops and smart phones all ok

    Wow @SkyUK I just spoke to your rudest, most unhelpful customer service agent who was not only utterly incapable of helping me with my problem today, but continually spoke over me, refused to get someone else to help me, and told me to hang up or he would. I’m appalled by this.

    @SkyHelpTeam currently connected to WiFi so unsure. This is the 3rd time in a week this has happened though, last time leaving me with no usable phone in an emergency. What's causing this issue & can reassurance be made it won't be a regular occurrence. Otherwise may have to move my contract.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried everything online and used a virtual assistant but that was next to useless. This is the 2nd time I’ve had trouble with sky in the last month. £52 a month not to be able to use the full service

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, thanks I’ve got a new box coming on the 30th October! Sky able to assist but then just keeps freezing again. If I turn it off and restart it will alternate red|Amber with Blue Q fading. Then changes to just red/amber flashing. It’s Green now but no signal!

    @SkyHelpTeam The call back from Sky was arranged with Sky last night. @OpenreachHelp were meant to let Sky know what they were doing to restore our phone/broadband after 6 arranged visits (4 no shows), 4 previous reviews. Many hours of calls to Sky are clearly not working.

    Surely @SkyUK shouldn't be offering me £73 to renew when a new customer for the same package is charged £67. Isn't there a law against this?
