    Hey @SkySports I was happy to have my payments stopped because of no sport. I am now being ripped off. More money being taken out of my account than before Lockdown. Speak to me or anyone else having this same problem

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through these steps. I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

    @SkyUK A good question is why are so many people with impeccable credit scores being turned down for pay monthly option on the sky glass TV? All very strange . Don't give me there must be mistakes on your file . If that was the case I wouldn't get credit anywhere

    @SkyHelpTeam Nichole this does not help. When I follow your link there is nothing to answer my questions and when I go to ‘need further help’ no phone number is given. Why is it so difficult for you give me a phone number? You would think Sky did not want to talk to a ‘valued’ customer.
