    @SkyHelpTeam Yes @SkyHelpTeam Iโ€™ve been through these steps. I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

    @SkyUK what a disgraceful customer service sky is. Use messages they dont message back, try and ring no number. No wonder people go to other platforms

    @SkyHelpTeam Of course I want it completed as soon as possible. I donโ€™t need your service now thanks Iโ€™ve fixed it myself as your technician didnโ€™t arrive two days ago. And after numerous calls to @skyuk all they could do was leave it till after Christmas. Not good enough customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam I know itโ€™s not an immediate response but why ask me what service Iโ€™m going to use, what channels I watch, do I use catch up & record! I have been clear from the start of the chat I want to cancel you need to train staff not to give the hard sell! Sheโ€™s even offered me a new deal

    Awful customer service from @SkyUK no broadband or landline for a week, told different things each time speak to them been told outage in area, no fault can be found, will be back on today, told by sky that @OpenreachHelp had fixed it today only they hadn't.

    @SkyHelpTeam It seems that it is not possible to set a HD recording from the Sky Go app when out and about, it will only record the SD version regardless of which version I choose on the EPG. However, it works no problem when connected to my home WIFI. Why should this be?

    @SkyUK we had nothing but problems with SkyQ mini boxes since install in mid January. Waited a month for a revert to Sky+ appointment on Tuesday 19th April, but the engineer turned up without multiroom options and boxes. Now my elderly mother in law is unable to watch TV.....

    @SkyHelpTeam my broadband speed is shocking. Whatโ€™s happening? Yes, Iโ€™ve rebooted the router and stuff. Iโ€™ve tested the WiFi transfer speed. The issue is my internet, despite your online diagnostics saying itโ€™s โ€˜goodโ€™.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes indeed, I have a Q box. As I said in the original tweet, if I schedule a HD recording whilst connected to the same WiFi as the box it records the HD channel, but will only record the SD equivalent if I schedule the recording when connected to mobile network

    Now being told by sky that @OpenreachHelp will fix it on Monday maybe Tuesday. Contract with @SkyUK is up for renewal doubt will be renewing with them
