    @SkyHelpTeam Yes @SkyHelpTeam Iโ€™ve been through these steps. I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

    @SkyHelpTeam I know itโ€™s not an immediate response but why ask me what service Iโ€™m going to use, what channels I watch, do I use catch up & record! I have been clear from the start of the chat I want to cancel you need to train staff not to give the hard sell! Sheโ€™s even offered me a new deal

    @SkyHelpTeam I think I need a Wi-fi range booster as the signal is not getting to all areas of the house. I thought this is what the boost guarantees. My property is 3 story townhouse.

    @SkyHelpTeam Of course I want it completed as soon as possible. I donโ€™t need your service now thanks Iโ€™ve fixed it myself as your technician didnโ€™t arrive two days ago. And after numerous calls to @skyuk all they could do was leave it till after Christmas. Not good enough customer service.

    @KSI @dazngroup ยฃ8 per month than ยฃ12 just to watch JJ just fight thatโ€™s just stupid I understand u are trying to make money however I liked it when @SkySports only changed like ยฃ10 to watch Logan Paul vs KSI and not to subscribe to anything stupid going to pay for it anyways.

    @SkyUK Iโ€™m up for renewal, currently on the 65mb super fast but line maximum has only ever been 37mb. Can i downgrade to the 35mb package and you guarantee that i will still get around the 35mb mark or would you throttle it further down?

    @virginmedia why can't I replace devices on Virgin TV go. Logged into @SkySports via the virgin log in to be told too many devices but you won't let me cancel any off so I can access it. Bloody joke, sick spending a fortune every month for this cral service.
