    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, thanks I’ve got a new box coming on the 30th October! Sky able to assist but then just keeps freezing again. If I turn it off and restart it will alternate red|Amber with Blue Q fading. Then changes to just red/amber flashing. It’s Green now but no signal!

    @SkySports Over reliance on social media is the problem here. I bet 95% of people wouldn't dare say anything actually face to face. Keyboard warriors are very brave aren't they? Stricter sign up policies for Twitter etc and naming and shaming.

    Wow @SkyUK I just spoke to your rudest, most unhelpful customer service agent who was not only utterly incapable of helping me with my problem today, but continually spoke over me, refused to get someone else to help me, and told me to hang up or he would. I’m appalled by this.

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I briefly lost satellite signal a few minutes ago due to a storm, I found my #SkyQ app on my iPad wouldn’t work with live tv as it’s connected to my main box. If I lose signal for a sustained amount of time due to a storm, how do I watch online please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Changing Sky Q to Sky Stream has been the worst decision ever! Problem after problem and no solutions whilst paying more than ever! Can’t have an engineer because there’s no fault on the system. 45 mins on a call with no solution and having to wait for a callback. 😡
