This is the 3rd time in a week this has happened though, last time leaving me with no usable phone in an emergency. What's causing this issue & can reassurance be made it won't be a regular occurrence. Otherwise may have to move my contract.

Calling the incident inconclusive solely because the chip didn’t react ignores what the footage appears to show.
