@SkyHelpTeam Yes @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through these steps. I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

Why would you show womens cricket over PSL? It doesn't make sense to dedicate 2 major channels for the same game when you can use 1 for each instead of dropping PSL to irrelevant channel like sky mix, should never of gotten the license to show psl! The disrespect! #PSL @SkySports
