    @SkyHelpTeam I know it’s not an immediate response but why ask me what service I’m going to use, what channels I watch, do I use catch up & record! I have been clear from the start of the chat I want to cancel you need to train staff not to give the hard sell! She’s even offered me a new deal

    @markl_17 @SkySports Club will be just as pissed off as us. Don’t mind defending them when it’s warranted. Makes it almost impossible to put cheaper tickets on too when the crowd is going to be poor and you’ve got two Egyptian wankers already fleecing us

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried everything online and used a virtual assistant but that was next to useless. This is the 2nd time I’ve had trouble with sky in the last month. £52 a month not to be able to use the full service

    Thanks @SkySports, of course I don't want to watch @PFT_Live. Replays of the 2004 and 2005 darts world championships and the 1996 Australian Grand Prix are far more important to me. Now please excuse me, I've got to go and cancel some things.

    @SkyUK I’m a Sky Diamond VIP and I’ve had enough of the annual increases yet crazy deals like this. I want to cancel please as these deals are to get new customers to sign up yet you don’t reward loyalty.

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through these steps. I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

    Wow @SkyUK I just spoke to your rudest, most unhelpful customer service agent who was not only utterly incapable of helping me with my problem today, but continually spoke over me, refused to get someone else to help me, and told me to hang up or he would. I’m appalled by this.

    @SkyHelpTeam Of course I want it completed as soon as possible. I don’t need your service now thanks I’ve fixed it myself as your technician didn’t arrive two days ago. And after numerous calls to @skyuk all they could do was leave it till after Christmas. Not good enough customer service.
