    @SkyHelpTeam Of course I want it completed as soon as possible. I donโ€™t need your service now thanks Iโ€™ve fixed it myself as your technician didnโ€™t arrive two days ago. And after numerous calls to @skyuk all they could do was leave it till after Christmas. Not good enough customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam Iโ€™ve tried everything online and used a virtual assistant but that was next to useless. This is the 2nd time Iโ€™ve had trouble with sky in the last month. ยฃ52 a month not to be able to use the full service

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes @SkyHelpTeam Iโ€™ve been through these steps. I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

    @SkyHelpTeam I think I need a Wi-fi range booster as the signal is not getting to all areas of the house. I thought this is what the boost guarantees. My property is 3 story townhouse.

    @SkyUK 11 days without broadband. Skyโ€™s liaison with Openreach has been extremely poor: repeated calls, 3 cancelled appointments and engineers reconfirming that civils work is needed. Still no repair date. I just want Sky to take ownership and restore my service.
