I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

I donโt need your service now thanks Iโve fixed it myself as your technician didnโt arrive two days ago. And after numerous calls to @skyuk all they could do was leave it till after Christmas.
