Wow @SkyUK I just spoke to your rudest, most unhelpful customer service agent who was not only utterly incapable of helping me with my problem today, but continually spoke over me, refused to get someone else to help me, and told me to hang up or he would. I’m appalled by this.

@SkySports Over reliance on social media is the problem here. I bet 95% of people wouldn't dare say anything actually face to face. Keyboard warriors are very brave aren't they? Stricter sign up policies for Twitter etc and naming and shaming.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam I briefly lost satellite signal a few minutes ago due to a storm, I found my #SkyQ app on my iPad wouldn’t work with live tv as it’s connected to my main box. If I lose signal for a sustained amount of time due to a storm, how do I watch online please?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, thanks I’ve got a new box coming on the 30th October! Sky able to assist but then just keeps freezing again. If I turn it off and restart it will alternate red|Amber with Blue Q fading. Then changes to just red/amber flashing. It’s Green now but no signal!

@SkySports No. Crap refs. Moss guessed. And var made the situation worse. I’m a city fan and that was never a penalty. Moss managed to lose control of a game with very few incidents. Poor refs on the pitch are the same poor refs looking at var. standard of refs is awful

@SkyHelpTeam hi, do you have any update on the widespread download issue on Sky Q please? I’ve had a soft reset, hard reset, engineers visit, and my setting changed remotely and ‘signal resent’ twice. Each time I am told the problem will resolve. This has been off for 7 days.

@SkyHelpTeam … & both advisors struggled to book the openreach engineer too, the second promised he’d take ownership of my issue & scheduled me a callback for 1600hrs today whereby he said the booking system for openreach would be working again. I’m still waiting for that call. It’s now 1845

@SolomonBrown_ @SkySports Just being there is enough for them. He could be out for a year with a broken leg and as soon as the camera pans to him sat up in the stands they would instantly harp on about “what an effect he will have on the team today…just sitting there…not doing anything”

@SkyHelpTeam My Sky HD box no longer records from the catch up menu. I press record and within a few seconds, “ Failed” appears? Everything else is working? Any ideas. Phoned Sky suggested rebuild, did that still not working.
