I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

I donโt need your service now thanks Iโve fixed it myself as your technician didnโt arrive two days ago. And after numerous calls to @skyuk all they could do was leave it till after Christmas. Not good enough customer service.

Simon Howard (@essjayaitch) reported@SkyHelpTeam It seems that it is not possible to set a HD recording from the Sky Go app when out and about, it will only record the SD version regardless of which version I choose on the EPG. However, it works no problem when connected to my home WIFI. Why should this be?

Waited a month for a revert to Sky+ appointment on Tuesday 19th April, but the engineer turned up without multiroom options and boxes. Now my elderly mother in law is unable to watch TV.....

As I said in the original tweet, if I schedule a HD recording whilst connected to the same WiFi as the box it records the HD channel, but will only record the SD equivalent if I schedule the recording when connected to mobile network
