@SkyHelpTeam Yes @SkyHelpTeam I’ve been through these steps. I have seen that I should have the latest hub but this was not replaced when I signed up to the contract. I still have my original router from when I signed up to sky q. Does the newer hub give better signal.

@SkyHelpTeam I think I need a Wi-fi range booster as the signal is not getting to all areas of the house. I thought this is what the boost guarantees. My property is 3 story townhouse.

Hi @SkyHelpTeam Are you aware of any issues with the IMAP servers on Sky Email? All of my mail clients have stopped being able to sync with my Email account but the settings and password are correct (confirmed by logging in to Webmail OK) & all 'missing' emails are there.

@SkyHelpTeam Is there anything that can be done to stop my broadband from dropping out? We pay for fibre yet every time we play games online or stream, the screens are constantly freezing due to “poor internet connection”. It’s winding me up and thinking of a changing suppliers.
