    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I briefly lost satellite signal a few minutes ago due to a storm, I found my #SkyQ app on my iPad wouldnโ€™t work with live tv as itโ€™s connected to my main box. If I lose signal for a sustained amount of time due to a storm, how do I watch online please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Of course I want it completed as soon as possible. I donโ€™t need your service now thanks Iโ€™ve fixed it myself as your technician didnโ€™t arrive two days ago. And after numerous calls to @skyuk all they could do was leave it till after Christmas. Not good enough customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam I think I need a Wi-fi range booster as the signal is not getting to all areas of the house. I thought this is what the boost guarantees. My property is 3 story townhouse.

    How is it acceptable @SkyUK that you want to charge me ยฃ250 to cancel when you couldnโ€™t provide me any services. You couldnโ€™t provide broadband for 2 month so I cancelled. Now you give me a bill to cancel for no services. Is your company such a mess that you need to con?
