    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, since Saturday evening all of my recordings are showing a software issue, my sky q box keeps disconnecting from the internet and I keep getting long pauses when playing back recordings, any idea what it could be? Cheers

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes keep losing my connection no issues with any other device in the house smart tv connects laptops and smart phones all ok

    @SkyHelpTeam Of course I want it completed as soon as possible. I don’t need your service now thanks I’ve fixed it myself as your technician didn’t arrive two days ago. And after numerous calls to @skyuk all they could do was leave it till after Christmas. Not good enough customer service.

    @SkyHelpTeam 401-403 plus 405 and 409 all work the rest I get a blue screen saying there’s a problem with my signal, so I could watch cricket on 401 but not 404 which means it can’t be signal surely. I’ve reset it and nothing, last night it stopped recording but I temp fixed that

    Disappointment is a terrible thing, especially for a 4 year-old. When checking @SkyUK VIP we noticed @TheLEGOMoviesUK 2 tickets were up for grabs but as usual no Screenings in #Hull. @SkyHelpTeam can you explain why #Hull always misses out, even when we have 5 cinemas. #unfair

    @steverico Had one in the 1st house we bought down Escourt St was the 1st time I started watch @SkyNews & @SkySports if you joined the correct wires only talked about these boxes last week on nights there the old Redifusion 👍

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, thanks I’ve got a new box coming on the 30th October! Sky able to assist but then just keeps freezing again. If I turn it off and restart it will alternate red|Amber with Blue Q fading. Then changes to just red/amber flashing. It’s Green now but no signal!

    @SkyHelpTeam currently connected to WiFi so unsure. This is the 3rd time in a week this has happened though, last time leaving me with no usable phone in an emergency. What's causing this issue & can reassurance be made it won't be a regular occurrence. Otherwise may have to move my contract.

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s great, it didn’t work and having followed the guidance on sky community ive now lost use of my remote and sky go and your automated system has sent me a troubleshooting link for no signal (not the problem) and told me to hang up...not good enough

    Hey @SkySports I was happy to have my payments stopped because of no sport. I am now being ripped off. More money being taken out of my account than before Lockdown. Speak to me or anyone else having this same problem

    @SkyUK customer service is a disgrace! Brand new customer and both my hubs are lost yet I’m being told I should contact @RoyalMail !!! Never been treated like this ever ! Really second guessing joining this company if this is the treatment I’m getting from the beginning!!

    @SkySports They went back several phases to fish out the foul which led them to chalk off the goal. They could had applied same due diligence to also go back even beyond the Salah incident to the one Macallister fouled the Egyptian in the box prior to the switch of play to Salah - unfair!
