@SkyHelpTeam Of course I want it completed as soon as possible. I don’t need your service now thanks I’ve fixed it myself as your technician didn’t arrive two days ago. And after numerous calls to @skyuk all they could do was leave it till after Christmas. Not good enough customer service.

@OhhSerene @SkyHelpTeam Sky's DNS servers had gone down to prevent this happening in future you can use google's DNS servers instead of Sky's.
