    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I briefly lost satellite signal a few minutes ago due to a storm, I found my #SkyQ app on my iPad wouldnโ€™t work with live tv as itโ€™s connected to my main box. If I lose signal for a sustained amount of time due to a storm, how do I watch online please?

    @SkyHelpTeam It was to cancel my sky or cut down the package. You make it as difficult as possible to do it!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Chris, we don't have a HD subscription and do change the format to SD and it won't let us. We so have the exact same problem with channel 4 :(

    @SkySports Over reliance on social media is the problem here. I bet 95% of people wouldn't dare say anything actually face to face. Keyboard warriors are very brave aren't they? Stricter sign up policies for Twitter etc and naming and shaming.

    Wow @SkyUK I just spoke to your rudest, most unhelpful customer service agent who was not only utterly incapable of helping me with my problem today, but continually spoke over me, refused to get someone else to help me, and told me to hang up or he would. Iโ€™m appalled by this.

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, since Saturday evening all of my recordings are showing a software issue, my sky q box keeps disconnecting from the internet and I keep getting long pauses when playing back recordings, any idea what it could be? Cheers

    Loving all these stats about Leeds from yesterday. Only one that mattered. They lost 4-3. ******* bore off throwing them down our throats @SkySports. They are back in the Premier league. We get it.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, thanks Iโ€™ve got a new box coming on the 30th October! Sky able to assist but then just keeps freezing again. If I turn it off and restart it will alternate red|Amber with Blue Q fading. Then changes to just red/amber flashing. Itโ€™s Green now but no signal!

    @SkyHelpTeam Thatโ€™s great, it didnโ€™t work and having followed the guidance on sky community ive now lost use of my remote and sky go and your automated system has sent me a troubleshooting link for no signal (not the problem) and told me to hang up...not good enough

    So @SkyHelpTeam - your chat facility is too busy, your phone lines are at least on a 20 minute wait time and I have to apparently ring up to talk to someone who is supposed to be compensating me for rubbish service including hours wasted on the phone... so what do I do???

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, I was paying ยฃ56 under contract then auto increase, without telling me, went up to ยฃ89. The offer from renew team ยฃ91. The only way to get subscription down to ยฃ64 pm (just TV) was remove movies. Unreal and salt in wound tv remote canโ€™t change volume on tv. Sky sucks.
