    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Chris, we don't have a HD subscription and do change the format to SD and it won't let us. We so have the exact same problem with channel 4 :(

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I briefly lost satellite signal a few minutes ago due to a storm, I found my #SkyQ app on my iPad wouldn’t work with live tv as it’s connected to my main box. If I lose signal for a sustained amount of time due to a storm, how do I watch online please?

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried everything online and used a virtual assistant but that was next to useless. This is the 2nd time I’ve had trouble with sky in the last month. £52 a month not to be able to use the full service

    All the money we pay for @SkySports & we still haven’t got a red button service that can show replays or be in HD. Like watching football in the Wogan-era

    @SkyHelpTeam currently connected to WiFi so unsure. This is the 3rd time in a week this has happened though, last time leaving me with no usable phone in an emergency. What's causing this issue & can reassurance be made it won't be a regular occurrence. Otherwise may have to move my contract.

    Just had the worst call with @SkyUK ever. Rang up to ask a simple question about cinema and spent 10 minutes having a rep aggressively trying to upsell me everything under the sun. Had to tell him respectfully that I was ending the call. Truly awful!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, thanks I’ve got a new box coming on the 30th October! Sky able to assist but then just keeps freezing again. If I turn it off and restart it will alternate red|Amber with Blue Q fading. Then changes to just red/amber flashing. It’s Green now but no signal!

    @WeAreOpenreach unacceptable, without internet or tv & supposed to fix the issue within 48 hours to only be informed it will be a week to repaired. I’m embarrassed for @SkyUK as a customer for lack of service from open reach.

    I cancelled Sky TV/SkySports three months ago and don't regret it at all (leftie, woke, virtue signallers!) Anyway, they have never left me alone since and are down to £29pm for my old package. So if you are desperate to have it this should be your starting point in negotiations.

    @TheFyfie @SkySports Poor coverage not to show the ****** of the season with regards to the split though. They should have moved the fixtures away from 3pm slot if that’s the reason they won’t show any games.
