Just had the worst call with @SkyUK ever. Rang up to ask a simple question about cinema and spent 10 minutes having a rep aggressively trying to upsell me everything under the sun. Had to tell him respectfully that I was ending the call. Truly awful!

@SkyHelpTeam currently connected to WiFi so unsure. This is the 3rd time in a week this has happened though, last time leaving me with no usable phone in an emergency. What's causing this issue & can reassurance be made it won't be a regular occurrence. Otherwise may have to move my contract.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, thanks I’ve got a new box coming on the 30th October! Sky able to assist but then just keeps freezing again. If I turn it off and restart it will alternate red|Amber with Blue Q fading. Then changes to just red/amber flashing. It’s Green now but no signal!

Hi @SkyHelpTeam I briefly lost satellite signal a few minutes ago due to a storm, I found my #SkyQ app on my iPad wouldn’t work with live tv as it’s connected to my main box. If I lose signal for a sustained amount of time due to a storm, how do I watch online please?

@SkyHelpTeam is there any work going on in the DY13 area? I raised an issue earlier in the week about not getting the correct speeds whilst on LAN/Ethernet. This afternoon, internet is completely off. I’ve restarted router, reset it and gone through the Sky troubleshooting.
