    @SkySports Over reliance on social media is the problem here. I bet 95% of people wouldn't dare say anything actually face to face. Keyboard warriors are very brave aren't they? Stricter sign up policies for Twitter etc and naming and shaming.

    Just had the worst call with @SkyUK ever. Rang up to ask a simple question about cinema and spent 10 minutes having a rep aggressively trying to upsell me everything under the sun. Had to tell him respectfully that I was ending the call. Truly awful!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi chloe, we don't have a HD subscription and do change the format to SD and it won't let us. We aso have the exact same problem with channel 4 :(

    @SkyHelpTeam currently connected to WiFi so unsure. This is the 3rd time in a week this has happened though, last time leaving me with no usable phone in an emergency. What's causing this issue & can reassurance be made it won't be a regular occurrence. Otherwise may have to move my contract.

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I briefly lost satellite signal a few minutes ago due to a storm, I found my #SkyQ app on my iPad wouldnโ€™t work with live tv as itโ€™s connected to my main box. If I lose signal for a sustained amount of time due to a storm, how do I watch online please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, thanks Iโ€™ve got a new box coming on the 30th October! Sky able to assist but then just keeps freezing again. If I turn it off and restart it will alternate red|Amber with Blue Q fading. Then changes to just red/amber flashing. Itโ€™s Green now but no signal!

    Wow @SkyUK I just spoke to your rudest, most unhelpful customer service agent who was not only utterly incapable of helping me with my problem today, but continually spoke over me, refused to get someone else to help me, and told me to hang up or he would. Iโ€™m appalled by this.

    @chrisrobwill Same. ๐Ÿ’ฏ IMO unifications and genuine world level fights shouldnโ€™t even be PPV. Huge opportunity for one UK networks to own boxing in my opinion. @btsport or @SkySports โ€ฆ fighter also need to understand they are getting inflated fees. Iโ€™ll never pay for a PPV again.

    @SkyHelpTeam same thing it always says. that everything is fine. problem is, it isn't. i have issues with my wifi AND mobile signal ... phone can say it has 4g but still fail to load. i have had a replacement sim already. and on an S22 Ultra, i shouldn't have any issues with speeds

    @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam never understood why it's hard to get in touch with someone for a better deal. 90+ a month is just robbing, yes that's what mine just hit if @threeuk can deal with renewals online why can sky?
