    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve tried everything online and used a virtual assistant but that was next to useless. This is the 2nd time I’ve had trouble with sky in the last month. Β£52 a month not to be able to use the full service

    @SkyHelpTeam Of course I want it completed as soon as possible. I don’t need your service now thanks I’ve fixed it myself as your technician didn’t arrive two days ago. And after numerous calls to @skyuk all they could do was leave it till after Christmas. Not good enough customer service.

    Wow @SkyUK I just spoke to your rudest, most unhelpful customer service agent who was not only utterly incapable of helping me with my problem today, but continually spoke over me, refused to get someone else to help me, and told me to hang up or he would. I’m appalled by this.

    I really hope this new rule of giving a corner kick when a goalkeeper delays to kick the ball out won’t get scrapped out when Arsenal starts using it to score from corners. Because it will surely happen. Complaints will come, hatΔ—rs like Carragher, Evra and Neville will sit down on Skysports to analyze how it’s wrong to give Arsenal a corner kick because a goalkeeper delayed to kick the ball out.     @SkyHelpTeam never once had a problem with Sky Q or my broadband but since I’ve had Sky Stream and new fibre broadband installed it’s absolute shite. TV constantly freezing #sky all you guys do is tell me to restart my router πŸ™„

    I pay nearly Β£80 a month and your stream cuts out on my ipad just as @WatfordFC score! Great service. Canceling in October when my contract runs out. @SkySports
