@SkyHelpTeam Of course I want it completed as soon as possible. I don’t need your service now thanks I’ve fixed it myself as your technician didn’t arrive two days ago. And after numerous calls to @skyuk all they could do was leave it till after Christmas. Not good enough customer service.

@SkyHelpTeam 401-403 plus 405 and 409 all work the rest I get a blue screen saying there’s a problem with my signal, so I could watch cricket on 401 but not 404 which means it can’t be signal surely. I’ve reset it and nothing, last night it stopped recording but I temp fixed that

@SkyHelpTeam I have already done this and have spoken to a customer service rep. They were as helpful as they could be but they have stated it could take 48hrs to even start the investigation. At this rate, the delivery won't be here in time for Christmas
