    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I briefly lost satellite signal a few minutes ago due to a storm, I found my #SkyQ app on my iPad wouldn’t work with live tv as it’s connected to my main box. If I lose signal for a sustained amount of time due to a storm, how do I watch online please?

    Wow @SkyUK I just spoke to your rudest, most unhelpful customer service agent who was not only utterly incapable of helping me with my problem today, but continually spoke over me, refused to get someone else to help me, and told me to hang up or he would. I’m appalled by this.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Chris, we don't have a HD subscription and do change the format to SD and it won't let us. We so have the exact same problem with channel 4 :(

    @SkyHelpTeam currently connected to WiFi so unsure. This is the 3rd time in a week this has happened though, last time leaving me with no usable phone in an emergency. What's causing this issue & can reassurance be made it won't be a regular occurrence. Otherwise may have to move my contract.

    @SkySports Over reliance on social media is the problem here. I bet 95% of people wouldn't dare say anything actually face to face. Keyboard warriors are very brave aren't they? Stricter sign up policies for Twitter etc and naming and shaming.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, thanks I’ve got a new box coming on the 30th October! Sky able to assist but then just keeps freezing again. If I turn it off and restart it will alternate red|Amber with Blue Q fading. Then changes to just red/amber flashing. It’s Green now but no signal!

    Just had the worst call with @SkyUK ever. Rang up to ask a simple question about cinema and spent 10 minutes having a rep aggressively trying to upsell me everything under the sun. Had to tell him respectfully that I was ending the call. Truly awful!

    @SkyHelpTeam @BeulaNHS We did that. It says there is an outage in your area and we are working on it. It usually takes a couple of hours to fix. It’s been over 4 hours here! 🙄 so do we get a refund for the time it’s been down??

    @SkyHelpTeam If things couldn’t get any worse, we’ve not had a single upate since your report of the outage and you follow it up with the most condescending tweet. You couldn’t make it more difficult for us that work from home. I’d feel sorry for the customer support department if you had one

    @SkyHelpTeam is there a known issue with WiFi for sky hubs at the moment? Our wired internet connection is working but it rejects the password for every WiFi device (even though we’ve changed no settings and the password is definitely correct)
