@SkyHelpTeam That’s great, it didn’t work and having followed the guidance on sky community ive now lost use of my remote and sky go and your automated system has sent me a troubleshooting link for no signal (not the problem) and told me to hang up...not good enough

@SkyHelpTeam 401-403 plus 405 and 409 all work the rest I get a blue screen saying there’s a problem with my signal, so I could watch cricket on 401 but not 404 which means it can’t be signal surely. I’ve reset it and nothing, last night it stopped recording but I temp fixed that

@liamadsouza @SkyUK Feel your pain Liam .. I have been a customer for 8 years and I called up last week and agreed a new deal..was told the engineer had to be booked on first a available slot which is 5th Jan but that it would be escalated to get an earlier... nope hasn’t happened 👎🏻

@SkyHelpTeam Sorry, me again! New issues: if I try to play Sky recordings, or download Sky progs it says I don’t have any Sky TV channels (inc Atlantic etc), and I need to add them, obviously I do have them & can watch them now. This is not in Faqs, I need to talk to someone again!
