    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I briefly lost satellite signal a few minutes ago due to a storm, I found my #SkyQ app on my iPad wouldn’t work with live tv as it’s connected to my main box. If I lose signal for a sustained amount of time due to a storm, how do I watch online please?

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi Chris, we don't have a HD subscription and do change the format to SD and it won't let us. We so have the exact same problem with channel 4 :(

    @SkyHelpTeam currently connected to WiFi so unsure. This is the 3rd time in a week this has happened though, last time leaving me with no usable phone in an emergency. What's causing this issue & can reassurance be made it won't be a regular occurrence. Otherwise may have to move my contract.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, thanks I’ve got a new box coming on the 30th October! Sky able to assist but then just keeps freezing again. If I turn it off and restart it will alternate red|Amber with Blue Q fading. Then changes to just red/amber flashing. It’s Green now but no signal!

    @SkySports Over reliance on social media is the problem here. I bet 95% of people wouldn't dare say anything actually face to face. Keyboard warriors are very brave aren't they? Stricter sign up policies for Twitter etc and naming and shaming.

    Wow @SkyUK I just spoke to your rudest, most unhelpful customer service agent who was not only utterly incapable of helping me with my problem today, but continually spoke over me, refused to get someone else to help me, and told me to hang up or he would. I’m appalled by this.

    Just had the worst call with @SkyUK ever. Rang up to ask a simple question about cinema and spent 10 minutes having a rep aggressively trying to upsell me everything under the sun. Had to tell him respectfully that I was ending the call. Truly awful!

    @SkyHelpTeam Is there an issue with broadband in Poole area? My connection keeps dropping which is now preventing me working from home. Run a check theres a problem and then it checks again and its back but drops again straight away

    @SkyHelpTeam hi. Yesterday afternoon about 1.35 pm, my Sky Glass system went down for about 2 or 3 hours, saying the Sky was having problems. There’s been no explanation that I can find, so please let me know what happened and if it could happen again. Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam just Sky+ on the TV. Its only episodes of shows this week. Like I can still download episodes of those same shows from last week. Checked with a friend and they are having the same issues. So, that's why I thought it may be a change. Also I'm in RoI if that makes any difference

    @SkyUK I have just been sent a VIP rewards email (I have been with Sky over 22 years), and within 1 minute of receiving the email regarding free Cadbury Chocolate, I went to my VIP Rewards App to claim to see all vouchers have gone. Yet again Poor service and no loyalty
