@SkyHelpTeam Of course I want it completed as soon as possible. I don’t need your service now thanks I’ve fixed it myself as your technician didn’t arrive two days ago. And after numerous calls to @skyuk all they could do was leave it till after Christmas. Not good enough customer service.

@SkyUK Hi, I have just received a damaged replacement 2TB box that is an inferior product to the one it was sent to replace (which was HDR, the replacement wasn’t). Replacement was clearly a poor refurb, why not send a new one to a 12+ years customer? Look forward to your reply.
