@SkyHelpTeam That’s great, it didn’t work and having followed the guidance on sky community ive now lost use of my remote and sky go and your automated system has sent me a troubleshooting link for no signal (not the problem) and told me to hang up...not good enough

@SkyHelpTeam hi, having constant issues with my sky q 2tb box, I get a Black screen on all channels, a reboot of the box repairs this temporarily, but it's getting more frequent, yesterday it happened 4 times.

@SkyHelpTeam In addition recordings on sky one and sky crime have failed as they too are blue screen no signal while I’m watching the England game on a sky channel...bizarre and little use at all

@SkyHelpTeam hi there, since Saturday evening all of my recordings are showing a software issue, my sky q box keeps disconnecting from the internet and I keep getting long pauses when playing back recordings, any idea what it could be? Cheers

@SkyHelpTeam 401-403 plus 405 and 409 all work the rest I get a blue screen saying there’s a problem with my signal, so I could watch cricket on 401 but not 404 which means it can’t be signal surely. I’ve reset it and nothing, last night it stopped recording but I temp fixed that

@SkyHelpTeam Yes it say 68mgbs but my hub is not giving out more than 3 I advised the box gets hot and I want a new router sent out to see if solves my issues and was told a manager would call me back

@SkyHelpTeam But appreciate the response. It does however show the problem when you want to use a service but the problem could easily be elsewhere. I'm not going to get all three companies on a phone together. And ultimately it's about proving "what the device sees" not the rest of it.
