@SkyHelpTeam hi, having constant issues with my sky q 2tb box, I get a Black screen on all channels, a reboot of the box repairs this temporarily, but it's getting more frequent, yesterday it happened 4 times.

@SkyHelpTeam Of course I want it completed as soon as possible. I don’t need your service now thanks I’ve fixed it myself as your technician didn’t arrive two days ago. And after numerous calls to @skyuk all they could do was leave it till after Christmas. Not good enough customer service.

@SkyHelpTeam 401-403 plus 405 and 409 all work the rest I get a blue screen saying there’s a problem with my signal, so I could watch cricket on 401 but not 404 which means it can’t be signal surely. I’ve reset it and nothing, last night it stopped recording but I temp fixed that

Hey @SkySports I was happy to have my payments stopped because of no sport. I am now being ripped off. More money being taken out of my account than before Lockdown. Speak to me or anyone else having this same problem

@SkyHelpTeam I live in a flat my front room is about 6 metres from the router, It shows 2 bars constantly on my wifi signal, Netflix won’t load half the time, I can’t play any online gaming because it freezes and also disconnects from my Alexa because of poor connection.. awful!

So @SkyHelpTeam are now leaving people without sky tv for up to a week, because THEY thought it was time to upgrade from a skyHD box to a sky Q box even though said customer is a 70 yr old woman who NEEDS her tv and who has already turned down sky Q b4... Is this bullying??????

@SkyHelpTeam Did the internet test and it came back saying no internet at all so I did all the relevant tests again and the internet is definitely down. I have done everything I can including moving the router, changing the ADSL and still no luck
