    @SkyHelpTeam In addition recordings on sky one and sky crime have failed as they too are blue screen no signal while I’m watching the England game on a sky channel...bizarre and little use at all

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s great, it didn’t work and having followed the guidance on sky community ive now lost use of my remote and sky go and your automated system has sent me a troubleshooting link for no signal (not the problem) and told me to hang up...not good enough

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, since Saturday evening all of my recordings are showing a software issue, my sky q box keeps disconnecting from the internet and I keep getting long pauses when playing back recordings, any idea what it could be? Cheers

    @SkyHelpTeam 401-403 plus 405 and 409 all work the rest I get a blue screen saying there’s a problem with my signal, so I could watch cricket on 401 but not 404 which means it can’t be signal surely. I’ve reset it and nothing, last night it stopped recording but I temp fixed that

    @SkyHelpTeam Yes I’d tried that, it didn’t work but I’ve finally been able to speak to someone...they can’t fix it either and it needs an engineer..thanks anyway

    @SkyHelpTeam the Internet is shocking lately, always going off. then when I try do the tests online, it says service unavailable. Also LOVE that only one person in the house can use the broadband when it's actually working 'COS ITS THAT SLOW

    @igohigton @SkySports Pay Alex Morgan what she wants. Shes polite, shes professional, shes not bad at football. The other **** swears live on TV in front of the nation at the White House with kids watching and acts like a whopper constantly. Messi, ronaldo, neymar did that theyd be hung to dry!

    Hey @SkyUK why do make long-standing existing customers jump through hoops in order to cancel the subscription? Emailed you on 03.09.21 to cancel in writing but still receiving invoices despite box being unplugged.

    @SkyHelpTeam Awful screen banding on uhd and having to reseat tv every day by unplugging as saying no internet. It is connected by Ethernet and internet is working . It’s great as I’m disabled having to try and do this everyday. I have an open complaint with sky but nothing happens

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi, broadband has been down near barnstaple for about 4 hours now, have followed all the steps on the website but nothing helps. Says the service is down to even attempt to fix it on there too. Any updates etc?

    @SkyHelpTeam Was told an update for sky glass was due yesterday bait nothing. I’m on third sky glass and nothing but problems with this one. You won’t replace because you say update will fix it. But for over a month I have had nothing but bad tvs and broken promises

    @SkyHelpTeam I would like to upgrade to Ultrafast FTTP broadband, which Openreach has installed in my road. The Sky website says that this is not available. Can Sky help or should I switch to another provider?
