@SkyHelpTeam That’s great, it didn’t work and having followed the guidance on sky community ive now lost use of my remote and sky go and your automated system has sent me a troubleshooting link for no signal (not the problem) and told me to hang up...not good enough

@SkyHelpTeam 401-403 plus 405 and 409 all work the rest I get a blue screen saying there’s a problem with my signal, so I could watch cricket on 401 but not 404 which means it can’t be signal surely. I’ve reset it and nothing, last night it stopped recording but I temp fixed that

@SkyHelpTeam They said they couldn’t do anything about it and would close my complaint. Not good enough, I’m paying sky for a product that you can’t deliver. You should at least look into it with open reach as you have an agreement with them and compensate us for no broadband.
