@SkyHelpTeam That’s great, it didn’t work and having followed the guidance on sky community ive now lost use of my remote and sky go and your automated system has sent me a troubleshooting link for no signal (not the problem) and told me to hang up...not good enough

@igohigton @SkySports Pay Alex Morgan what she wants. Shes polite, shes professional, shes not bad at football. The other **** swears live on TV in front of the nation at the White House with kids watching and acts like a whopper constantly. Messi, ronaldo, neymar did that theyd be hung to dry!

@SkyHelpTeam 401-403 plus 405 and 409 all work the rest I get a blue screen saying there’s a problem with my signal, so I could watch cricket on 401 but not 404 which means it can’t be signal surely. I’ve reset it and nothing, last night it stopped recording but I temp fixed that

@SkyHelpTeam hi there, since Saturday evening all of my recordings are showing a software issue, my sky q box keeps disconnecting from the internet and I keep getting long pauses when playing back recordings, any idea what it could be? Cheers

So many problems with broadband at home lately. Had the engineer out twice in the last two months and now problems for the last two days. Impossible to actually talk to anyone @SkyUK Automated calls only.

@780nm @SkyHelpTeam We’re currently at 38+ hrs & counting, and just keep getting spouted the same old repetitive tosh from Sky’s ‘Customer Service’ (oxymoron alert!) team. I get there can be tech problems, but I don’t accept Sky’s utter disregard for their customer & lack of updates. Sky are woeful.
