@SkyHelpTeam 401-403 plus 405 and 409 all work the rest I get a blue screen saying there’s a problem with my signal, so I could watch cricket on 401 but not 404 which means it can’t be signal surely. I’ve reset it and nothing, last night it stopped recording but I temp fixed that

@SkyHelpTeam the Internet is shocking lately, always going off. then when I try do the tests online, it says service unavailable. Also LOVE that only one person in the house can use the broadband when it's actually working 'COS ITS THAT SLOW

@SkyHelpTeam Yes and it only shows one episode. None of the episodes download to my Sky box so wondered if there were any issues around rights etc. just seems strange as I don’t have this issue with any other programmes.
