@SkyHelpTeam Of course I want it completed as soon as possible. I don’t need your service now thanks I’ve fixed it myself as your technician didn’t arrive two days ago. And after numerous calls to @skyuk all they could do was leave it till after Christmas. Not good enough customer service.

@SkyHelpTeam I have been using the online help and the connection keeps on bouncing. Getting a bit frustrated. I was told that an engineer will be looking at my issue on the 6 Dec 2020 and is still looking at. Am so disappointed 👎
