Just rang @SkyUK to take the items off my package I don’t use. After them trying to persuade me to keep the products I don’t use and trying to ‘find me the right price’ I gave up, said thankyou & cut the phonecall off. Come on @SkyUK what kind of customer service is that?????

@SkyHelpTeam hi, having constant issues with my sky q 2tb box, I get a Black screen on all channels, a reboot of the box repairs this temporarily, but it's getting more frequent, yesterday it happened 4 times.

@SkyUK Your customer services lines are closed for training (!!!) So there is no way I can talk to anyone about my downgrading my package to save money, as the app doesn't allow me to do this. When will you be taking calls again????
