@SkyHelpTeam 401-403 plus 405 and 409 all work the rest I get a blue screen saying there’s a problem with my signal, so I could watch cricket on 401 but not 404 which means it can’t be signal surely. I’ve reset it and nothing, last night it stopped recording but I temp fixed that

@SkyUK my mum phoned up to cancel one multi room card after her husband died. It looks like her main card has been canceled and despite being sent a new one she can only access the 5 terrestrial channels. It's been like this for weeks and she's paying you £80 a month!
