@SkyHelpTeam 401-403 plus 405 and 409 all work the rest I get a blue screen saying there’s a problem with my signal, so I could watch cricket on 401 but not 404 which means it can’t be signal surely. I’ve reset it and nothing, last night it stopped recording but I temp fixed that

@Punkdude1981 @SkyHelpTeam Yo, switch your audio settings on your Sky box to Dolby Digital (not plus) and that should solve the issue. Someone else mentioned it on here.

@SkyHelpTeam hi, having constant issues with my sky q 2tb box, I get a Black screen on all channels, a reboot of the box repairs this temporarily, but it's getting more frequent, yesterday it happened 4 times.

@SkyHelpTeam That’s great, it didn’t work and having followed the guidance on sky community ive now lost use of my remote and sky go and your automated system has sent me a troubleshooting link for no signal (not the problem) and told me to hang up...not good enough

@SkySports Disgraceful decision. The Palace player lunged in with both feet (instant red card) and the WBA players legs automatically went up as he went over. The refs have treat WBA disgracefully this season. They obviously have their orders on who gets relegated

@SkyHelpTeam Will call costs be reimbursed then? As far as I can see, the email says my service will not be changing but price going up to £35.50 if I do nothing. To change to identical £25 service, I should follow the link given which then doesn’t work. Why not just keep service and price?
