@Punkdude1981 @SkyHelpTeam Yo, switch your audio settings on your Sky box to Dolby Digital (not plus) and that should solve the issue. Someone else mentioned it on here.

@SkyHelpTeam That’s great, it didn’t work and having followed the guidance on sky community ive now lost use of my remote and sky go and your automated system has sent me a troubleshooting link for no signal (not the problem) and told me to hang up...not good enough

@SkyHelpTeam 401-403 plus 405 and 409 all work the rest I get a blue screen saying there’s a problem with my signal, so I could watch cricket on 401 but not 404 which means it can’t be signal surely. I’ve reset it and nothing, last night it stopped recording but I temp fixed that

@SkyHelpTeam I have just had Sky glass installed. It appears you cannot rewind and ff live TV. I have also not been able to rewind on itv hub. If this is right it is real down grade on sky Q and is making wonder if I've made a mistake buying this.
