Just rang @SkyUK to take the items off my package I don’t use. After them trying to persuade me to keep the products I don’t use and trying to ‘find me the right price’ I gave up, said thankyou & cut the phonecall off. Come on @SkyUK what kind of customer service is that?????

No option to cancel on the @SkyUK website; the AI chat looks promising, but when converting to a real-life person, I was told there would be a queue of about 60 minutes…90+ minutes ago. Almost they want to prevent you from cancelling!

Loyal customer for 21 years , no issues whatsoever , cancel my service last week and ever since cancelling, Sky Q box constantly locks up and HDD keeps losing recordings , coincidence ??🤔🤔 @SkyUK , not happy.

@SkyHelpTeam hi team.. this is a weird issue but I’ve noticed recently that live broadcasts have started juddering when subtitles are on. Switch them off and the pictures fine. It’s a small but noticeable issue. Any suggestions?

@SkyHelpTeam Since I got their super new router, I have to follow this advice at least once a week. Sky are probably proud their instructions work. I’m just irritated that I need to use them so often, especially when the cut out means I lose work.
