    @SkyHelpTeam 401-403 plus 405 and 409 all work the rest I get a blue screen saying there’s a problem with my signal, so I could watch cricket on 401 but not 404 which means it can’t be signal surely. I’ve reset it and nothing, last night it stopped recording but I temp fixed that

    @SkyHelpTeam That’s great, it didn’t work and having followed the guidance on sky community ive now lost use of my remote and sky go and your automated system has sent me a troubleshooting link for no signal (not the problem) and told me to hang up...not good enough

    @SkyHelpTeam hi there, since Saturday evening all of my recordings are showing a software issue, my sky q box keeps disconnecting from the internet and I keep getting long pauses when playing back recordings, any idea what it could be? Cheers

    @SkyHelpTeam In addition recordings on sky one and sky crime have failed as they too are blue screen no signal while I’m watching the England game on a sky channel...bizarre and little use at all

    Sort it out @SkySports your @rydercup audio levels are all over the place. Sounds awful. Loads of background hum and commentary peaks and troughs

    @SkyHelpTeam hi, having constant issues with my sky q 2tb box, I get a Black screen on all channels, a reboot of the box repairs this temporarily, but it's getting more frequent, yesterday it happened 4 times.

    @Punkdude1981 @SkyHelpTeam Yo, switch your audio settings on your Sky box to Dolby Digital (not plus) and that should solve the issue. Someone else mentioned it on here.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi - yes, they advised an engineer would be sent out and I would get a text when it was fixed. 8am this morning I got a text saying it was fixed, but that turned out to not be true! Your customer service agents were so rude when i called today as well.

    @SkyHelpTeam That was another wasted 30 minutes. Automated response to tell me there is a problem with my broadband. 30 minute wait to speak to someone??? Wasted a day on this . Engineer that can’t fix it till the pandemic ends ????? What am I paying for?????

    @SkyHelpTeam We referred them via the friend scheme and it hasn’t been properly actioned, unfortunately after 3 attempts and assurances that everything has been documented on their file and an upgrade which was supposed to be actioned twice as an apology, they still have no resolution

Spent 20 mins arguing with a “specialist” who insisted it was my equipment which was working perfectly well up until 11:30 this morning then constantly dropping and now a crap speed of 1.4 mbs at best when it should be minimum 29. Engineer tomorrow

    Missed US inauguration as my TV packed up. Rang @skytv , was asked what the weather was like. After a 45 minute call, was informed that I shouldn’t expect sky tv to work if it’s raining. Also, to call and pay for my own engineer, sky couldn’t help. Baffled. Angry. @SkyHelpTeam
