@SkyHelpTeam 401-403 plus 405 and 409 all work the rest I get a blue screen saying there’s a problem with my signal, so I could watch cricket on 401 but not 404 which means it can’t be signal surely. I’ve reset it and nothing, last night it stopped recording but I temp fixed that

@SkyHelpTeam are a complete shambles. Book a home move well in advance. They then wait until the day after we’ve moved in to tell us there’s a problem. Instead of calling they send a text asking you to call them and then your 40 minutes in a Q without answer!!!

@SkyUK I have Sky Glass. Still limit on available channels. Weak on news channels - need CNN to be added. Also poor assistance for those with hearing impairment by Sky and by hearing providers such as Specsavers.
