@SkyHelpTeam 401-403 plus 405 and 409 all work the rest I get a blue screen saying there’s a problem with my signal, so I could watch cricket on 401 but not 404 which means it can’t be signal surely. I’ve reset it and nothing, last night it stopped recording but I temp fixed that

@SkyHelpTeam In addition recordings on sky one and sky crime have failed as they too are blue screen no signal while I’m watching the England game on a sky channel...bizarre and little use at all

@Punkdude1981 @SkyHelpTeam Yo, switch your audio settings on your Sky box to Dolby Digital (not plus) and that should solve the issue. Someone else mentioned it on here.

Just rang @SkyUK to take the items off my package I don’t use. After them trying to persuade me to keep the products I don’t use and trying to ‘find me the right price’ I gave up, said thankyou & cut the phonecall off. Come on @SkyUK what kind of customer service is that?????

@SkyHelpTeam That’s great, it didn’t work and having followed the guidance on sky community ive now lost use of my remote and sky go and your automated system has sent me a troubleshooting link for no signal (not the problem) and told me to hang up...not good enough

No option to cancel on the @SkyUK website; the AI chat looks promising, but when converting to a real-life person, I was told there would be a queue of about 60 minutes…90+ minutes ago. Almost they want to prevent you from cancelling!

He was out on his feet but rule is you cant do that so its not even a knock down and as its end of round he would have had time. Still would have been iced in next round but ref missed this.

@SkyHelpTeam I just received a text saying I’ll need to spend £2 per day to use my data in EU from 3 May.I’m wondering - 1.Why you have given such short notice? I’m in EU now with no alternative. 2. You use O2 network. They still aren’t charging for EU data. How/why are Sky?
