    @SkyHelpTeam I wondered if you could help me. I was hoping to make contact with the person who designed the remote control for your SkyQ product. So I can thank them personally for all my wasted time when pressing the wrong buttons due the awful ergonomic design. #shite

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Whenever I watch the Discovery+ app, the skyq box fan goes into overdrive and is very noisy. You have to switch it off at the wall to return it to normal. Lots of forum posts about this issue - any fixes? Thanks

    Just rang @SkyUK to take the items off my package I don’t use. After them trying to persuade me to keep the products I don’t use and trying to ‘find me the right price’ I gave up, said thankyou & cut the phonecall off. Come on @SkyUK what kind of customer service is that?????

    @Punkdude1981 @SkyHelpTeam Yo, switch your audio settings on your Sky box to Dolby Digital (not plus) and that should solve the issue. Someone else mentioned it on here.

    @RealSoupyTwist @SkyUK The TV is average the service is good. Only went with Glass as just moved house last year and didn’t want cables run all over the place. Downside was having to buy a TV as part of the deal. If the Stream service had been available 12 months ago that would have been perfect.

    @SkyHelpTeam Is it usual for sky to change subscription packages without any prior warning? Is that in the policy? My issue is that overnight it disappears without any prior warning when there is an important race to watch tomorrow.

    @SkyHelpTeam I switch Tv on At remote , press remote on for mini box , Tv comes on , mini box stays on red , Tv says no signal , try mini box remote a couple of times stays red , Tv shows no signal . Switch off and on and start again . Switch off at plugs and wait . Try again
