Just rang @SkyUK to take the items off my package I don’t use. After them trying to persuade me to keep the products I don’t use and trying to ‘find me the right price’ I gave up, said thankyou & cut the phonecall off. Come on @SkyUK what kind of customer service is that?????

Having an issue with sky Q box not working, called Sky this evening, unable to fix over the phone, only to be told earliest engineer available is 07.10.19, which is completely unacceptable IMO, very poor service @SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam

@Punkdude1981 @SkyHelpTeam Yo, switch your audio settings on your Sky box to Dolby Digital (not plus) and that should solve the issue. Someone else mentioned it on here.

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Whenever I watch the Discovery+ app, the skyq box fan goes into overdrive and is very noisy. You have to switch it off at the wall to return it to normal. Lots of forum posts about this issue - any fixes? Thanks

@SkyHelpTeam Hi Carol. Yes, all seems to be OK, more concerned about the cause of such an outage, and if our data has been compromised by a hack. Seen a few rumours of a targeted cyber attack. If this is 100% not the case a statement to that effect or email to customers could be reassuring.
