Just rang @SkyUK to take the items off my package I don’t use. After them trying to persuade me to keep the products I don’t use and trying to ‘find me the right price’ I gave up, said thankyou & cut the phonecall off. Come on @SkyUK what kind of customer service is that?????

@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Whenever I watch the Discovery+ app, the skyq box fan goes into overdrive and is very noisy. You have to switch it off at the wall to return it to normal. Lots of forum posts about this issue - any fixes? Thanks

@Poolieboy1Les1 @SkyHelpTeam Do I need to spell it out? They are all the same in terms or speeds and technical issues. Stating their technical issues is one reason you wouldn’t use Sky is daft because they all have issues. Sky is no worse than any of the other companies that use Openreach.
