@theandyhazell @SkyHelpTeam I don’t have a phone to check the dial tone. The support guy had me unscrew the socket & plug the router straight in without the microfilter. Still no joy. Engineer booked for Wed. No idea if it’ll help as they don’t come inside they instruct you what to do from the garden. 😂

@SkyHelpTeam Yes you do. This we agree on. But then you go on to invite people to purchase insurance for something that’s actually not needed. That’s the issue which isn’t transparent and no doubt gets a stack of people paying for a policy that they don’t need.
