    @SkyHelpTeam Yes, the original diagnosis was a problem outside, openreach came out but couldn’t identify any issues, changed sockets and did a hard reset anyway, but still issues, sky online diagnosis now says a problem with my home set up. That’s why she arranged to get a new router sent.

    @SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

    @SkyHelpTeam How long does a complaint have to be left unresolved before it goes higher? I've been in this situation for months and it's so frustrating. The team have done nothing other than mis-sold me a chargeable router to fix a problem that was line based. Disgusting service

    @Punkdude1981 @SkyHelpTeam Yo, switch your audio settings on your Sky box to Dolby Digital (not plus) and that should solve the issue. Someone else mentioned it on here.

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband is very slow and barely usable, I tried to call, got a recorded msg & a text link, I’ve followed the steps in the link, it says there’s a fault & gives another number to call. But when I do I get the same recorded message and same text link. Help!

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Whenever I watch the Discovery+ app, the skyq box fan goes into overdrive and is very noisy. You have to switch it off at the wall to return it to normal. Lots of forum posts about this issue - any fixes? Thanks

    @SkyUK Thats a scam! i have already made 4 telephone calls, and spent a good part of 4 hours trying to resolve main reason for my call was lack of service - my wifi, and internet, and phone line hasn't been working since 27th Feb, from 13:13pm.

    Anyone have a direct contact number for @WeAreOpenreach ? Had "engineers" in our house (sans masks) this morning to connect up our internet. @skyUK press the go button only to discover an external fault which could take 5 days to fix? WTAF?!
