    @SkyHelpTeam That the problem was unsolvable! Buy house today but previous owners BB not disconnected until Monday. Therefore impossible for me to rebook appointment until after then.

    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve spoken to two people, neither of whom could sort out the problem. Don’t blame volume of calls, I survived the very lengthy hold period.

    Just rang @SkyUK to take the items off my package I don’t use. After them trying to persuade me to keep the products I don’t use and trying to ‘find me the right price’ I gave up, said thankyou & cut the phonecall off. Come on @SkyUK what kind of customer service is that?????

    Hate it when clear corners get missed, it happens in the prem so so often which is infuriating given the 1001 cameras! In addition whilst ranting, the rule that never gets followed - keepers holding the ball for 15/20 seconds. #PremierLeague #skysports

    Anyone else find this @SkyUK glass tv playlist thing super irritating? Just because I had ‘this morning’ on in the background whilst I ate breakfast, doesn’t mean I want to watch it on catch up! Why can’t it just have the stuff I’ve added and not stupid suggestions?!

    @SkyUK after over 21 years a diamond customer and prices being unrealistic to renew ive taken the difficult decision to serve notice today. Its a real shame sky cannot look after their loyal customers. Anyone recommend alternative?

    @SkyHelpTeam the wifi is not working since this morning, it won’t come up on the settings under wifi it’s completely gone. i tried turning it off and on from the switch and it still won’t work??

    @SkyUK you have ruined the SKY TV experience how do you find programmes, you are completely inept! I only wished I could go to Virgin! Changing menus should create a better experience but you have done the opposite CRAP with a massive P! Bring back catchup as it was!
