@SkyHelpTeam How long does a complaint have to be left unresolved before it goes higher? I've been in this situation for months and it's so frustrating. The team have done nothing other than mis-sold me a chargeable router to fix a problem that was line based. Disgusting service

@SkyHelpTeam I’ve spoken to two people, neither of whom could sort out the problem. Don’t blame volume of calls, I survived the very lengthy hold period.

@SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, the original diagnosis was a problem outside, openreach came out but couldn’t identify any issues, changed sockets and did a hard reset anyway, but still issues, sky online diagnosis now says a problem with my home set up. That’s why she arranged to get a new router sent.

@SkyHelpTeam absolute disaster of a Home Moving service. 3 separate call backs over 4 days since we started the process only for it to fail at your end each time! No wonder people use illegal fire sticks.

@SkyHelpTeam No. Constantly asked to send a PM to take customers frustrations out of the public domain. Sky Glass simply isn’t yet good enough, has multiple issues (including with Sky Puck boxes) and seems to have been launched too soon. I’ll be looking to return my equipment

@SkySports A good game marred by bad refereeing. The point is how was Robertson sent off, when Kane. How did Emerson Royal manage to stay on the pitch, a number of field including a possible penalty. Also in an unrelated game, how did Ederson stay on the pitch?

@SkySports Man C were at 50% for the boring second half , it was so bad I started wrapping Christmas presents. To suggest that the ref is to blame for another attack vs defence display is just deflection .It could and should have been a lot more than 4.
