Siobhán Brennan (@SiobhanBren) reported from Thorne, England@SkyHelpTeam Yes, the original diagnosis was a problem outside, openreach came out but couldn’t identify any issues, changed sockets and did a hard reset anyway, but still issues, sky online diagnosis now says a problem with my home set up. That’s why she arranged to get a new router sent.

But when I do I get the same recorded message and same text link. Help!

The Premier League is a billion pound industry & more @SkySports money etc should trickle down to Leagues 1 & 2 as these clubs can’t survive on attendance money alone.
