    @SkyHelpTeam ‘Still having issues’ !!!!!! Phone call incoming tomorrow the service is not fit for purpose unless sky or bt get to bottom of issue which is outside of / not on our property given all other tests, visits and complaints.

    @SkyHelpTeam How long does a complaint have to be left unresolved before it goes higher? I've been in this situation for months and it's so frustrating. The team have done nothing other than mis-sold me a chargeable router to fix a problem that was line based. Disgusting service

    @SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

    @SkyHelpTeam Its so annoying as its just on and off so often. When its on its great. But we have days where its off more than on. Just upset we are paying for a service and now not watching @netflix because we have no service

    @SkyUK If anyone on here is having the issue with on demand content not downloading, all they asked me to do was change the DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and it still doesn't work. When I asked for a refund they didn't reply.

    @notthatHMaguire @SkyHelpTeam If you go in settings then setup then preferences go on standby mode and it will probably be in eco mode, put it in standby mode and it will solve the issue, this drove me mad for ages aswell until I figured this out
