@SkyHelpTeam Broadbands absolutely terrible at the minute and has been for a while, averaging 3mbs download speed and it’s been similar since we started our contract yet I can go on compare the market and you’re offering average speeds of 59mbs in my area... what am I missing

@SkyUK took less than 15mins to set up sky package 17 months ago. Attempted to cancel this evening and was on hold for 35mins before sky bloke tells me he’ll have to direct me to cancellations. Waited another 40mins before I get a message saying it’s 8pm and the depts closed! 😡

@SkyUK @SkyHelpTeam @skytv I finally get my Sky Glass code to order it, my monthly bill is currently £69 for TV and Broadband. I want Sky Glass 65’ which is £21 a month. £69+£21=£90 right? Wrong. The TV packages are more expensive and now make it £107. 14 years as a customer bye!
