@SkyUK took less than 15mins to set up sky package 17 months ago. Attempted to cancel this evening and was on hold for 35mins before sky bloke tells me he’ll have to direct me to cancellations. Waited another 40mins before I get a message saying it’s 8pm and the depts closed! 😡

@SkyHelpTeam I get nothing it’s just not responding. I try to turn it on, the light is on but nothing happens so I have to unplug and re set it every day. That’s just the issues with the puck. We have had so many issues with the tv it’s now constantly switched off
