Attempted to cancel this evening and was on hold for 35mins before sky bloke tells me he’ll have to direct me to cancellations. Had 12 months of constant drop in service TV, constantly buffering when watching mini box. 5 different engineers been out. We’re going back to BT at the end of the month never had any issues with them
