    @SkyHelpTeam I’ve spoken to two people, neither of whom could sort out the problem. Don’t blame volume of calls, I survived the very lengthy hold period.

    @SkyHelpTeam absolute disaster of a Home Moving service. 3 separate call backs over 4 days since we started the process only for it to fail at your end each time! No wonder people use illegal fire sticks.

    @SkyHelpTeam Hi. Whenever I watch the Discovery+ app, the skyq box fan goes into overdrive and is very noisy. You have to switch it off at the wall to return it to normal. Lots of forum posts about this issue - any fixes? Thanks

    @SkyHelpTeam Its so annoying as its just on and off so often. When its on its great. But we have days where its off more than on. Just upset we are paying for a service and now not watching @netflix because we have no service

    @SkyHelpTeam That the problem was unsolvable! Buy house today but previous owners BB not disconnected until Monday. Therefore impossible for me to rebook appointment until after then.

    @SkyHelpTeam : I purchased an iPhone 12 Pro Max that was received on 13 Nov. VIP customers were to receive a 10Gb data boost but I have not had this added to my piggybank yet. Are you able to help please?

    Ao @SkyUK says an outage on broadband in my area, but status checker says no issues. No broadband for about an hour so far. No information available as to why. Joyful.

    @SkyHelpTeam ‘Still having issues’ !!!!!! Phone call incoming tomorrow the service is not fit for purpose unless sky or bt get to bottom of issue which is outside of / not on our property given all other tests, visits and complaints.

    @SkyUK Hi Sky, my mum has received a Sky Q card but has a sky + HD box but it doesn't work. She is very vulnerable at the moment and not very well. Does she have to upgrade to SKY Q?

    @virginmedia your customer service is appalling i only wanted to remove skysports and by sports from my current package but now im thinking of cancelling the whole lot absolute joke of a company

    @SkyHelpTeam There is no ‘issue’ just broadband is 💩 in our area. Considering a lot of the country are now working from home I would have thought you’d upgrade the lines... but no... so we struggle with 0.65 download with 2 jobs and homeschooling... thanks Sky 🙄

    @SkyHelpTeam Wife has been with you a day and this happens. So so poor. She’s missed work calls, calls with the doctors and kids school. How do we go about cancelling? Still with 14 day period.

    @Tubesy81 @SkyHelpTeam Not at all , I’m happy to pay for things. But if I pay I like to get the service I pay for. One of my many phones is used by someone who works rural and could do without a failing service that’s all.
