@SkyUK took less than 15mins to set up sky package 17 months ago. Attempted to cancel this evening and was on hold for 35mins before sky bloke tells me he’ll have to direct me to cancellations. Waited another 40mins before I get a message saying it’s 8pm and the depts closed! 😡

@SkyHelpTeam reassure me they weren't hackers themselves. The phone then went dead! I'm sure that asking a customer to give access to their connection to enable network security to exclude hackers isn't something that Sky would do.
