@SkyUK took less than 15mins to set up sky package 17 months ago. Attempted to cancel this evening and was on hold for 35mins before sky bloke tells me he’ll have to direct me to cancellations. Waited another 40mins before I get a message saying it’s 8pm and the depts closed! 😡

@thumpermaxie He’s partially right. The Premier League is a billion pound industry & more @SkySports money etc should trickle down to Leagues 1 & 2 as these clubs can’t survive on attendance money alone. With out rich backers quite a few will go out of business in the coming years.

@SkyHelpTeam My experience as a customer of 9 yrs: I pay for Netflix through sky. It doesn’t work. At all. Been paying for 18 MONTHS and it says I don’t have a subscription. Called customer services 3 times: repetitive, ineffective troubleshooting. No call back as promised. AWFUL
