@SkyHelpTeam contract coming to an end so I phoned upgrade and told to ring customer service so I did and they told me to look on line for an offer and ring them back… so your customer service is for the customer to do it themselves …. I’m sure BT or Virgin will help me

Hi @SkyUK and @SkyHelpTeam – My Sky broadband was due to be installed on Nov 9 2020 and is still not working. I've had to travel into central London to work from an office with wifi - v risky during a pandemic! Pls can you advise on how to resolve this ASAP.

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you, yes. Just not on the App anymore. Openreach were working on the road and pole today and I wanted to check they hadn't closed the call down as fixed when it wasn't. Rather suspiciously, they were also working there immediately before our service went down 🙄

@TheLondoner9 @gazm85 @SkySports But JL was signed on Bruce's watch, Rafa said no to him many times. The crux of the issue can be seen last night. We set up with 5 at the back and 3 defensive midfielders against a team with no wins and the lowest scoring record in prem history. That isn't good enough.
