Craig Hall (@C_Hall81) reported from Retford, England@SkyHelpTeam Hi. Whenever I watch the Discovery+ app, the skyq box fan goes into overdrive and is very noisy. You have to switch it off at the wall to return it to normal. Lots of forum posts about this issue - any fixes? Thanks

Attempted to cancel this evening and was on hold for 35mins before sky bloke tells me he’ll have to direct me to cancellations.
