    @SkyHelpTeam contract coming to an end so I phoned upgrade and told to ring customer service so I did and they told me to look on line for an offer and ring them back… so your customer service is for the customer to do it themselves …. I’m sure BT or Virgin will help me

    Ao @SkyUK says an outage on broadband in my area, but status checker says no issues. No broadband for about an hour so far. No information available as to why. Joyful.

    @SkyHelpTeam I have Sky Entertainment package. It’s all SD and HD programmes. It says I have to press red to upgrade my package and then wants more money for sky signature. I used to be able to download no problem. Thank you.

    @SkyHelpTeam lost connection to sky+ wireless internet. Unable to reconnect despite multiple reboots WPS and password attempts. Still using wireless dongle not integrated to box. Time for free upgrade? Had this box for 6 years? No problems until this evening???

    @SkyHelpTeam Yeah but no update as usual. My whole life on hold because the internet gets fixed for an hour at a time. How's that any good to any one ? Just ridiculous. Obviously the issue is known otherwise it wouldnt have been temporarily fixed at all.
