@SkyHelpTeam There is no ‘issue’ just broadband is 💩 in our area. Considering a lot of the country are now working from home I would have thought you’d upgrade the lines... but no... so we struggle with 0.65 download with 2 jobs and homeschooling... thanks Sky 🙄

@SkyHelpTeam Broadbands absolutely terrible at the minute and has been for a while, averaging 3mbs download speed and it’s been similar since we started our contract yet I can go on compare the market and you’re offering average speeds of 59mbs in my area... what am I missing

@SkyHelpTeam The reason I got in touch is because this isn’t working. No devices are connected to sky Q because none of them are using the same WiFi network or in the same house as the Sky Q box
