@SkyHelpTeam so, my sky Q box is HDR compatible, my TV is HDR compatible and set to HDR, so why can't I play HDR films, saying 'this content is not available on this device' I have updated my box, still no joy, help!

@SkyHelpTeam My broadband is down this morning. Ran the online checker which says it’s found a problem ‘outside my property’. I’ve requested an engineer but it says it could be 2-5 days. I’m completely relying on my broadband for work. Is there anything you can do to get an engineer quicker?

@SkyHelpTeam hey, we’ve been customers for 20 years, and are experiencing terrible breadboard speeds. Currently paying almost £90 a month for phone, tv and broadband but don’t get more than 15/20 download speed. Any good deals for such a long time customer?

@SkyHelpTeam The transition from virgin to sky has been nothing but trouble for them and they were assured that by today, all services would be working. I spoke to them half hour ago they are watching ‘basic TV’. The engineer left today and still not set up correctly.

@SkyHelpTeam Thank you, yes. Just not on the App anymore. Openreach were working on the road and pole today and I wanted to check they hadn't closed the call down as fixed when it wasn't. Rather suspiciously, they were also working there immediately before our service went down 🙄

@SkyHelpTeam I am looking for an alternative provider to BT for my broadband. I currently have 3 WiFi discs around my house to ensure that my broadband signal is good, I see you have a 'boost' for your WiFi, what does that entail, do you get boosters like with BT?
