Recorded messages that hang up after sending you a text link to their online help pages, which gave me no help at all. I wouldn’t mind so much if I wasn’t trying to work. 🤨

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, the original diagnosis was a problem outside, openreach came out but couldn’t identify any issues, changed sockets and did a hard reset anyway, but still issues, sky online diagnosis now says a problem with my home set up. That’s why she arranged to get a new router sent.

@SkyHelpTeam My broadband is very slow and barely usable, I tried to call, got a recorded msg & a text link, I’ve followed the steps in the link, it says there’s a fault & gives another number to call. But when I do I get the same recorded message and same text link. Help!

@SkyHelpTeam TBF, sounds like an issue I dealt with when at sky moons ago when a fault in Edinburgh caused a cascade more or less down the east coast of the country, all the way to Leeds if memory serves. & TBF, this shitty weather won't be helping...took a couple of days..soz, not helping.
