@SkyHelpTeam The answer to my question is 8 weeks. It is 8 weeks before I can take this to the ombudsman. 9 months in, with a LOT of expense at my end to combat your poor service in order to work I'll be contacting them. Your prices warrant a much better customer experience than this

Ao @SkyUK says an outage on broadband in my area, but status checker says no issues. No broadband for about an hour so far. No information available as to why. Joyful.

@SkyHelpTeam Yes, the original diagnosis was a problem outside, openreach came out but couldn’t identify any issues, changed sockets and did a hard reset anyway, but still issues, sky online diagnosis now says a problem with my home set up. That’s why she arranged to get a new router sent.

@SkyHelpTeam absolute disaster of a Home Moving service. 3 separate call backs over 4 days since we started the process only for it to fail at your end each time! No wonder people use illegal fire sticks.

@DaveWimblePhoto @SkyHelpTeam It’s been flaky for a few weeks now but today is abysmal. Trying to get through to someone is a nightmare. Recorded messages that hang up after sending you a text link to their online help pages, which gave me no help at all. I wouldn’t mind so much if I wasn’t trying to work. 🤨

@Channel4 @SkyHelpTeam hi is there a known issue with downloading All 4 programs on Sky? As I've had 3 different shows mess up that have been downloaded ie freezing and you can't fast forward the freezing as it's acting like it's the end of the program when it isn't.

@SkyHelpTeam Called a few times, 11:16, 11:20, 11:26, a couple of times just now. Manage to get through the IVR options and then it cuts off straight away, no noise or agent. No issues making other calls, just to Sky
