  @SkyHelpTeam Broadbands absolutely terrible at the minute and has been for a while, averaging 3mbs download speed and it’s been similar since we started our contract yet I can go on compare the market and you’re offering average speeds of 59mbs in my area... what am I missing

  @SkyUK took less than 15mins to set up sky package 17 months ago. Attempted to cancel this evening and was on hold for 35mins before sky bloke tells me he’ll have to direct me to cancellations. Waited another 40mins before I get a message saying it’s 8pm and the depts closed! 😡

  @SkyHelpTeam I called. Went through the motions then told wait time is 10 minutes after 15 mins the line went dead and I got a text saying sorry we couldnt help. That's it. I'm working from home, but can't without Internet and no assistance from sky. I bet if I cancel my dd it'll be fixed!

  @SkyHelpTeam I think you have a problem. I watch Sky on my ps4, everything works fine APART from SKY SPORTS RACING that has bad interference on the sound.. Has this been reported to you before and is a solution on the way.. It totally ruins watching the racing
