@SkyHelpTeam contract coming to an end so I phoned upgrade and told to ring customer service so I did and they told me to look on line for an offer and ring them back… so your customer service is for the customer to do it themselves …. I’m sure BT or Virgin will help me

@SkyHelpTeam No BT said they did that. I have been emailing Sky in writing saying I have switched and I want to cancel but as you turned my TV and broadband off on the 9th, I presumed it was all done.

@SkyHelpTeam Have reset, however have the issue across all devices whilst they are connected to my sky broadband hub, could it be an issue with my hub itself that is stopping access given the mobile devices can access when using normal mobile data
